Background
With the rapid development of civil aviation in recent years, the number of airports taking off and landing and parking is increasing. The traditional airplane monitoring operation mode is limited by factors such as human resources, communication, manual scheduling efficiency and the like, and the whole station does not play the maximum protection role. The aircraft monitoring adopts a manual scheduling mode, a single machine is in a fixed on duty mode, and each guardian needs to be fixed below one aircraft through manual scheduling, so that one departure flight is ensured. The positions and the number of the staff members for the different models and the flights are different, and meanwhile, the staff members are required to be ensured to have enough time between two tasks to carry out work such as job site transfer and the like, so that the staff members have high requirements on coordination and communication capability.

1. the automatic scheduling and automatic task allocation of the system can reduce the problem of low efficiency of manual scheduling and task allocation before, so that the automatic scheduling and task allocation of the system can reduce the manpower waste.
2. The Gantt chart is used for replacing the prior data table form, so that the flight plan is clearer, the interaction time of personnel is reduced through the cooperation of a computer end and mobile terminal equipment, and the efficiency and quality of airplane monitoring are improved.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings that are required in the embodiments or the description of the prior art will be briefly described, it being obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the invention, and that other drawings may be obtained according to these drawings without inventive effort for a person skilled in the art.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of the operation of the system of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides an automatic flight guarantee scheduling system, which comprises a time judging module, a task acquiring module, a scheduling starting module, a time ordering module, a number of people determining module, a qualification auditing module, a state judging module and a position judging module.
The time judging module is used for judging whether the current time is the shift time according to a preset shift time table, if so, entering the next step, and if not, repeatedly executing the time judging operation.
When entering shift time, the task acquisition module screens out all the tasks which are not completed and not distributed in the task pool.
After the task acquisition module screens out the task, the scheduling starting module acquires a personnel list participating in automatic scheduling and starts the automatic scheduling task.
After the automatic scheduling task is started, the time sequencing module sequences the personnel participating in the scheduling task according to the time of finishing the task last time, namely, the earlier the time of finishing the task is, the more front the personnel are. Then, the time ordering module performs a judging operation of whether to dispatch the task according to personnel ordering and the task selected from the task pool, and the judging in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
if the terminal is a far-entering machine position, not dispatching the task;
if the remote station is a long-distance station, the task is not dispatched;
if the task is a task of deleting personnel, dispatching the task after the task plan is ended for 2 hours;
the task can be dispatched 30 minutes before the task start time;
if the terminal enters a port or goes to a station, the terminal can send out tasks after taking off.
After the screening of the conditions, the time sequencing module obtains tasks and personnel to be dispatched.
The people number determining module is used for determining the number of people to be dispatched according to the condition of flights needing to be dispatched, for example, the requirements of the large-sized computers, the medium-sized computers and the small-sized computers on the number of the guaranteed people are different.
The qualification auditing module is used for screening personnel meeting qualification requirements according to the condition of flights needing to be dispatched. For example, some flight-required personnel are eligible for bridge, while some flight-required personnel are eligible for size and shape, and only personnel meeting the qualification requirements can be dispatched to the task.
The state judging module is used for screening the personnel in the online state. In the invention, each security personnel uses the mobile terminal equipment, when the mobile terminal equipment used by the personnel is in a login state, the personnel is indicated to be online, and only the online personnel can receive the distributed task in time, so that the task is distributed to the online personnel only.
The position judging module is used for acquiring the positions of all people, sequencing all people from small to large according to the distance between the people and flights needing to dispatch tasks, then selecting the people which meet the requirements of the number, qualification and online state and have the closest distance to the flights needing to dispatch tasks as selected security personnel, sending task reminding information to mobile terminal equipment used by the security personnel, and enabling the security personnel to go to the corresponding flights to execute the security tasks after receiving the reminding information and checking the reminding information.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the automatic scheduling is completed, the scheduling conditions of all flights are displayed in a Gantt chart form on the computer end of a background manager, and the completion conditions of all guarantee tasks are also displayed on the Gantt chart. The system also monitors the color and length change of Gantt in real time to know the guarantee condition of the field personnel on the airplane, and a background manager can click a Gantt chart to know the processing condition of a guarantee task. The background manager can intervene in automatic scheduling of the system to adjust personnel and flights.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. It is therefore intended that the following claims be interpreted as including the preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention also include such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.
