The driving mechanism of the first movable seat 61 and the second movable seat 62 adopts a linear motor (of course, a screw rod driving mechanism can also be adopted), the first movable seat 61 is installed on two synchronous linear motors 611 arranged in parallel, the second movable seat 62 is installed on two synchronous linear motors 621 arranged in parallel, and both the linear motors 611 and 621 are arranged in parallel. The rotary base 63 is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the carrier base 51 and is located in the central area of the linear motors 611 and 621.
The working mode of the bearing module 6 is as follows: the first movable base 61 and the second movable base 62 are disposed opposite to each other in the lateral direction, and can be closed and opened by the driving of the linear motors 611 and 621, respectively. This allows adjustment according to the size of the glass 9 to be processed. When the length of the glass 9 to be processed is longer, the distance between the first movable seat 61 and the second movable seat 62 can be adjusted, so that the glass 9 to be processed can be supported on two sides, the supporting position for supporting is prevented from being excessively centralized in the center, the two sides of the glass 9 to be processed are not sufficiently supported, and the glass is prevented from overturning, or the glass is broken due to the fact that large torque is generated by acting force in the edge grinding process.
The rotating base 63 is provided with a rotating motor or a cylinder inside, is located between the first movable base 61 and the second movable base 62, and is fixed on the bearing base 51, and has the functions of positioning and angle adjustment of the glass 9 to be processed. When it is found that the distance between the first movable stage 61 and the second movable stage 62 is not appropriate and needs to be adjusted during the processing, the vacuum suction on the first movable stage 61 and the second movable stage 62 may be stopped first, and the glass may be sucked and positioned only by the rotary stage 63. Then, after the distance between the first movable seat 61 and the second movable seat 62 is adjusted, vacuum suction is restarted. Alternatively, when the angle of the glass 9 with the processed glass is not correct, the glass can be rotated by a certain angle by the rotating base 63 for correction.
In order to realize the complete folding state of the first movable seat 61, the second movable seat 62 and the rotary seat 63, recessed positions 610 and 620 for accommodating the rotary seat 63 are formed on opposite sides of the first movable seat 61 and the second movable seat 62.
As shown in fig. 8, 9, 10 and 11, the transverse driving module 3 includes: the grinding machine comprises a cross beam 31, a transverse guide rail 32 arranged on the cross beam 31 and a transverse driving mechanism 33 used for driving the edge grinding module 4 to run along the transverse guide rail 32. In this embodiment, the two groups of edge grinding units 40 share the transverse guide rail 32, and the two groups of transverse driving mechanisms 33 drive the different edge grinding units 40 to relatively move along the transverse guide rail 32 within respective ranges. Since the two sets of edging units 40 are disposed in bilateral symmetry, only one set of edging unit 40 will be described below. The edging unit 40 includes: the grinding device comprises an upper grinding wheel unit 41, a lower grinding wheel unit 42, an edge grinding seat 43 in sliding fit with the cross beam 31, and a first driving mechanism 44 and a second driving mechanism 45 which are arranged in the edge grinding seat 43, wherein the first driving mechanism 44 and the second driving mechanism 45 are longitudinally arranged in parallel, and the upper grinding wheel unit 41 and the lower grinding wheel unit 42 are respectively linked with the first driving mechanism 44 and the second driving mechanism 45 through an upper linking plate 46 and a lower linking plate 47; the upper grinding wheel unit 41 includes: an upper grinding wheel seat 411, an upper grinding wheel 410 mounted on the upper grinding wheel seat 411, and an upper grinding wheel driving mechanism 412 for driving the upper grinding wheel 410 to operate; the lower grinding wheel unit 42 includes: the grinding wheel device comprises a lower grinding wheel seat 421, a lower grinding wheel 420 arranged on the lower grinding wheel seat 421, and a lower grinding wheel driving mechanism 422 for driving the lower grinding wheel 420 to run.
The edge grinding seat 43 is provided with a transverse sliding sleeve 431 matched with the transverse guide rail 32 and a threaded sleeve 432 matched with a screw rod in the transverse driving mechanism 33. When the transverse driving mechanism 33 is operated, the edging seat 43 is driven to slide transversely along the transverse sliding sleeve 431. The first drive mechanism 44 and the second drive mechanism 45 installed in the edging base 43 also employ a screw drive mechanism, and in order to protect the screw, the edging base 43 employs a box mechanism except that the front end face is not closed. The screw rods of the two driving mechanisms are longitudinally arranged in parallel in the box body of the edge grinding seat 43. The upper linkage plate 46 and the lower linkage plate 47 are arranged up and down, and the upper linkage plate 46 and the lower linkage plate 47 are respectively provided with a thread sleeve matched with each screw rod.
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the upper linkage plate 46 and the lower linkage plate 47, a mutual sliding rail and a sliding sleeve are arranged between the upper linkage plate and the edge grinding seat 43.
The upper grinding wheel unit 41 and the lower grinding wheel unit 42 are independently driven because the thickness specifications of the glass 9 to be processed are different from each other. Meanwhile, the upper grinding wheel unit 41 and the lower grinding wheel unit 42 are used for grinding the upper surface and the lower surface of the edge of the glass 9, and the upper grinding wheel 410 and the lower grinding wheel 420 can clamp the glass up and down during glass processing, so that the glass is supported to a certain extent, and the problem of glass breakage caused by overlarge or concentrated stress during single-side processing is solved.
In addition, the cross sections of the upper grinding wheel 410 and the lower grinding wheel 420 are arc-shaped. During operation, the heights of the upper grinding wheel unit 41 and the lower grinding wheel unit 42 and the distance between the upper grinding wheel unit and the lower grinding wheel unit are adjusted by the first driving mechanism 44 and the second driving mechanism 45, the edge of the glass 9 to be processed just passes through the space between the upper grinding wheel 410 and the lower grinding wheel 420, and the upper grinding wheel 410 and the lower grinding wheel 420 are driven by the upper grinding wheel driving mechanism 412 and the lower grinding wheel driving mechanism 422 to rotate relatively, so that the edge grinding of the glass to be processed is completed.
In the present invention, a laser detector 8 is mounted on the upper grinding wheel seat 411 through a telescopic mechanism 80, and the telescopic mechanism 80 includes: the distance measuring device comprises a fixing seat 81 for installing and fixing the laser detector 8, a telescopic cylinder 82 and a telescopic guide rod 83 which are installed on an upper grinding wheel seat 411, and a distance measuring connecting plate 84 fixedly connected with the fixing seat 81, wherein the distance measuring connecting plate 84 is linked with a piston rod of the telescopic cylinder 82.
During the edging process, the relative positions of the glass 9 to be processed and the two sets of edging units 40 are kept uniform, generally, the glass 9 to be processed is kept horizontal, and the heights of the two sets of edging units 9 are uniform. Two sets of edging units 40 that bilateral symmetry set up like this add man-hour, just can realize the unity of edging precision along with the removal of vertical drive module 2, otherwise will appear both sides edging precision and appear the error. In order to ensure the effect, the invention adds a laser detector 8, and the distance between the glass 9 to be processed and the two groups of edging units 40 is detected by the laser detector. When the device works, the telescopic cylinder 82 drives the distance measurement connecting plate 84 to operate, and whether the distance between the inner edge grinding unit 40 and the glass 9 to be processed at one end is within the required precision range is measured.
In combination with the above, it can be seen that, in the above embodiment, the transverse driving module 3, the edging assembly 4, the carrying module 5, and the carrying module 6 are respectively provided with a front group and a rear group, which are provided for respectively edging the long side and the wide side of the glass. When the embodiment works, the transverse driving module 3, the edging module 4, the carrying module 5 and the bearing module 6 which are arranged in the front group are used for edging the long edge of the glass 9 to be machined. The transverse driving module 3, the edging module 4, the carrying module 5 and the bearing module 6 which are positioned in the rear group are used for edging the wide edge of the glass 9 to be machined. The two sets of mechanisms can work independently. The transfer of the substitute processing glass 9 can be achieved by a robot.
The invention can also directly adopt a group of transverse driving modules 3, edging components 4, carrying modules 5 and bearing modules 6 to only edging the long edge or the wide edge of the glass to be processed. After the treatment, the wide edge or the long edge can be processed by adjustment, or the processed product can be directly transferred to another device for treatment.
