Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of kitchen waste grease pretreatment, in particular to a filtering device for removing suspended solid impurities in kitchen waste grease.
Background
The kitchen waste grease is a general name for various inferior oils, and generally refers to recycled edible oil, repeatedly used frying oil, and inferior oils obtained by processing oil separating ponds of sewers of large-scale restaurants, oily floating objects of the sewers, inferior animal viscera or inferior meat, residual oil of repeatedly fried foods and the like. The kitchen waste grease is a recyclable resource, and can be changed into valuable after being chemically and physically transformed and physically refined, thereby generating considerable economic and social benefits.
The most ideal application of the kitchen waste grease is to prepare the biodiesel, and the biodiesel produced by using the kitchen waste grease as a raw material is very beneficial to comprehensive treatment of the kitchen waste grease and has considerable economic benefit besides low price and easily available raw materials. However, the recovered kitchen waste oil is poor in quality and contains many impurities, so that the kitchen waste oil needs to be pretreated before being used for producing biodiesel.
The steps of pretreating the kitchen waste oil mainly comprise impurity removal, degumming and decoloration, wherein the impurity removal refers to the removal of solid impurities such as food and the like remaining in the kitchen waste oil, and at present, the solid matters in the kitchen waste oil are generally removed by adopting a physical method (such as sedimentation, filtration, centrifugation and the like). For example, chinese patent application publication No. CN105925381A, published as 2016.09.07, discloses a high-value utilization method of kitchen waste oil, and specifically discloses that raw material kitchen waste oil is settled in a clarification tank and suspended solid impurities are removed by a filter. The method has the following defects: (1) the kitchen waste grease is kept still in a clarifying tank for a long time (up to 2 days), and the filtering efficiency is low; (2) the filter is easy to block, the filtering effect is poor, and the filtering efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of the kitchen waste grease filter in the prior art, and provides the filtering device for removing suspended solid impurities in the kitchen waste grease, which has the advantages of compact structure, small occupied area, difficult blockage, stable operation, good filtering effect and high filtering efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a filtering device for removing suspended solid impurities in kitchen waste grease comprises a tank body, a filtering cylinder and a partition plate, wherein a feeding pipe is arranged at the top of the tank body, a sewage discharge outlet is formed in the bottom of the tank body, the partition plate is fixed at the upper part in the tank body, the filtering cylinder is fixed above the partition plate, the lower end of the feeding pipe is connected with a rotational flow mechanism, and the rotational flow mechanism is positioned in the filtering cylinder; an inner blocking barrel and an outer blocking barrel are fixed on the bottom surface of the partition plate, the upper end of the outer blocking barrel and the upper end of the inner blocking barrel are fixedly connected with the partition plate, a guide barrel is arranged between the outer blocking barrel and the inner blocking barrel, the lower end of the guide barrel is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the tank body through an annular arc connecting groove, and a slow flow channel is formed by gaps among the tank body, the outer blocking barrel, the arc connecting groove, the guide barrel and the inner blocking barrel; a plurality of filtrate ports communicated with the inlet of the slow flow channel are formed in the edge position of the partition plate at intervals along the circumferential direction; a gap is arranged between the lower end of the inner blocking cylinder and the tank body, and the gap forms an overflow port; the lower part in the internal baffle cylinder is equipped with swash plate clarification subassembly, swash plate clarification subassembly top is equipped with a plurality of filter element subassemblies, the exit linkage of filter element subassembly has the ejection of compact branch pipe, the branch pipe is located jar external connection ejection of compact house steward. The filter cartridge is used for primary filtration (low filtration precision and coarse filtration) to filter out suspended particle impurities with larger sizes; the rotational flow mechanism enables the flowing kitchen waste grease to continuously wash the inner wall of the filter cylinder in a rotating mode, and filter substances fall down along the inner wall of the filter cylinder and are not easy to adhere to the inner wall of the filter cylinder, so that the filtering efficiency is high, and the filter holes in the filter cylinder can be prevented from being blocked; the slow flow channel can prolong the passing path of the kitchen waste grease, reduce the flow speed of the kitchen waste grease and change the flow direction of the kitchen waste grease, thereby being beneficial to improving the sedimentation effect; the arc-shaped connecting groove avoids dead angles in the slow flow channel, reduces pressure drop, and can prevent suspended particle impurities from settling and accumulating to block the slow flow channel; the inclined plate clarifying assembly is used for rapidly settling suspended matter particle impurities with smaller particle sizes, so that the influence on the filtering efficiency and effect of the filter element assembly caused by a large amount of suspended matter particle impurities with smaller particle sizes in the kitchen waste grease filtered by the filter element assembly is avoided; the filter element subassembly is arranged in filtering the less suspended solid particle impurity of granule size (filter fineness is high, and the fine filtration) in the discarded grease of meal kitchen to improve the filter effect greatly.
Preferably, a limiting baffle ring is fixed in the tank body, a limiting flange is arranged on the edge of the outer side of the opening at the upper end of the filter cartridge, the filter cartridge is positioned in the limiting baffle ring and is matched with the inner wall of the limiting baffle ring, and the limiting flange is placed on the limiting baffle ring. In the invention, the limiting stop ring is used for limiting the displacement of the filter cylinder in the radial direction, and the filter cylinder is placed on the limiting stop ring through the limiting flanging, so that the filter cylinder is convenient to disassemble, assemble and clean.

Preferably, the outlet of the feeding pipe is of a necking structure, the outlet of the feeding pipe is positioned right above the liquid level of the cloth, and the area of the outlet of the feeding pipe is smaller than or equal to the orthographic projection area of the liquid level of the cloth. The area of the outlet of the feed pipe is smaller than or equal to the orthographic projection area of the liquid distribution surface, so that the kitchen waste grease flowing out of the feed pipe can fall on the liquid distribution surface.
Preferably, the lower end of the tank body is connected with a settling hopper, and the sewage outlet is formed in the bottom of the settling hopper. The sedimentation hopper plays the effect of slow flow, settlement, is convenient for the gathering of the great suspended solid of granule and subsides to the bottom under the action of gravity fast and collect.

The guide cylinder is in a circular truncated cone-shaped structure, kitchen waste oil flowing out of the inclined plate clarifying assembly enters the filter element assembly through the guide cylinder for fine filtration, the flow direction of the kitchen waste oil is opposite to the sedimentation direction of suspended solids through the guide cylinder, the carrying amount of the suspended solids can be reduced, and the filtration pressure of the filter element assembly is reduced; the dirt collecting cylinder plays a role in sealing and guiding and is used for sealing a dead angle between the guide cylinder and the inner blocking cylinder body, so that filter matters falling off when the filter element assembly is subjected to back-blowing cleaning are prevented from falling to the dead angle between the sealed guide cylinder and the inner blocking cylinder body and being accumulated to cause difficult cleaning, and meanwhile, the filter matters falling off from the surface of the filter element assembly can directly fall into the settling hopper along the dirt collecting cylinder, so that the cleaning is very convenient; in addition, after the kitchen waste oil flowing out of the guide cylinder enters the sewage collecting cylinder, the flow speed is reduced, suspended particles and impurities in the kitchen waste oil can be further inhibited from being carried to the surface of the filter element assembly, the filtering pressure of the filter element assembly is reduced, and the filtering life of the filter element assembly is prolonged.

Preferably, the discharge main pipe is connected with a high-pressure air inlet pipe. The high-pressure air inlet pipe is used for introducing high-pressure air and periodically performing back blowing cleaning on the filter element assembly so as to blow off filter matters attached to the surface of the filter element assembly; the back-blowing cleaning can be carried out in cooperation with a pressure sensor.
Therefore, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) through mutual matching of a plurality of structures such as the filter basket, the rotational flow mechanism, the slow flow channel, the inclined plate clarifying assembly, the filter element assembly and the like, the kitchen waste oil is subjected to multi-stage filtration and sedimentation, the step-by-step filtration of suspended solid impurities in the kitchen waste oil from large to small is realized, the filtration precision is higher, the filtration efficiency is high, and the filtration effect is good;
(2) the filter has the advantages of compact integral structure, small occupied area, stable operation, capability of continuous filtration, difficult blockage and convenient disassembly, assembly and cleaning.

As shown in figure 1, the filtering device for removing suspended solid impurities in kitchen waste grease comprises a tank body 1, a filter cartridge 2 and a partition plate 3, wherein a feeding pipe 4 is welded at the top of the tank body, the lower end of the tank body is connected with a settling hopper 23, the bottom of the settling hopper is provided with a drain outlet 5 and support legs 24, the partition plate is fixed at the upper part in the tank body, a limit baffle ring 15 is fixed in the tank body and is positioned above the partition plate, a limit flanging 16 is fixed at the outer edge of an opening at the upper end of the filter cartridge, the filter cartridge is positioned in the limit baffle ring and is matched with the inner wall of the limit baffle ring, the limit flanging is placed on the limit baffle ring, the lower end of the feeding pipe is connected with a rotational flow mechanism, the rotational flow mechanism is positioned in the filter cartridge and comprises an internal thread connector 17 and a flow guide ball 18, the internal thread connector is in threaded connection with the outlet of the feeding pipe and is communicated with the flow guide ball positioned below the internal thread connector through a connecting rod 38, a horizontal guide annular plate 19 is fixed at the upper part of the guide sphere, a plurality of guide convex ribs 20 (shown in figure 2) in the shape of circular arc are arranged on the spherical surface of the guide sphere at intervals along the same rotating direction, a rotating groove 21 is formed by the gaps between the adjacent guide convex ribs, a cloth liquid level 22 is formed in the area surrounded by the inner ends of the guide convex ribs on the guide sphere, the outlet of the feed pipe is in a necking structure, the outlet of the feed pipe is positioned right above the cloth liquid level, and the area of the outlet of the feed pipe is equal to the orthographic projection area of the cloth liquid level; the filter element assembly comprises a plurality of filter elements vertically arranged along the height direction of the tank body, each filter element comprises an upper end cover 30, a lower end cover 31, a guide pipe 32 and a perforated hard pipe 33 (shown in figure 4), the upper end cover and the lower end cover are respectively screwed at the upper end and the lower end of the perforated hard pipe, the guide pipe penetrates through the upper end cover and is fixed with the upper end cover in a sealing manner, the upper end of the guide pipe is screwed with a discharge branch pipe 13 through a connector, the discharge branch pipe is connected with a discharge main pipe 14 outside the tank body, the discharge main pipe is connected with a high-pressure air inlet pipe 36 (shown in figure 5), the lower end of the guide pipe is positioned in the perforated hard pipe, longitudinal opening rods 34 (shown in figure 6) are welded on the outer wall surface of the perforated hard pipe at intervals along the circumferential direction, a filter medium layer 35 is arranged outside the longitudinal opening rods, and the filter medium layer is formed by winding long strips of phenolic impregnated cellulose.
The operation process of the invention is as follows: the kitchen waste grease is discharged from an outlet of a feeding pipe, falls onto the liquid distribution surface of a guide ball under the action of self gravity, flows into a cyclone groove along the liquid distribution surface under the guide action of the liquid distribution surface, is thrown to the inner wall of a filter cylinder in a cyclone mode along a horizontal guide annular plate to be filtered, enters a slow flow channel along a partition plate from a filtrate port, flows out of the slow flow channel to a settling hopper to be settled for the first time, moves upwards along a clarification channel, a guide cylinder and a sewage collection cylinder to be settled for multiple stages, finally enters a filter core to be finely filtered, enters a hard pipe with holes, is discharged to a discharge branch pipe through a guide pipe, and is discharged after being collected by a discharge header pipe; after the filter core runs for a certain time, high-pressure gas is introduced into the high-pressure gas inlet pipe to blow back the filter core, so that filter matters attached to the surface of the filter core component fall off, and the cleaning process is finished.
