A multi-electric core welding spot quality detection device is characterized in that electric core electrodes are electrically connected through electrode tabs, and the detection device comprises a magnet element and a processor; the magnet element comprises a plurality of magnetic components and a pressure sensor loaded on the magnetic components; the processor is electrically connected with the pressure sensor and used for receiving the pressure signal output by the pressure sensor and outputting a pressure value according to the pressure signal; according to the welding spot quality detection device, whether the welding quality reaches the standard or not is judged by reading the pressure value displayed by the processor and judging whether the pressure value at the welding spot reaches the standard value or not, so that the welding spot quality detection can be realized in a short time, the detection efficiency is improved, the comprehensive detection is facilitated, and the manual judgment error is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of welding spot detection, in particular to a multi-electric-core welding spot quality detection device.
Background
In a battery system, the cell and the busbar are often welded by a nickel plate or a nickel-plated steel plate. In order to ensure the quality of products with welding spots, the quality of the welding spots of the products is generally detected before the products are shipped; the current method for detecting the welding quality generally uses a clamp to perform a drawing force test, and has the following disadvantages and limitations: the point to be tested must have sufficient space to accommodate the fixture and the product must have features that allow it to be securely clamped, and therefore, it is not commonly used for process condition determination and destructive periodic spot checks, and cannot be applied to full inspection of the product weld quality.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the existing defects and provide a multi-electric core welding spot quality detection device, wherein electric core electrodes are electrically connected through electrode tabs, and the detection device comprises a magnet element and a processor; the magnet element comprises a plurality of magnetic components and a pressure sensor loaded on the magnetic components; the processor is electrically connected with the pressure sensor and used for receiving the pressure signal output by the pressure sensor and outputting a pressure value according to the pressure signal.
Preferably, the electrode tab is a nickel sheet or a nickel-plated steel sheet.
Preferably, the magnetic component is a magnet, electromagnet or other magnetic member.
Preferably, a relay is further arranged on a wire between the magnet element and the processor.
Preferably, the magnetic member is a cylindrical magnet with a central hole, and the pressure sensor is loaded in the hole.

A multi-electric core welding spot quality detection device is characterized in that electric core electrodes are electrically connected through electrode tabs, and the detection device comprises a magnet element and a processor; the magnet element comprises a plurality of magnetic components and a pressure sensor loaded on the magnetic components; the processor is electrically connected with the pressure sensor and used for receiving the pressure signal output by the pressure sensor and outputting a pressure value according to the pressure signal.
2. The device for detecting the quality of the welding spots of the multiple electrical cores according to claim 1, wherein the electrode tabs are nickel sheets or nickel-plated steel sheets.
3. The device for detecting the quality of the solder joints of multiple electrical cores according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic component is a magnet, an electromagnet or other magnetic members.
4. The multi-core solder joint quality detection device of claim 1, wherein a relay is further disposed on the wire between the magnet element and the processor.
5. The multi-core solder joint quality detection device of claim 1 or 3, wherein the magnetic component is a cylindrical magnet with a central opening, and the pressure sensor is loaded in the opening.
