Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to solve the technical problem that the existing attendance system cannot effectively manage the attendance condition of a related party, the application discloses a related party attendance system and a related party attendance method through the following embodiments. The related party attendance system provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to attendance of related party personnel, fig. 1 exemplarily shows a structural schematic diagram of the related party attendance system provided by the embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 1, the related party attendance system provided by the embodiment of the application comprises an attendance server 100 and at least one attendance terminal 200, and the attendance terminal 200 is arranged at a preset attendance position. The related party attendance system provided by the embodiment of the application can further comprise a database 300, wherein the database 300 is connected with the attendance server 100 and is used for storing all objects to be attendance.
Fig. 2 exemplarily shows a flowchart corresponding to steps executed by each device in the related-party attendance system provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the attendance terminal 200 is configured to execute the following steps:
step S201, an attendance instruction triggered by the object to be checked is obtained.
And step S202, acquiring the identity information to be checked of the object to be checked under the drive of the checking-in instruction.
Specifically, in step S201, an attendance terminal 200 may be provided at each attendance location, and when an object to be checked needs to be checked, the attendance terminal 200 at the attendance location triggers an attendance instruction.
In step S202, there are various ways to collect the identification information of the subject to be checked. In one example, a face recognition technique configured in a swipe check-in machine may be employed to capture facial features of the subject to be checked and identify the subject to be checked by analyzing the unique shape, pattern, and location of the facial features. The method for collecting the facial features can adopt a camera to capture facial images, can also adopt a heat drawing technology to analyze a blood vessel heat generation mode under the skin, then combines an established human face feature template to perform feature analysis on the facial images of the object to be checked, and determines a similarity value according to an analysis result.
Adopt above-mentioned machine of registering of swiping face to carry out face identification, the identity of the object of waiting to be checked is confirmed the accuracy and is higher, has stopped simultaneously to sign in "the management problem of checking the card for the generation", has reduced the administrative cost who signs in for relevant side's personnel are signed in more conveniently, has also further standardized the management of enterprise to relevant side, and the management that supervises relevant side's personnel to follow aspects such as operating time and labor discipline all has positive effect.
In other possible examples, a person skilled in the art may determine, based on experience and actual conditions, a manner of collecting information of the identity of the subject to be checked, for example, a manner of fingerprint identification or access card identification may be adopted, which is not limited specifically.
The attendance server 100 is configured to perform the following steps:
and step S203, acquiring the identity information to be checked in.
And step S204, judging whether the identity information to be checked is matched with a preset object to be checked. If the attendance checking identification information matches with the preset attendance checking object, step S205 is executed, and if the attendance checking identification information does not match with the preset attendance checking object, step S206 is executed.
And step S205, generating an attendance record of the object to be checked.
Step S206, issue an alert instruction to the attendance terminal 200.
And step S207, judging whether the attendance position is matched with a preset attendance position corresponding to the object to be checked. And if the attendance position is matched with the preset attendance position corresponding to the object to be checked, executing the step S208, and if the attendance position is not matched with the preset attendance position corresponding to the object to be checked, executing the steps S209 and S210.
And step S208, determining the attendance record as a successful attendance record.
And step S209, determining the attendance record as a failed attendance record.
Step S210 is to generate a route guidance from the attendance terminal to the target attendance terminal.
Step S211, in the first attendance cycle, all successful attendance records of the object to be checked are obtained.
Step S212, determining whether an attendance record of the target object to be attended is acquired in the first attendance cycle. If the attendance record of the target object to be attendance is not acquired, step S213 is executed, and if the attendance record of the target object to be attendance is acquired, step S214 is executed.
Step S213, the attendance result of the target object to be attendance is determined to be the attendance failure.
Step S214, judging whether the number of all successful attendance records of the object to be checked is equal to the preset attendance times or not. If the number of all successful attendance records of the object to be checked is equal to the preset attendance number, the step S215 is executed, and if the number of all successful attendance records of the object to be checked is not equal to the preset attendance number, the step S218 is executed.
Step S215, determining the attendance interval of the object to be checked according to the triggering time of each attendance instruction.
And step S216, judging whether the attendance checking interval meets a preset duration range. If the attendance interval meets the preset duration range, step S217 is executed, and if the attendance interval exceeds the preset duration range, step S218 is executed.
And S217, determining that the attendance result of the object to be checked is normal.
And step S218, determining that the attendance result of the object to be checked is abnormal.
Step S219, a first attendance result of all the objects to be attendance in the first attendance cycle is generated.
Specifically, in step S204, the person to be attendance is a person who is to be attended within a preset first attendance cycle. Optionally, the first attendance period may be set to one day.
The attendance object is selected from all persons of the related parties to be recorded. The related personnel to be recorded refers to the related personnel meeting the conditions of qualified physical examination result, qualified enrollment training examination and qualified background examination, and when the related personnel meet the conditions, the related personnel can be stored in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) of an Enterprise to become the related personnel to be recorded. The ERP system is a management platform which is established on the basis of information technology, integrates the information technology and advanced management ideas, and provides decision means for enterprise employees and a decision layer by using the systematized management ideas.
In step S205, if the object to be checked is indeed the object to be checked, after the identity is confirmed to be correct, an attendance record of the object to be checked is generated.
The attendance record comprises the triggering time and the attendance position of the attendance instruction. The attendance location is the location of the attendance terminal 200.
In step S206, if the object to be checked is not the object to be checked, the attendance server 100 issues an alert instruction, where the alert instruction is used to drive the attendance terminal 200 to display an alert signal, and the alert signal is used to remind the object to be checked that the object to be checked has no attendance permission.
Specifically, if the object to be checked in is not the object to be checked in, there may be two situations, one of which is that the object to be checked in is the related person to be checked in, but is not the person to be checked in the first checking-in period; secondly, the object to be checked is not any one of the related persons to be recorded.
In steps S207 to S210, the attendance position of the object to be checked is monitored, and a successful attendance record is generated only when the attendance position is correct.
If the attendance location is not an attendance location, route guidance may be generated from the attendance terminal to the target attendance terminal. The target attendance terminal is an attendance terminal arranged at a position to be checked out.
The route guidance may be generated in various ways, such as a way of generating a two-dimensional map route, a way of generating a three-dimensional map, or only providing text prompts, which is not limited specifically.
Therefore, by adopting the mode, only the personnel of the relevant party with correct identity confirmation and correct attendance position can enter the factory, the management of the enterprise to the relevant party can be more effectively standardized, and the security of the enterprise is improved.
In step S213, the target object to be attendance is any one of all objects to be attendance.
In step S214, preferably, the preset attendance checking times may be set to two times, which are attendance checking at the factory and attendance checking at the factory.
If the number of all successful attendance records of the object to be checked is not equal to the preset attendance times, the object to be checked may miss one-time attendance, and the attendance positions of one-time attendance may not be matched, which may cause the number of successful attendance records not equal to the preset attendance times, and cause attendance abnormality.
In step S215, the trigger time of the attendance instruction with the later trigger time is subtracted from the trigger time of the attendance instruction with the earlier trigger time, and the obtained time difference is the attendance interval.
In step S216, the preset time period range may be set to be greater than or equal to 2 hours and less than or equal to 14 hours.
In step S219, the first attendance result includes normal, abnormal, and not attendance.
Therefore, the first attendance result of each object to be attendance is generated in the mode, the number of people who normally arrive on duty can be counted in each first attendance cycle, the statistical efficiency of the people of the relevant party on-site and off-site is greatly improved, the fastest and most accurate data support is provided for settlement of labor cost, support is provided for decision of enterprise managers, the employment risk is reduced, and the management efficiency of the people of the relevant party is improved.
After step S219 is executed, the attendance server 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application may further execute the following steps:
and in a preset second attendance cycle, determining the attendance state of each object to be attended in the second attendance cycle according to the first attendance result of each object to be attended in each first attendance cycle.
Specifically, the attendance status includes normal attendance, absence of attendance and departure from duty, and the second attendance cycle includes a plurality of first attendance cycles.
The second attendance cycle may be determined according to the work cycle of the related party, and is not particularly limited, for example, the second attendance cycle may be set to one month or half month.
If the attendance result of the object to be checked out in each first attendance cycle is normal, the attendance state of the object to be checked out in the second attendance cycle is normal attendance; if the attendance result of the object to be attendance in the individual first attendance cycle is abnormal, the attendance state of the object to be attendance in the second attendance cycle is absent; if the attendance results of the objects to be attendance in the first attendance periods of the continuous preset number are all not attendance, the attendance state of the objects to be attendance in the second attendance period is the leaving work. Preferably, the preset number may be set to 15 days.
So, adopt above-mentioned mode to confirm every object that should go out the work state in the second attendance cycle, can master relevant side personnel's the rate of leaving a job dynamically, prevent to concentrate the leaving a job and cause systematic risk, further improved the management efficiency of enterprise to relevant side personnel.
In order to more clearly represent the first attendance result of all the objects to be attendance in the first attendance cycle and the attendance state in the second attendance cycle, fig. 3 exemplarily shows a schematic diagram of the attendance information change process of all the objects to be attendance in the whole attendance process. As shown in fig. 3, if there are A, B, C and E of persons of the persons to be recorded stored in the enterprise database, the persons to be attendance in the first attendance cycle are A, B and C. The personnel triggering the attendance instruction in the first attendance cycle are A, B and E, and because the E is not the personnel who should go out, the attendance record is not generated; b, generating a failure attendance record due to the error attendance position; the attendance checking position of the A is correct, the attendance checking times and the attendance checking interval also meet the requirements, so the attendance checking result is determined to be normal, the attendance checking result is determined to be abnormal because the times of successful attendance checking records of the B are zero, and the attendance checking result of the C is determined to be not attendance checking because the attendance checking records of the C are not acquired. If the second attendance cycle is the same as the first attendance cycle, the proportion of normally attendance 1/3 is 33% in the second attendance cycle.
Therefore, in the related-party attendance system, an attendance terminal acquires the identification information of the object to be checked, an attendance server determines the attendance record of the object to be checked to be a successful attendance record under the condition that the object to be checked to be matched with the object to be checked to be matched with the position to be checked. In the whole attendance process, after the attendance personnel of the relevant parties are preset, the enterprise can accurately master the attendance condition of the attendance personnel of each relevant party in real time in an attendance cycle, and the enterprise can effectively manage the relevant parties.
The following are embodiments of the method of the present application, which may be applied to embodiments of the system of the present application. For details which are not disclosed in the method embodiments of the present application, reference is made to the system embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 4 exemplarily shows a flow diagram corresponding to the related party attendance checking method provided by the embodiment of the present application. The related party attendance method provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to an attendance server in a related party attendance system, wherein the related party attendance system further comprises at least one attendance terminal, and the attendance terminal is arranged at a preset attendance position.
As shown in fig. 4, the related party attendance method specifically includes the following steps:
step S401, obtaining the identity information to be checked in. The identification information to be checked is the identification information of the object to be checked, which is acquired by the attendance terminal under the drive of the attendance instruction, and the attendance instruction is triggered by the object to be checked.
And step S402, if the identity information to be checked is matched with the preset object to be checked, generating an attendance record of the object to be checked. The attendance record comprises the trigger time and the attendance position of the attendance instruction, and the object to be attendance is a related party of personnel to be taken as attendance in a preset first attendance cycle.
And step S403, if the attendance position is matched with the preset attendance position corresponding to the object to be checked, determining the attendance record as a successful attendance record.
And S404, acquiring all successful attendance records of the object to be checked in the first attendance cycle.
And S405, if the number of all successful attendance records of the object to be checked is equal to the preset attendance times, determining the attendance interval of the object to be checked according to the trigger time of each attendance instruction.
And step S406, if the attendance interval accords with the preset duration range, determining that the attendance result of the object to be checked is normal.
Step S407, generate first attendance results of all objects to be attended in the first attendance cycle. Wherein, the first attendance result comprises normal, abnormal and not attendance.
