The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the present embodiment further includes a suction cup 40 and a screw 41. In this embodiment, the gravity of the negative pressure bottle 6 is used to drive the pipe winding assembly 30 to quickly release the connecting pipes. When the negative pressure sputum suction device works normally, the sucking disc 40 can play a role in fixing and limiting the negative pressure bottle 6. When the negative pressure bottle 6 is taken out, the sucking disc 40 can be utilized to pull the winding pipe assembly 30 to wind the connecting pipes, and the nursing efficiency is greatly improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the rotating plate 31 is rotatably connected to the shoe 11, and a bearing may be provided between the rotating plate 31 and the shoe 11 to reduce friction therebetween. The suction cup 40 is disposed within the cavity of the shoe 11. The upper end of the screw rod 41 is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the suction cup 40, and the lower end of the screw rod 41 is rotatably connected with the pull rod 35. The screw 41 passes through the inner hole of the rotary disk 31 and is screwed with the rotary disk 31. The rotary disk 41 rotates to release the connecting pipes under the action of the threads when the screw 41 moves downwards. At the same time, the bottom end of the screw 41 pushes the pull rod 35 to move downwards, and the pull rod pulls the push rod 32 to gather towards the pull rod 35 through the connecting rod 33 to release each connecting pipe in the radial direction.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the present embodiment further includes a lock mechanism including a lock pin 42 and a lock spring 43. A ratchet part 3501 is arranged on the pull rod 35, the locking pin 42 is slidably connected with the side wall of the hollow shaft 37, and the front end of the locking pin 42 is connected with the ratchet part 3501 to form a ratchet structure which is used for only allowing the pull rod 35 to move from top to bottom. Preferably, the present embodiment may further include a stopper pin 44, and the stopper pin 44 is threadedly coupled to a sidewall of the hollow shaft 44, and is used to limit the locking pin 42 when it is retracted.
After the negative pressure bottle 6 and the sucker 40 are sucked, in the process of pressing down, the locking mechanism can limit the pull rod, and after the negative pressure bottle 6 is clamped by the first clamping arm 12 and the second clamping arm 13, the sucker 40 can further limit and fix the negative pressure bottle 6 from the bottom surface of the negative pressure bottle 6, so that the negative pressure bottle 6 is prevented from shaking or dropping off, and is firmly fixed.
After the sputum suction nursing is completed, each connecting pipe is detached from the negative pressure bottle 6, and one end of each connecting pipe is wound on the winding pipe assembly 30. The locking pin 42 of the locking mechanism is first pulled back and retained by the retaining pin 44. When the negative pressure bottle 6 is lifted up, the suction cup 40 is taken up by the negative pressure bottle 6, the screw rod 41 is pulled by the suction cup 40 to move upwards, the turntable 31 rotates to wind each connecting pipe on the pipe winding assembly 30, meanwhile, the lower end of the screw rod 41 drives the pull rod 35 to move upwards, the pull rod 35 is pushed by the connecting rod 33 to deflect and extrude each connecting pipe in the direction away from the pull rod 35, and therefore the connecting pipes are wound on the pipe winding assembly 30 in a neat and tight mode. After the negative pressure bottle 6 is lifted to a certain height, the suction cup 40 is separated from the negative pressure bottle 6, and the second connection pipe is kept fixed around the pipe assembly 30 under the action of the contraction spring 36.
Example 3
This embodiment is further improved on the basis of embodiment 1, and the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that in this embodiment, the clamping force of the pipe winding assembly 30 can be adjusted as required.
The inventor finds that when the sputum suction operation is performed, part of the second connecting pipe 5 is wound on the winding pipe assembly 30, the push rod 32 presses the second connecting pipe 5 under the action of the contraction spring 36, and the second connecting pipe 5 wound on the winding pipe assembly 30 is flattened, so that the overall drift diameter of the section of the second connecting pipe 5 is reduced. When sputum suction is performed, the overall drift diameter of the second connecting pipe 5 can be adaptively adjusted according to the physical signs of patients, and if the concentration of sputum is high, the clamping force can be increased to suck sputum at a slow speed; and the concentration of sputum then can reduce the clamp force when less, and the latus rectum of second connecting pipe 5 increases relatively, inhales phlegm with faster speed.
Specifically, in the pipe winding assembly 30 of the present embodiment, the pull rod 35 includes a first connecting portion 351, a second connecting portion 352 and an adjusting screw 353, the upper end of the first connecting portion 351 is connected to the retraction spring 36, and the lower end is slidably connected to the second connecting portion 352; the adjustment screw 353 passes through the second connection portion 352 and is screw-connected with the first connection portion 351. Each link 33 is pin-connected to the second connection portion 353. When the clamping force needs to be increased, the adjustment screw 353 may be rotated to decrease the distance between the first connection part 351 and the second connection part 352; when it is required to reduce the clamping force, the adjustment screw 353 may be rotated reversely to increase the distance between the first and second connection parts 351 and 352. Under the action of the contracting spring 36, the clamping force is adjusted not rigidly but elastically, so as to avoid the second connecting pipe 5 from being blocked due to the rapid extrusion.
The technical scheme of this embodiment reduces for the local cross-section to second connecting pipe 351, can avoid sputum or scab body to block up the pipeline. In the solution of this embodiment, if a portion of the scab body with a larger volume is encountered, the retraction spring 36 can be deformed adaptively to allow it to pass through the second connection pipe 5.
