Technical Field

Background

The application of the gum is a big problem. The surface of the coating roller of the prior back glue is generally flat, which can cause poor control of the coating amount. The floor board has insufficient viscosity due to too small coating amount of the back glue, and the edge of the back glue layer is easy to protrude due to too large coating amount of the back glue, so that trimming treatment is required, the process is increased, and the cost is increased. Therefore, it is important to develop a glue roller capable of controlling the coating amount of the back glue.

the floor further comprises a first placing winding drum and a second placing winding drum, wherein the first pressing roll set comprises two pressing rolls, the buffer material is paved on the first layer of self-adhesive glue passing through the back surface of the floor body from the first placing winding drum, and the buffer material is pressed to be attached through the first pressing roll set;
the second glue coating roller group comprises a second glue coating flower roller and a second back roller, the second glue coating flower roller coats a second layer of self-adhesive glue on the buffer material on the back surface of the floor body, and the second back roller rotates in cooperation with the second glue coating flower roller and is used for conveying the floor body;

(4) the second unreels a section of thick bamboo and will release paper and spread on the second layer self-adhesive, and the rotation of second compression roller group drives the floor body motion, exerts pressure simultaneously, makes to release paper to fix on the second layer self-adhesive.
The spiral groove or the annular groove is arranged on the surface of the glue coating roller, and the back glue coating amount of the floor can be effectively controlled by setting the density and the depth of the groove, so that the high-quality back glue floor is obtained. Example 1

(3) the second glue spreading roller set rotates to drive the floor body to move, and meanwhile, the second glue spreading roller coats a second layer of self-adhesive glue on the buffer material on the back surface of the floor body;
(4) the second unreels a section of thick bamboo and will release paper and spread on the second layer self-adhesive, and the rotation of second compression roller group drives the floor body motion, exerts pressure simultaneously, makes to release paper to fix on the second layer self-adhesive.
