The antenna circuit 10 is disposed on a first surface of the edge of the display panel 13, and is connected to the flexible circuit board 12, and then the antenna chip on the flexible circuit board 12 is used to receive and transmit signals from and to the antenna.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the antenna circuit 10 includes an antenna electrode 101 and an antenna ground electrode 102 which are horizontally distributed. The antenna ground 102 is an antenna ground in the horizontal direction, and if only the antenna ground in the horizontal direction is provided, the signal acquisition of the antenna electrode 101 is still interfered by the on-screen display signal.
A metal foil 11 is disposed on a second surface of the display panel 13 opposite to the first surface, and the metal foil 11 is fixed on the flexible circuit board 12. The metal foil 11 may serve as an antenna ground in the vertical direction of the antenna circuit 10.
The metal foil 11 may be made of various metals according to needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is illustrated by taking the metal foil 11 as a copper foil. Specifically, the metal foil 11 may be a strip-shaped copper foil.
For the sake of simplicity, in the following embodiments, the first surface is above, and the second surface is below.
According to the display module provided by the embodiment of the invention, the antenna circuit and the metal foil are respectively arranged on the two sides of the edge of the display panel and are connected with the flexible circuit board, so that the signal interference on the antenna electrode can be effectively shielded, and the receiving and transmitting performance of the antenna is improved.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the flexible circuit board 12 includes, from top to bottom, a first substrate layer 121, a metal layer 122 and a second substrate layer 123, the second substrate layer 123 is partially attached to the metal layer 122, the second substrate layer 122 is used to fix the metal foil 11 at a portion where the second substrate layer 123 is separated from the metal layer 122, and the metal layer 122 is connected to the antenna circuit 10.
The first base material layer 121 may be completely attached to the metal layer 122 by a first adhesive layer, and the second base material layer 123 may be partially attached to the metal layer 122 by a second adhesive layer, and the other part is separated from the metal layer 122, so that the flexible circuit board 12 has an open shape. The metal foil 11 is provided on a second adhesive layer at a portion where the second base material layer 123 is separated from the metal layer 122, thereby fixing the position of the metal foil 11 on the second surface of the display panel.
Further, the metal layer 122 may be made of various metals according to needs, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the metal layer 122 is only exemplified by a copper foil.
Further, the antenna electrode 101 and the antenna ground electrode 102 of the antenna circuit 10 are both connected to the metal layer 122 through the bonding electrode 103.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a bonding electrode 103 is provided to be connected to the antenna electrode 101 and the antenna ground electrode 102, respectively. Meanwhile, a bonding electrode 124 connected to an edge of the metal layer 122 is disposed under the first base material layer 121, and the bonding electrode 124 may also be attached to the first base material layer 121 through a first adhesive layer. The antenna electrode 101 and the antenna ground electrode 102 are respectively connected with the metal layer 122 through the corresponding binding electrodes 103 and 124, so that an antenna signal received by the antenna electrode 101 is transmitted to the metal layer 122 of the flexible circuit board 12 through the binding electrodes 103 and 124, and then transmitted to an antenna chip for normal antenna signal processing, and hardware communication of the antenna is completed.
According to the display module provided by the embodiment of the invention, the metal layer is respectively connected with the antenna electrode and the antenna ground pole of the antenna circuit through the binding electrode on one side of the opening through the flexible circuit board which is arranged into the opening shape, and the metal foil is fixed on the other side of the opening, so that the signal interference on the antenna electrode is effectively shielded through the metal foil, and the receiving and transmitting performance of the antenna is improved.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, an insulating layer 125 is disposed under the metal layer 122 at a portion where the second substrate 123 is separated from the metal layer 122.
According to the display module, the insulating layer is arranged below the metal layer, so that the antenna signal is not affected when passing through the metal layer, and the receiving and transmitting performance of the antenna is improved.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the position of the metal foil on the second side corresponds to the position of the antenna circuit on the first side.
Further, the area of the metal foil is larger than or equal to the area of the antenna circuit.
According to the display module, the metal foil is arranged at the position corresponding to the antenna circuit, and the area of the metal foil is larger than or equal to that of the antenna circuit, so that signal interference on the antenna electrode can be effectively shielded, and the receiving and transmitting performance of the antenna is improved.

7. The device of claim 6, wherein the area of the metal foil is equal to or larger than the area of the antenna circuit.
8. The device of claim 1, wherein the metal foil is copper foil.
9. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the metal layer is a copper foil.
10. An electronic device, comprising: the display module of any one of claims 1-9.
