Here, the MCGS touch screen is in communication connection with the weighing controller through an RS232 communication interface, and is in communication connection with the PLC through an RS485 communication interface.

The reset on the screen is used for clearing all set values of the operation interface after the number of the packages of the current plan number is called. The PLC sends a trigger instruction to the data recording module, the data recording module records the weighing result of the current component, the next component is weighed, and the output indicator lamp is turned on at the same time, so that the schematic recording is effective. When all the components are weighed, the input button is pressed again, the number of times of the package is automatically added with 1, the information of the weighing completion time, the number of times of the package and the like of the previous package is recorded, and meanwhile, the weighing is started when the first component is returned. The method and the device can avoid the situation that staff forget the weighing quantity in large batch weighing, and reduce the weighing risk. The data recording module can record, store, inquire and export the collected data.
