背景技术
现有技术的胃管以弹性或刚性管的形式,通过鼻或腹部插入患者的胃或肠中,特别是以使人能够食入。肠内营养是营养治疗的形式,其包括通过非口服途径将营养物质、水、蛋白质、电解质和微量元素输送到胃肠道(GI)腔内。这种管可用于胃食管反流恶化、胃轻瘫、重症监护室患者(因为它允许使用药物),具有严重创伤、慢性肠麻痹风险以及具有严重急性胰腺炎。这种类型的管有多种尺寸。

本发明的目的是避免已知胃管的缺点,并提供可安全用于在减肥手术中使用的新型胃管。
发明内容

具体实施方式

2.根据权利要求1所述的胃管,其特征在于,所述光纤(3)包括沿着所述光纤的整个长度的照明表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胃管,其特征在于,所述光纤(3)的所述照明表面仅存在于在所述内端部(4)处的远端部分中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胃管,其特征在于,所述光源与电源适配器连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胃管,其特征在于,所述光源由可充电电池供电。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于在减肥手术中使用的胃管,所述胃管呈形成为透明塑料管的导管的形式,其特征在于,置于所述导管(2)内的所述胃管(1)配备有具有照明外表面的光纤(3),所述光纤的内端部(4)置于所述胃管(1)的用于插入患者的胃(8)中的部分中,并且所述光纤具有用于与光源连接的外端部(5),所述外端部被设置在所述胃管(1)的外侧且位于所述胃管(1)的保持在所述患者的身体外侧的部分中,其中,所述胃管(1)的所述导管(2)在所述导管的内部包括第一通道(21)和第二通道(22),所述第一通道(21)为传输通道,所述光纤(3)位于所述第二通道中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胃管,其特征在于,所述光纤(3)包括沿着所述光纤的整个长度的照明表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胃管,其特征在于,所述光纤(3)的所述照明表面仅存在于在所述内端部(4)处的远端部分中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的胃管,其特征在于,所述光纤(3)的所述照明表面仅存在于在所述内端部(4)处的远端部分中,其中,所述光纤(3)的所述外表面在所述远端部分中具有凹口(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胃管,其特征在于,所述光源与电源适配器连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的胃管,其特征在于,所述光源由可充电电池供电。
