本发明涉及一种高压输电线监测装置,特别是一种高压输电线路微气象在线监测装置。
背景技术
为满足输电限位局部气象环境检测的需要,目前的输电铁塔上通常设置有多个检测单元,这部分检测单元可实时采集环境温度、湿度、风速、风向、气压等气象参数,并通过GSM/CDMA/GPRS或4G网络将监测信息发送至远程监控中心,以方便对气象信息的收集和监测。
但目前的检测单元普遍通过简单的螺栓固定结构直接安装在输电铁塔上端的型材外部,而这就造成了作业人员在安装时仅能沿型材的长度方向对检测单元的安装位置进行调节,而无法调整检测单元的伸出长度、倾斜角度等参数。但与常规的检测单元不同,由于风速、风向、铁塔倾角和雨量等参数信息与检测单元的安装位置息息相关,如当采集单元设置在贴近铁塔位置时,铁塔自身的型材可能会形成遮挡效果,进而对采集数据的准确性形成影响;或者铁塔倾角采集单元在监测时,会因安装处型材的轻微变形、焊接位置误差造成倾角数据的误差。因此,现有用于高压输电线路的气象信息检测单元存在安装灵活性低、检测精度差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种高压输电线路微气象在线监测装置。它具有安装灵活性高、检测精度好的特点。
本发明的技术方案:高压输电线路微气象在线监测装置,包括监控服务器,监控服务器连接有监控子站主机,监控子站主机外部分别连接有多个功能检测单元,功能检测单元经位置调节装置连接塔体;所述位置调节装置包括连接塔体的固定板,固定板一侧滑动连接有安装架,安装架外部转动连接固定板,安装架两侧设有滑动连接固定板的角度限位杆,角度限位杆上连接有与安装架相互贴合的调整螺母,安装架的一端连接功能检测单元。

(2)本发明通过对固定板的结构优化和对垫片的设置,则能够调整角铁之间的高度空间,进而调整安装架可倾斜的角度,即进一步扩大功能检测单元的安装灵活性;
(3)通过对角度限位杆和调整螺母的结构优化,使其能够对安装架在水平方向的转动角度进行限位;在此基础上,通过对安装架于固定板之间转动连接结构的进一步优化,则能够同时实现安装架和固定板之间在竖直、水平两个方向的相互转动效果,进而达到功能检测单元在安装范围内任意位置和任意倾斜角度的控制调节效果,提高功能检测单元的检测精度;
(4)在上述结构优化的基础上,本发明在对功能检测单元的安装位置进行定位后,还能够同时对功能检测单元在各方向进行固定,即有效保证功能检测单元的安装稳定性,避免功能检测单元的偏移问题;
(5)经本发明的位置调节装置定位后,本发明的风速测量精度能够达到±0.5m/s,风向测量精度达到±3°,雨量测量精度达到雨量≤10mm时测量误差±0.4mm,雨量>10mm时测量误差±4%,即接近功能检测单元原有的测量误差;
所以,本发明具有安装灵活性高、检测精度好的特点。

所述固定板4的一侧转动连接有圆筒10,圆筒10上设有开口,圆筒10内套设有滑杆11,滑杆11一端经开口延伸至外部并经球形万向接头转动连接安装架5。
所述圆筒10的两端设有凹槽101,凹槽101内设有连接固定板4的套件12。
所述安装架5呈倾斜设置在固定板4内,安装架5四周分别有多个角度限位杆6,多个角度限位杆6上的调整螺母7分别设置在安装架5的上下两侧。
所述监控子站主机2内设有相互连接的前端传感器201、数据采集装置202、无线通信装置203和供电装置204,供电装置204外部连接有太阳能电池板;无线通信装置203支持GSM/CDMA/GPRS/4G等通信方式,同时还可以支持Zigbee、WiFi等无线通信方式和以太网、RS232/485等有线通信方式,供电装置204由太阳能蓄电池充放电管理电路或线圈感应取电电路组成。
本发明的工作原理:本发明在安装时,先将两侧角铁401分别安装在塔体顶部型材的上下两侧,并将两个角铁401经螺栓相互连接,然后将功能检测单元3螺栓连接在安装架5的外端,再将安装架5沿圆筒10向外横移至所需位置。安装架5横移到位后,可根据功能检测单元3的朝向调节安装架5的水平转动角度,即利用滑杆11和安装架5之间的转动连接结构实现对安装架5的水平旋转。安装架5转动后,将两侧的角度限位杆6移动至与安装架5相互贴合,并利用调整螺母7调整安装架5在竖直方向上的倾斜角度。安装架5的竖直角度在调整时,由滑杆11带动圆筒10在套件12内自由旋转,即实现安装架5在竖直方向的自由转动。安装架5的竖直角度在确定后,通过位于安装架5上下两侧并呈错位设置的调整螺母7,以及滑杆11和圆筒10对安装架5的配合限位,能够对安装架5的竖直转动方向进行限位。利用球形万向接头和活动式的圆筒10的配合,还能够实现安装架5的侧向旋转,即安装架5能够实现轻微的侧翻效果并定位,进而实现对功能检测单元3任意安装位置的调节。
功能检测单元3定位后,还可根据各功能检测单元3的功能对其转动角度进行微调,从而提高功能检测单元3的安装和检测精度;如倾角采集单元在安装后能够处于完全水平位置,雨量采集装置和风速风向采集装置能减小塔体自身结构造成的干扰,提高功能检测单元3的测量精确度。
本发明在使用时,由各功能检测单元3分别检测所需的气象信息,然后由数据采集装置202经无线通信装置203进行收集后远程传递至监控服务器1内,监控服务器1可对监测的数据进行统计、分析和输出,根据需要选择不同的测点、不同的时间段,将数据以各种报表、统计图、曲线等方式显示出来;并在气象信息达到阈值时进行报警,提高对气象信息的监测效果。

Claims (8)

1.高压输电线路微气象在线监测装置,其特征在于:包括监控服务器(1),监控服务器(1)连接有监控子站主机(2),监控子站主机(2)外部分别连接有多个功能检测单元(3),功能检测单元(3)经位置调节装置连接塔体;所述位置调节装置包括连接塔体的固定板(4),固定板(4)一侧滑动连接有安装架(5),安装架(5)外部转动连接固定板(4),安装架(5)两侧设有滑动连接固定板(4)的角度限位杆(6),角度限位杆(6)中部经长条孔连接安装架(5),角度限位杆(6)上连接有与安装架(5)相互贴合的调整螺母(7),安装架(5)的一端连接功能检测单元(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压输电线路微气象在线监测装置,其特征在于:所述功能检测单元(3)包括倾角采集单元、温湿度气压采集装置、风速风向采集装置、光辐射采集装置和雨量采集装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压输电线路微气象在线监测装置,其特征在于:所述固定板(4)由两个分体式的角铁(401)可拆卸连接而成,两个角铁(401)分别设置在塔体两侧,角铁(401)和塔体之间设有若干垫片(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高压输电线路微气象在线监测装置,其特征在于:所述角铁(401)的两端设有安装孔,安装孔上可拆卸连接有连接杆(9),连接杆(9)的外部连接垫片(8),所述垫片(8)上设有与连接杆(9)配合的U形槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高压输电线路微气象在线监测装置,其特征在于:所述固定板(4)的一侧转动连接有圆筒(10),圆筒(10)上设有开口,圆筒(10)内套设有滑杆(11),滑杆(11)一端经开口延伸至外部并经球形万向接头转动连接安装架(5)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高压输电线路微气象在线监测装置,其特征在于:所述圆筒(10)的两端设有凹槽(101),凹槽(101)内设有连接固定板(4)的套件(12)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高压输电线路微气象在线监测装置,其特征在于:所述安装架(5)呈倾斜设置在固定板(4)内,安装架(5)四周分别有多个角度限位杆(6),多个角度限位杆(6)上的调整螺母(7)分别设置在安装架(5)的上下两侧。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高压输电线路微气象在线监测装置,其特征在于:所述监控子站主机(2)内设有相互连接的前端传感器(201)、数据采集装置(202)、无线通信装置(203)和供电装置(204),供电装置(204)外部连接有太阳能电池板。
