9. The method of claim 6, wherein in step 1, the dried citrus peel is prepared by selecting dried mature pericarp of citrus reticulata and cultivars thereof of the rutaceae family, picking mature fruit, peeling the pericarp, sun drying or low temperature drying.
10. The use of the cold-removing and warming health foot bath composition of claims 1-5 in medicines for removing cold, warming yang, eliminating dampness, promoting circulation of qi, and warming channels and collaterals.
