Description

Groove hot air tin soldering device of groove circuit board
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a soldering device for a circuit board, and more particularly, to a soldering device for mounting electronic components on a land of a recessed circuit board.
Background
The existing SMT production process is an electronic assembly technology for directly attaching/welding electronic elements such as resistors, capacitors, inductors and the like to the surface of a circuit board by soldering tin by utilizing professional automatic assembly equipment such as a solder paste printer, a chip mounter, a reflow welder and the like, and is the most popular technology and process in the electronic assembly industry at present. After the solder paste is printed in the electronic component soldering process, the soldering process needs to be completed through a reflow soldering process.
At present, as shown in fig. 13, a plurality of groove circuit boards 10 are arranged in a flow jig 20, and the groove circuit board 10 is a relatively small circuit board product. In the soldering process, the built-in electronic component 14 is assembled on the built-in pad 12 in the groove 11 of the groove circuit board 10, and the existing reflow soldering process adopts return air circulation in a reflow furnace 4040, so that the built-in solder paste 13 in the groove 11 of the groove circuit board 10 cannot be heated ideally, and the soldering process is not ideal.
See in detail the planar circuit board 30 shown in fig. 15 and the recessed circuit board 10 shown in fig. 16. Wherein the positions of the external pads 31 of the planar circuit board 30 and the internal pads 12 of the recessed circuit board 10 are different. The external bonding pad 31 of the planar circuit 30 is on the plane of the planar circuit 30, and the external electronic component 32 is uniformly heated by the return air circulation of the reflow oven 40 after the soldering of the external solder paste 33 on the external bonding pad 31 is completed. Although the hot air generated by the return air circulation of the reflow oven 40 is higher than the external electronic components on the planar circuit board 30, the heating effect is good, and the solder paste melting can be completed. On the other hand, if the groove circuit board 10 passes through the return air circulation of the reflow furnace 40, the hot air generated by the return air circulation is far away from the position of the built-in solder paste 13, and the soldering tin of the built-in electronic component 14 in the groove 11 is poor in heating effect, so that the soldering tin cannot be completed smoothly.
