A storage and transportation device for an aluminum profile electrophoresis oxidation production line is characterized by comprising a bottom plate (1) paved in a production line workshop, and aluminum profile storage equipment and aluminum profile transportation equipment which are installed on the bottom plate (1), wherein the aluminum profile storage equipment comprises a feeding box (2) and a discharging box (8), an oxidation pond (4), an electrophoresis pond (5) and a cleaning pond (6) are sequentially arranged between the feeding box (2) and the discharging box (8), and the aluminum profile transportation equipment comprises a rack (3) and clamping equipment (10) installed on the rack (3); a first adjusting screw rod (15) is rotatably mounted at the bottom of the rack (3), an adjusting threaded sleeve is in threaded connection with the first adjusting screw rod (15), the upper part of the adjusting threaded sleeve is in sliding connection with the rack (3), a cross beam (9) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the adjusting threaded sleeve, clamping equipment (10) for clamping an aluminum profile is arranged at the bottom of the cross beam (9), and the clamping equipment (10) comprises a manipulator mechanism; the feeding box (2) and the discharging box (8) are identical in structure and respectively comprise a box body (23), a lifting platform (26) arranged inside the box body (23) and a sliding rod (24) arranged below the lifting platform (26), two sliding sleeves (31) are symmetrically and slidably mounted on the left side and the right side of the sliding rod (24), a bulge is arranged on the outer side, located on the sliding sleeve (31), of the sliding rod (24), the sliding sleeve (31) is connected with the bulge through a telescopic spring (32) sleeved on the outer side of the sliding rod (24), a supporting platform (25) is arranged below the lifting platform (26), the upper side of the supporting platform (25) is connected with the lifting platform (26) through a damping spring (29), and the lower side of the supporting platform (25) is connected with the two sliding sleeves (31) through a scissor type lifting arm (30);
aluminium alloy fixed establishment (43) is all installed to the inside of oxidation pond (4), swimming cell (5) and clearance pond (6), aluminium alloy fixed establishment (43) are including the arm lock mechanism on rotor roll surface of rotor roll and a plurality of equipartition, arm lock mechanism includes centre gripping arm (44) of two symmetry installations, is formed with between two centre gripping arms (44) and carries out the clamping space of fixing to the aluminium alloy, clamp plate (45) are installed in the upper end rotation of centre gripping arm (44), and the inboard of clamp plate (45) is passed through coupling spring (46) and is connected with centre gripping arm (44).

The storage and transportation device for the aluminum profile electrophoresis oxidation production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of hydraulic rods (48) are fixedly installed inside the rotating roller, push plates (47) are arranged inside the clamping space, the hydraulic rods (48) correspond to the push plates (47) one by one, and the telescopic ends of the hydraulic rods (48) are fixedly connected with the push plates (47).

The storage and transportation device for the aluminum profile electrophoresis oxidation production line is characterized in that two circular gears (33) are symmetrically and rotatably mounted at the bottom of the inner side of the box body (23) in a left-right mode, racks (34) are fixedly mounted at the bottoms of the sliding sleeves (31), and the circular gears (33) are meshed with the racks (34).

The storage and transportation device for the aluminum profile electrophoretic oxidation production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rack (3) is symmetrically provided with two front and back parts, correspondingly, the first adjusting screw (15) is also provided with two first adjusting screws, the end of each first adjusting screw (15) is fixedly provided with a belt pulley (13), the two belt pulleys (13) on the same side are in transmission connection through a synchronous belt (14), the outer side of one rack (3) is fixedly provided with a driving motor (20), the output end of the driving motor (20) is fixedly provided with a main gear (22), the first adjusting screw (15) is fixedly provided with a secondary gear (21), and the secondary gear (21) is meshed with the main gear (22).
