Abstract
Description
本发明属于中药配制药品,是一种治疗各种皮肤癣病的内服药丸(块)。
目前,用于治疗各种皮肤癣病的药物,主要是外用药,如土槿皮酊、脚癣一次净、皮康王、三九皮炎平、脚光粉、达克宁霜等,均是在患部外用药涂擦或加水溶解浸泡。经查中国专利,发现有两篇治疗癣病的专利文献,一是“顽癣膏”申请号为93111834.4,申请日930529,公开号CN1095947;二是“多功能特效癣膏”申请号为93114878.2,申请日931201,公开号CN1099977。这两个发明虽然也是治疗各种癣病,且部分成份为中药,但在整个组份中加入了某些化学药品,因而导致了这两个发明只能外用不能内服,同时本发明的主要成份未在两篇文献中出现。综上所述,这些外用药经患者使用后反映:虽能解决一时之疾,但往往不能根治,过段时间旧病又复发,再用会产生抗药性。
本发明的目的在于克服上述各种外用癣药治标不治本之不足,提供一种能经过人体吸收,由血液循环,输送至人体各个部位,直达皮肤,发挥药物清热解毒,健脾除湿,驱风杀虫,化斑祛黑,从而根治各种皮肤癣症的内服药丸(块)。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:君药两味:龙衣、紫背浮萍臣药十二味:槐子、白宣皮、虫蜕、防风、地肤子、蛇床子、全虫、蜈蚣、苍耳子、落石藤、龙骨、牡蛎佐药十六味:姜虫、麻仁、知母、丹皮、桑皮、黄苓、白花蛇舌草、丹参、刺蒺藜、胆草、大力子、当归、胡麻仁、生地、泽夕、大黄史药十九味:天麻、钓藤、大青叶、首乌片、银花、枝子、连翘、土茯苓、黄连、紫草、白术、荆芥、青代、黄芪、贝母、灵仙、白芷、花粉、蒲公英兵士药二十八味:文术、黄柏、赤豆、云苓、菖蒲、白芍、赤芍、雷丸、贯仲、榔片、白部、木香、青凡、史君子、升麻、茜草、枳壳、厚卜、榧子、 蓄、荜 、大蓟、小蓟、姜黄、冬虫沙、防杞、半之莲、地骨皮组份中,君药起主要作用,缺一不可;臣药为辅助君药性能作用的药物;佐、史药在组份中起次要作用;而兵士药则是为保护君臣药达到治疗疾病的作用。
其中各药在组份中的剂量为:君药:龙衣1--3条紫背浮萍180--220g臣药十二味均各为:80--100g(除全虫30--70g,蜈蚣30--70条)佐药十六味均各为:60--100g(除泽夕20--40g)史药十九味均各为:30--70g兵士药二十八味均各为:10--50g本发明组份虽多,但繁而不杂。中医认为皮肤与内脏是紧密相关的,各种皮肤病症虽然表现不同,但其发病的机理确有共同之处,即主因是脏腑功能失调(特别是心、肝、肾、肺之脏)。本发明采用内服药调理脏腑之功能,通过经络作用,外应皮肉,内应脏腑。而皮肤病的起因是由于风、湿、热相搏而成,虫(如疥癣)也是主要原因之一。故本发明采用内服,以图治本,所用药物必须考虑周到,因而药物较多。
本发明的临床试验如下:体癣顽癣组:近期治疗51例,痊愈48例,占95%以上。服药一剂(七天)见效,又中途辍治的3例;已治愈的:服一剂的一例;服两剂的五例;服三剂的三例;服四剂的十二例;服五剂的十九例;服六剂的八例。
典型病例:郑海云,男85岁,住合江县榕山镇化育乡张石坝六组。于95年4月来求治,双腿顽癣三十余年,双小腿内侧见边界清楚的环状斑片,表面有细小鳞屑,极痒,经多方治疗无效,临床诊断为体癣,服本药二剂痊愈。
银屑病组:治疗26例,痊愈23例,治愈率93%,其中有3例也是中途辍治。
典型病例:郭云兵,男,30岁,住合江县车场上。于95年3月来求治,见全身多处红丘疹联合成斑,边界明显,上覆多层银白色鳞屑,刮去鳞屑,可见皮下出血点。诊断:银屑癣病。患者主诉,本病已七年,经多方治疗无效,服本药二剂痊愈。
鱼鳞病组:近期治疗5例,痊愈4例,1例辍治,有效率80%。
典型病例:张勇,男13岁,合江县望龙镇太平村2队。于95年3月来求治。见皮肤干燥、粗糙,并伴有菱形多角形褐色糠秕状鳞屑,紧密相联如鱼鳞。临床诊断:鱼鳞癣病。具说患者生下半岁后就如此,服本药10剂痊愈。
头癣组:近期治疗24例,痊愈22例,有2例辍治,有效率95%。
毛囊炎组:近期治疗35例,痊愈33例,2例辍治,疗效率95%。
手足癣组:近期治疗87例,痊愈83例,4例辍治,疗效率95.5%。

用法:成人每天服12g(药膏二块),早、晚糖开水送服一块;3岁以上儿童每天服6g(药膏一块),用开水浸泡,分2--3次服完。
服药期间忌辛、辣、酒、鱼腥等发物饮食。
本发明具有清热解毒,驱风杀虫,祛癣止痒,健脾除湿,化斑美容之功能。对治疗1)各种多年不愈之顽癣如:头皮癣、头风屑、面部花斑癣、体癣、脐腹癣、牛皮癣、松皮癣、银屑癣、手脚癣、鹅掌风、手脚癣起水泡、手铐癣、脚铐癣;2)麻风疮、梅毒癣、股癣、黄水疮、水泡疮、烫火伤(好后不留疤痕);3)多年不愈的顽固皮肤搔痒症;4)久烂不敛的慢性裂口,如万年脚杆癣、串皮蚁、足跟烂、手足裂口;5)面部久治无效的顽癣;6)面部和全身皮肤干燥症和脱发。对老年高血压和脑充血等疾病,经过多年临床治疗和观察,其有效率高达95%以上,治愈率也达90%以上。
