但是聚丙烯属于高分子材料,氧指数低,在空气中易燃烧的性质限制了它的应用范围,因此本发明重点解决聚丙烯装饰薄膜的阻燃性能,因此针对上述问题提出了一种环保阻燃型聚丙烯装饰膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保阻燃型聚丙烯装饰膜,以解决上述背景技术提出的聚丙烯属于高分子材料,氧指数低,在空气中易燃烧的性质限制了它的应用范围的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案一种环保阻燃型聚丙烯装饰膜,包括聚丙烯树脂、聚乳酸、纳米二氧化钛、色母粒、相容剂、阻燃剂、水溶性丙烯酸树脂、颜料、主溶剂水、副溶剂乙醇、分散剂油酸钠、抗紫外线剂纳米二氧化钛、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、二氧化钛、光引发剂、消光粉二氧化硅、流平剂聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、消泡剂聚硅氧烷、EVA、石油树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂,包括如下步骤:
S1:聚丙烯树脂、聚乳酸、纳米二氧化钛、色母粒、相容剂、阻燃剂原料投入底膜机中加热混合熔融,然后利用底膜机挤出片状基膜,挤出片状基膜的同时进行电晕处理,增加片状基膜的表面粗糙度以及增大表面积;
S2:利用水溶性丙烯酸树脂、颜料、主溶剂水、副溶剂乙醇、分散剂油酸钠、抗紫外线剂纳米二氧化钛进行油墨调配,将调配后的油墨进行测试,测试合格后备用;
S3:将油墨倒入印刷机的油墨槽中,将烘箱温度调节至50℃-70℃,上卷后,调节印刷机速度开始印刷;
S4:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、二氧化钛、光引发剂、消光粉二氧化硅、流平剂聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、消泡剂聚硅氧烷进行调配处理,制备成固化涂料,将涂料倒入涂布机涂料槽中,调节涂布机温度60℃-120℃,开启UV设备进行光固化处理,印刷膜上卷后,调节涂布速度,正面进行涂布;
S5:利用EVA、石油树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂材料进行调配背胶,将背胶倒入涂布机胶槽中,调节涂布机温度120℃-130℃,基膜上卷后调节涂布速度,基膜背面朝上,开始涂布背胶。
优选的,所述步骤S1中,片状基膜的成分比例为丙烯树脂为65%-85%,聚乳酸5-10%,纳米二氧化钛1-3%,色母粒4-15%,阻燃剂15-30%,相容剂1-3%,其中相容剂具体为马来酸酐接枝改性PP,片状基膜厚度为0.10mm-0.20mm。
优选的,所述步骤S2中,油墨成分的比例为水溶性丙烯酸树脂40-60%、颜料20-40%,主溶剂水15-20%、副溶剂乙醇5-8%、分散剂油酸钠1-3%、抗紫外线剂纳米二氧化钛1-3%,经分散混匀、过滤制备成油墨,其中,颜料为透明黄、永固洋红、炭黑、酞青蓝中的任意一种。
优选的,所述步骤S4中,涂布层成分比例为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯75-85%,二氧化钛18-20%,光引发剂4-5%,消光粉二氧化硅0-8%,流平剂聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3%,消泡剂聚硅氧烷0.1-0.5%,其中,光引发剂具体为2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮,涂布层厚度为10-30μm。
优选的,所述步骤S5中,背胶层的具体成分为EVA、石油树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂中的任意一种或两种混合而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该环保阻燃型聚丙烯装饰膜:
1、环保性:无甲醛及含醛类添加剂,不含重金属,不含增塑剂。甲醛释放量依据GB18580-2017标准检测为未检出,可溶性重金属按EN 71-3标准检测为未检出,高度关注物通过欧盟REACH法规。
2、阻燃等级达到B1级。
3、拉伸强度提高。
4、尺寸稳定性好,干燥不开裂,潮湿不变形。
具体实施方式
对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种环保阻燃型聚丙烯装饰膜,包括聚丙烯树脂、聚乳酸、纳米二氧化钛、色母粒、相容剂、阻燃剂、水溶性丙烯酸树脂、颜料、主溶剂水、副溶剂乙醇、分散剂油酸钠、抗紫外线剂纳米二氧化钛、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、二氧化钛、光引发剂、消光粉二氧化硅、流平剂聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、消泡剂聚硅氧烷、EVA、石油树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂,包括如下步骤:
S1:聚丙烯树脂、聚乳酸、纳米二氧化钛、色母粒、相容剂、阻燃剂原料投入底膜机中加热混合熔融,然后利用底膜机挤出片状基膜,挤出片状基膜的同时进行电晕处理,增加片状基膜的表面粗糙度以及增大表面积;
S2:利用水溶性丙烯酸树脂、颜料、主溶剂水、副溶剂乙醇、分散剂油酸钠、抗紫外线剂纳米二氧化钛进行油墨调配,将调配后的油墨进行测试,测试合格后备用;
S3:将油墨倒入印刷机的油墨槽中,将烘箱温度调节至50℃-70℃,上卷后,调节印刷机速度开始印刷;
S4:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、二氧化钛、光引发剂、消光粉二氧化硅、流平剂聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、消泡剂聚硅氧烷进行调配处理,制备成固化涂料,将涂料倒入涂布机涂料槽中,调节涂布机温度60℃-120℃,开启UV设备进行光固化处理,印刷膜上卷后,调节涂布速度,正面进行涂布;
S5:利用EVA、石油树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂材料进行调配背胶,将背胶倒入涂布机胶槽中,调节涂布机温度120℃-130℃,基膜上卷后调节涂布速度,基膜背面朝上,开始涂布背胶。
进一步的,所述步骤S1中,片状基膜的成分比例为丙烯树脂为65%-85%,聚乳酸5-10%,纳米二氧化钛1-3%,色母粒4-15%,阻燃剂15-30%,相容剂1-3%,其中相容剂具体为马来酸酐接枝改性PP,片状基膜厚度为0.10mm-0.20mm。
提高PP阻燃性能通常是采用直接添加阻燃剂与基体熔融共混的方法来实现。膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)是最为常见的无卤阻燃剂之一,通过膨胀形成致密的炭层来阻止或延缓聚丙烯材料的燃烧,具有低烟、无(低)毒等优点,在阻燃领域已得到普及,然而,IFR添加量较大、与PP相容性差的缺点使其在赋予材料阻燃性的同时也会损害材料的力学等性能,同时,大多数IFR还具有易析出、吸湿性强的缺点,采用改性IFR,更好的分散到基体中,进而提高聚合物的阻燃、耐水和力学等性能。
通过海藻酸钙凝胶来包覆聚磷酸铵再修饰纳米有机蒙脱土来实现。海藻酸钙除本身具有很好阻燃作用外,还具有凝胶作用,可完整包覆聚磷酸铵粉末,防止聚磷酸铵粉末在聚丙烯基体中因吸湿而降低材料的力学性能,普通阻燃剂的加入会大大影响材料的力学性能,纳米粒子的加入可显著降低材料的燃烧热值,还可提升材料的机械性能。膨胀型阻燃剂与纳米有机蒙脱土的协同作用具有良好的热稳定性和成炭性,在燃烧过程中形成炭层致密化程度更高,使PP的阻燃性能和耐热性能的提高更为显著。同时聚磷酸铵在抑制燃烧的同时,导致了材料的不完全燃烧,使其释放出CO气体,加入纳米有机蒙脱土后烟雾中的CO释放量明显减少,说明有机蒙脱土在阻燃体系中有一定的抑烟减毒作用。最终使阻燃的LOI值由26%提高到34%,阻燃级别由B2级提高到B1级。
对于聚丙烯而言,混合型膨胀阻燃体系各组分的极性较强,可用马来酸酐接枝改性PP作为增容剂,由于它在聚丙烯的主链上引入了强极性的侧基(马来酸酐),因此马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯可以成为增进极性材料与非极性材料粘接性和相容性的桥梁来提高聚丙烯基体与阻燃体系的相容性。
进一步的,所述步骤S2中,油墨成分的比例为水溶性丙烯酸树脂40-60%、颜料20-40%,主溶剂水15-20%、副溶剂乙醇5-8%、分散剂油酸钠1-3%、抗紫外线剂纳米二氧化钛1-3%,经分散混匀、过滤制备成油墨,其中,颜料为透明黄、永固洋红、炭黑、酞青蓝中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述步骤S4中,涂布层成分比例为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯75-85%,二氧化钛18-20%,光引发剂4-5%,消光粉二氧化硅0-8%,流平剂聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3%,消泡剂聚硅氧烷0.1-0.5%,其中,光引发剂具体为2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮,涂布层厚度为10-30μm。
进一步的,所述步骤S5中,背胶层的具体成分为EVA、石油树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂中的任意一种或两种混合而成。

Claims (5)
1.一种环保阻燃型聚丙烯装饰膜,包括聚丙烯树脂、聚乳酸、纳米二氧化钛、色母粒、相容剂、阻燃剂、水溶性丙烯酸树脂、颜料、主溶剂水、副溶剂乙醇、分散剂油酸钠、抗紫外线剂纳米二氧化钛、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、二氧化钛、光引发剂、消光粉二氧化硅、流平剂聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、消泡剂聚硅氧烷、EVA、石油树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1:聚丙烯树脂、聚乳酸、纳米二氧化钛、色母粒、相容剂、阻燃剂原料投入底膜机中加热混合熔融,然后利用底膜机挤出片状基膜,挤出片状基膜的同时进行电晕处理,增加片状基膜的表面粗糙度以及增大表面积;
S2:利用水溶性丙烯酸树脂、颜料、主溶剂水、副溶剂乙醇、分散剂油酸钠、抗紫外线剂纳米二氧化钛进行油墨调配,将调配后的油墨进行测试,测试合格后备用;
S3:将油墨倒入印刷机的油墨槽中,将烘箱温度调节至50℃-70℃,上卷后,调节印刷机速度开始印刷;
S4:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、二氧化钛、光引发剂、消光粉二氧化硅、流平剂聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、消泡剂聚硅氧烷进行调配处理,制备成固化涂料,将涂料倒入涂布机涂料槽中,调节涂布机温度60℃-120℃,开启UV设备进行光固化处理,印刷膜上卷后,调节涂布速度,正面进行涂布;
S5:利用EVA、石油树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂材料进行调配背胶,将背胶倒入涂布机胶槽中,调节涂布机温度120℃-130℃,基膜上卷后调节涂布速度,基膜背面朝上,开始涂布背胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保阻燃型聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中,片状基膜的成分比例为丙烯树脂为65%-85%,聚乳酸5-10%,纳米二氧化钛1-3%,色母粒4-15%,阻燃剂15-30%,相容剂1-3%,其中相容剂具体为马来酸酐接枝改性PP,阻燃剂具体由,海藻酸钙20-40%、聚磷酸铵50-80%、纳米有机蒙脱土10-20%组成,片状基膜厚度为0.10mm-0.20mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保阻燃型聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,油墨成分的比例为水溶性丙烯酸树脂40-60%、颜料20-40%,主溶剂水15-20%、副溶剂乙醇5-8%、分散剂油酸钠1-3%、抗紫外线剂纳米二氧化钛1-3%,经分散混匀、过滤制备成油墨,其中,颜料为透明黄、永固洋红、炭黑、酞青蓝中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保阻燃型聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中,涂布层成分比例为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯75-85%,二氧化钛18-20%,光引发剂4-5%,消光粉二氧化硅0-8%,流平剂聚酯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3%,消泡剂聚硅氧烷0.1-0.5%,其中,光引发剂具体为2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮,涂布层厚度为10-30μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保阻燃型聚丙烯装饰膜,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中,背胶层的具体成分为EVA、石油树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂中的任意一种或两种混合而成。
