Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly centrifugal wastewater solid-liquid separation device, which comprises a separation cylinder, a cylinder cover and a limiting structure arranged between the separation cylinder and the cylinder cover and used for limiting a filter cylinder, wherein one side of the upper part of the separation cylinder is provided with a water inlet pipe tangent to the inner wall of the separation cylinder, the lower part of the separation cylinder is provided with a water outlet pipe communicated with the inner cavity of the filter cylinder, the lower end of the separation cylinder is provided with a sewage discharge outlet, and the separation cylinder comprises a straight cylinder and a conical cylinder which are integrally arranged at the lower end of the straight cylinder. In the using process of the invention, the sewage is enabled to slide into the bottom of the conical cylinder along the inner wall of the separating cylinder under the centrifugal separation action of the centrifugal separating cylinder, thereby reducing the quantity of the fixed impurities accumulated on the surface of the filter screen, improving the filtering efficiency and prolonging the maintenance interval time of the filter screen.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to an environment-friendly centrifugal wastewater solid-liquid separation device.
Background
Along with the development and progress of the industry, more and more industrial wastewater is generated, and the industrial wastewater has a large amount of solid impurities which can hinder the subsequent sewage purification treatment, so that the solid impurities need to be separated from the sewage. Most of the existing separation devices directly filter solid impurities in sewage by using a screen, wherein the solid impurities directly impact the screen, and a large amount of fixed impurities are accumulated on the surface of the screen to influence the filtering efficiency of the screen; regular maintenance of the filter screen is frequent.

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an environmental-friendly centrifugal wastewater solid-liquid separation device, in which solid impurities slide into the bottom of a conical cylinder along the inner wall of a centrifugal cylinder by the centrifugal separation action of the centrifugal cylinder, thereby reducing the amount of the fixed impurities accumulated on the surface of a filter screen, improving the filtration efficiency, and prolonging the maintenance interval time of the filter screen.

the limiting mechanism comprises an upper positioning ring which is arranged at the lower end of the cylinder cover and extends into the inner wall of the filter cylinder and a lower positioning ring which is connected with the lower end of the straight cylinder through a plurality of supporting blocks;
the lower end of the lower positioning ring is provided with a flow guide cone;
the filter cartridge comprises an inner filter cartridge, an outer filter cartridge and a filter screen arranged between the inner filter cartridge and the outer filter cartridge.
Preferably, the outer diameter of the upper locating ring is 1-2mm smaller than the inner diameter of the inner filter cartridge.
Preferably, the upper end of the water outlet pipe is inserted into the bottom of the inner cavity of the filter cartridge, and an elastic sealing ring is arranged between the water outlet pipe and the filter cartridge.
Preferably, the outer walls of the inner filter cartridge and the outer filter cartridge are provided with a plurality of water through holes.
Preferably, the upper end of the lower positioning ring is provided with a positioning ring groove matched with the outer wall of the filter cylinder, and the inner diameter of the positioning ring groove is 1-2mm larger than the outer diameter of the outer filter cylinder.

the shell comprises a separating cylinder 11, a cylinder cover 12 and a limiting structure which is arranged between the separating cylinder 11 and the cylinder cover 12 and used for limiting the filter cylinder 2, wherein one side of the upper part of the separating cylinder is provided with a water inlet pipe 3 which is tangent to the inner wall of the separating cylinder 11, the lower part of the separating cylinder is provided with a water outlet pipe 4 which is communicated with the inner cavity of the filter cylinder 2, the lower end of the separating cylinder is provided with a sewage discharge outlet 6, the separating cylinder 11 comprises a straight cylinder 111 and a conical cylinder 112 which are integrally arranged, the sewage enters from the side wall of one side of the upper part of the separating cylinder in the tangential direction, when the sewage in the separating cylinder is discharged from the water outlet pipe at the bottom of the inner cavity of the filter cylinder, the inlet water does circular motion under the guiding effect of the inner wall of the separating cylinder and does downward spiral motion in the separating cylinder under the action of gravity, thereby forming a vortex, solid impurities in the sewage rapidly, and is accumulated on the surface of the filter screen;
the limiting mechanism comprises an upper positioning ring 13 which is arranged at the lower end of the cylinder cover 12 and extends into the inner wall of the filter cylinder 2 and a lower positioning ring 14 which is connected with the lower end of the straight cylinder 111 through a plurality of supporting blocks, and the stability of the filter cylinder 2 can be ensured by fixing the filter cylinder 2 through the matching of the upper positioning ring 13 and the lower positioning ring 14, so that the filter cylinder 2 is prevented from shaking left and right; the outer diameter of the upper positioning ring is 1-2mm smaller than the inner diameter of the inner filter cylinder, so that the upper positioning ring can conveniently extend into the core part of the inner filter cylinder, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient and the positioning performance is good;
the lower end of the lower positioning ring is provided with a flow guide cone 5 for guiding the settled solid impurities away from the filter screen, so that smaller particles in the solid impurities are prevented from being brought to the filter screen again due to disturbance of water flow and are accumulated on the surface of the bottom of the filter screen;
the filter cartridge comprises an inner filter cartridge 22, an outer filter cartridge 21 and a filter screen 23 arranged between the inner filter cartridge 22 and the outer filter cartridge 21, wherein the inner filter cartridge and the outer filter cartridge play a skeleton role of the filter screen, the rigidity of the filter cartridge is improved, and larger impurities can be blocked outside the outer filter cartridge.
As a preferred embodiment, the upper end of the water outlet pipe 4 is inserted into the bottom of the inner cavity of the filter cartridge 2, an elastic sealing ring is arranged between the water outlet pipe 4 and the filter cartridge 2, and the outer wall of the elastic sealing ring is provided with a ring groove which is convenient for the filter cartridge to be embedded, so that the elastic sealing ring is prevented from falling off from the filter screen; the water outlet pipe 4 is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the filter cylinder 2, so that when water in the inner cavity is discharged, vortex is formed in the inner cavity, and separation and sedimentation of fixed impurities in the separation cylinder 11 are realized.
In a preferred embodiment, the outer walls of the inner and outer cartridges 22 and 21 are provided with a plurality of water passing holes.
As a preferred embodiment, the upper end of the lower positioning ring 14 is provided with a positioning ring groove matched with the outer wall of the filter cartridge 2, and the inner diameter of the positioning ring groove is 1-2mm larger than the outer diameter of the outer filter cartridge; the filter cartridge is convenient to insert into the positioning ring groove, and is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
As a preferred embodiment, the sewage draining outlet 6 is provided with a sewage draining valve, the water outlet pipe 3 is provided with a water draining valve, solid impurities are discharged through the sewage draining outlet 6, and filtered water is discharged through the water outlet pipe 3.
