Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
The inventor finds that, in the process of practicing the embodiment of the invention, when the cleaning device is used, such as when a vacuum cleaner is used, the hair is easy to be wound by the rolling brush, the hair is difficult to clean, the hair removing process is complex and the cost is high, and therefore, the experience of a user using the cleaning device is poor.
The reason for this is that the brush bristles are usually provided on the roll brush, and hair is easily entangled with the brush bristles. The mode of clearance hair at present is, add linear motor on the scrubbing brush, utilizes linear motor drive blade to do reciprocal cutting to clear up the hair, this kind of mode needs to increase the part, and the cost is higher, and increases the scrubbing brush volume easily.
In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a floor brush, a hair-removing tooth assembly and a mobile device, which can effectively remove dirt such as hair on a rolling brush.
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional structure view of a floor brush according to an embodiment of the present invention, and is shown in fig. 1.
In one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a floor brush including: a housing 10 and a hair-tooth removing assembly 30. The housing 10 has a rolling brush cavity 12 for mounting a rolling brush 20, an air inlet 11 is formed at the bottom of the rolling brush cavity 12, and a suction air duct 13 is formed at one side of the rolling brush cavity 12. In use, airflow enters from the air inlet 11, passes through the rolling brush cavity 12, and then enters the suction air duct 13. Taking the orientation shown in fig. 1 as an example, the suction duct 13 divides the rolling brush chamber 12 into a middle area corresponding to the suction duct 13, a front area and a rear area on both sides of the middle area, and the air inlet 11 is located in the front area. The division mode of each region is to divide the brush bristles 21 on the roller brush 20 in the sequence, for example, when the roller brush 20 rotates, the brush bristles 21 pass through the air inlet 11 of the lower region, pass through the region where the suction air duct 13 is located, and then pass through the upper region, so that the front region of the air duct is located below the roller brush 20, the air inlet 11 is located at the bottom of the front region of the air duct, the rear region of the air duct is located above the roller brush 20, and the middle region is located between the front region of the air duct and the rear region of the air duct.
The defeathering tooth assembly 30 is located in the roller brush chamber 12 and is arranged at the top of the roller brush chamber 12. It can also be said that the defeatherer tooth assembly 30 is attached to the rear region of the air duct. In order to facilitate the suction duct 13 to suck the dirt such as hair removed from the rolling brush 20, the hair-removing teeth assembly 30 is located at the rear area of the duct, so that the dirt such as hair removed by the hair-removing teeth assembly 30 can correspond to the air opening of the suction duct 13, thereby facilitating the suction. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in order to clean the dirt on the rolling brush 20 more effectively, the bristle removing assembly 30 includes at least a first bristle removing tooth group 31 and a second bristle removing tooth group 32 along the circumferential rotation direction of the rolling brush 20. Along the axial direction of the rolling brush 20, the first hair removing tooth group 31 comprises a plurality of first hair removing teeth 312 distributed at intervals, the second hair removing tooth group 32 comprises a plurality of second hair removing teeth 322 distributed at intervals, and the plurality of first hair removing teeth 312 and the plurality of second hair removing teeth 322 are distributed in a staggered manner. When the rolling brush 20 rotates in the circumferential direction, the combing operation is performed in a staggered manner at least sequentially by the plurality of first epilation teeth 312 and the plurality of second epilation teeth 322.
When the rolling brush 20 rotates in the circumferential direction, for example, clockwise in fig. 1, the first epilation teeth 312 and the second epilation teeth 322 can extend between the bristles 21 of the rolling brush 20 and the bristles 21, so as to prevent the dirt such as hair from continuing to rotate along with the bristles 21, and thus the dirt such as hair can be cleaned from the bristles 21. The first hair removing teeth 312 and the second hair removing teeth 322 are distributed in a staggered mode, and the first hair removing teeth 312 and the second hair removing teeth 322 are provided with complementary gaps, so that the bristles 21 in different positions can be cleaned in a staggered mode, and hair removing blind spots are avoided.
Referring to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 1 to 3, the direction of the dotted arrow in fig. 4 indicates the flow direction of dirt such as hair. In the circumferential direction of the rolling brush 20 (the rolling brush 20 can rotate in the clockwise direction, taking the orientation in fig. 4 as an example), the hair removing teeth assembly 30 comprises at least a first hair removing teeth group 31 and a second hair removing teeth group 32. When the rolling brush 20 rotates in the circumferential direction, the combing is performed at least sequentially by the first hair removing tooth group 31 and the second hair removing tooth group 32. When the rolling brush 20 rotates, dirt on the cleaning surface can be swept up by the brush bristles 21, a part of the dirt can be directly sucked up by the suction air duct 13, a part of the dirt, such as hair, is wound around the rolling brush 20 when being swept up, and when the hair wound around the rolling brush 20 passes through the first hair removing tooth group 31, a part of the dirt, even all of the hair, is combed by the plurality of first hair removing teeth 312, so that the hair is sucked up by the suction air duct 13. When the rolling brush 20 is wound with hair, a part of or even all of the hair wound around the rolling brush 20 is combed by the plurality of second epilation teeth 322 and is sucked by the suction duct 13 when the hair passes through the second epilation teeth group 32. Dirt such as hair wound on the rolling brush 20 can be staggered and combed at least through the first hair removing teeth 312 and the second hair removing teeth 322, so that the cleanliness of the rolling brush 20 is improved, secondary pollution to a cleaning surface is avoided, meanwhile, the positions of the first hair removing tooth group 31 and the second hair removing tooth group 32 are skillfully and reasonably arranged, the hair removing efficiency can be effectively improved, and the cost is low and the effect is good.
In the embodiment of the invention, the floor brush can be applied to movable equipment, including but not limited to cleaning machines, sweeping robots, dust collectors and the like. The movable equipment comprises an equipment main body and a ground brush arranged on the equipment main body. In order to facilitate the movement of the floor brush, a plurality of travelling wheels are also arranged on the floor brush. The main body of the device also comprises but is not limited to a water supply system, a suction system, a control system and the like. When the water supply system works, the water supply system sprays cleaning water to the ground so as to clean the ground in cooperation with the ground brush. During operation, the suction system creates a negative pressure, which draws dirt and sewage from the floor through the suction duct 13 on the floor brush. Of course, other functional units may also be disposed on the device main body, and are not described in detail herein.
In order to facilitate the suction duct 13 to suck the dirt such as hair removed from the roller brush 20, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the hair removing teeth assembly 30 corresponds to the side of the roller brush 20 facing the suction duct 13, and the dirt such as hair cleaned by the hair removing teeth assembly 30 can correspond to the air opening of the suction duct 13, thereby facilitating the suction of the dirt. Further, the distance between the tooth tip of the first epilation tooth 312 and the tooth tip of the second epilation tooth 322 in the circumferential direction of the roller brush 20 is less than or equal to one quarter of the circumferential circumference of the roller brush 20. For example, taking the orientation in fig. 1 as an example, the second bristle removing teeth 322 are arranged in the region corresponding to the middle of the rolling brush 20 in the vertical direction, the first bristle removing teeth 312 are arranged in the region corresponding to the middle of the rolling brush 20 in the horizontal direction, and when the bristles 21 rotate from the first bristle removing teeth 312 to the second bristle removing teeth 322, the rolling brush 20 rotates by a quarter of a circle. The second hair-removing teeth 322 can further clean the hair on the brush 21, and simultaneously the dirt such as the cleaned hair can be taken away by the airflow more easily, so that the dirt is easy to absorb, and the dirt such as the hair cleaned by the second hair-removing teeth 322 can not be blocked by the rolling brush 20 and is retained on the second hair-removing teeth 322.
It should be noted that the distance between the tooth tip of the first epilation tooth 312 and the tooth tip of the second epilation tooth 322 along the circumferential direction of the rolling brush 20 may be greater than a quarter of the circumference of the rolling brush 20, which does not limit the embodiment of the present invention. At least one first hair removing tooth group 31 or second hair removing tooth group 32 can be arranged between the first hair removing tooth group 31 and the second hair removing tooth group 32, so that the cleaning efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, the value of L in fig. 5 is the linear distance between the tooth tip of the first epilation tooth 312 and the tooth tip of the second epilation tooth 322, and the value of L is proportional to the circumferential distance between the tooth tip of the first epilation tooth 312 and the tooth tip of the second epilation tooth 322, i.e. the larger the circumferential distance, the larger the value of L. In the embodiment of the present invention, the value of L may range from 10 to 40mm, for example, the value of L may be 20mm.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first epilation teeth 312 and the second epilation teeth 322 are arranged in a manner that, referring to fig. 1, the rolling brush 20 includes a side facing the suction air duct 13 and a side facing away from the suction air duct 13, with respect to a radial symmetry axis in a vertical direction. Taking the orientation in fig. 1 as an example, the linebase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A in fig. 1 isbase:Sub>A symmetry axis of the roller brush 20 in the vertical direction, the left area of the roller brush 20 is the side facing the suction air duct 13, and the right area is the side facing away from the suction air duct 13. First epilation tooth 312 and second epilation tooth 322 all set up in the regional area that the left side region corresponds, and first epilation tooth 312 and second epilation tooth 322 all correspond one side setting of brush towards the suction wind channel promptly. In this arrangement, the dirt such as hair cleaned by the first and second epilating teeth 312, 322 can be taken away by the airflow and is easy to suck by the air inlet of the suction duct 13.
With continued reference to fig. 1, furthermore, second epilation teeth 322 are arranged correspondingly above the roller brush 20, the axis of radial symmetry in the vertical direction of the roller brush 20 passing through the second epilation teeth 322. That is, the second epilation teeth 322 are disposed right above the rolling brush 20 in the vertical direction, and dirt such as hair cleaned by the second epilation teeth 322 is not blocked by the rolling brush 20 and stays on the second epilation teeth 322.
The first deburring teeth 312 are correspondingly disposed in the region between the second deburring teeth 322 and the suction air duct 13. The first depilation teeth 312 are disposed at positions that are more deviated to the suction duct 13 side than the second depilation teeth 322, and the first depilation teeth 312 are more deviated to the rear position than the second depilation teeth 322 with respect to the travel direction of the floor brush. The first bristle removing teeth 312 can be disposed at different positions according to different requirements, and the range of the included angle between the connecting line between the first bristle removing teeth 312 and the axis of the rolling brush 20 and the connecting line between the second bristle removing teeth 322 and the axis of the rolling brush can be greater than 0 degree and smaller than or equal to 90 degrees. If the included angle of the connecting line is 90 degrees, the second bristle-removing teeth 322 are located right above the vertical direction of the rolling brush 20, and the first bristle-removing teeth 312 are located at the middle position of the left side of the rolling brush 20. If the included angle of the connecting line is an acute angle of other angles, the second bristle removing teeth 322 are located right above the vertical direction of the rolling brush 20, and the first bristle removing teeth 312 are located at positions right to the middle position of the left side of the rolling brush 20.
To facilitate the integration of the hair removing teeth, referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the invention, the first hair removing teeth 31 further includes a first frame plate 311, and a plurality of first hair removing teeth 312 are disposed on the first frame plate 311. The second bristle tooth group 32 further includes a second bracket plate 321, and a plurality of second bristle teeth 322 are provided on the second bracket plate 321. The first support plate 311 can integrate the first plurality of hair-removing teeth 312 together to form a whole body, which is convenient for installation and positioning. Accordingly, a plurality of second epilation teeth 322 may be integrated together into one piece by the second bracket plate 321. Further, for more comprehensive cleaning, the lengths of the first and second bracket plates 311 and 321 are greater than or equal to the length of the rolling brush 20 along the axial direction of the rolling brush 20, so as to ensure that the lengths of the regions where the plurality of first deburring teeth 312 are located and the lengths of the regions where the plurality of first deburring teeth 312 are located can both cover the length of the rolling brush 20, thereby cleaning the whole rolling brush 20 including the edge position.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 4 in combination with fig. 5 and 6, one end of the first deburring teeth 312 is connected to the first frame plate 311, and the other end extends along the circumferential direction of the rolling brush 20 and in the opposite direction to the rotation direction of the rolling brush 20. The first depilation teeth 312 extend in the circumferential direction of the drum brush 20, so that the extension tendency of the first depilation teeth 312 more matches the shape of the outer circumferential profile of the circle of revolution of the drum brush 20, so that they can be brought closer to the outer edge of the circle of revolution of the drum brush 20, closer to the roots of the bristles 21, and thus dirt such as hair on the bristles 21 can be removed more effectively. The first bristle removing teeth 312 extend in the opposite direction to the rotation direction of the drum brush 20, so that the plurality of first bristle removing teeth 312 can provide an opposite force to the dirt, such as hair, on the drum brush 20 when the dirt, such as hair, wound around the drum brush 20 passes through the first bristle removing teeth 312, thereby rapidly cleaning the dirt, such as hair, from the drum brush 20.
In order to make the cleaned dirt more easily sucked by the suction duct 13, the first epilation teeth 312 are far from one end of the first support plate 311, and extend from the top of the roller brush cavity 12 to the area between the roller brush 20 and the air inlet of the suction duct 13. In this arrangement, the position of the first deburring tooth 312 can approximately correspond to the position of the air outlet of the suction air duct 13, and dirt such as hair cleaned by the first deburring tooth 312 corresponds to the air outlet of the suction air duct 13, so that the dirt is more easily taken away by the airflow and is convenient to suck.
In order to further facilitate the cleaning of dirt such as hair by the first removing bristle 312, it is possible to realize a mode in which the width of the first removing bristle 312 in the axial direction of the brush roll 20 gradually becomes smaller from the first holder plate 311 to the end away from the first holder plate 311. One end of the first epilation teeth 312, which is far away from the first frame plate 311, is similar to a cone-shaped structure, and the tip area of the cone-shaped structure is the tooth tip of the first epilation teeth 312, so that the first epilation teeth 312 can extend into the gaps of the brush hairs 21, and can contact with and clean the dirt such as hair from the rolling brush 20.
Alternatively, the width of the first bristle-removing teeth 312 in the axial direction of the roller brush 20 may gradually decrease from the side facing the roller brush 20 to the side facing away from the roller brush 20. One side of the first epilating teeth 312 facing away from the rolling brush 20 can be used as an object-facing surface of the first epilating teeth 312, and the object-facing surface has a small width, so that the first epilating teeth 312 can extend into gaps between the bristles 21 more easily, and can be contacted with dirt such as hair, and the dirt such as hair can be cleaned from the rolling brush 20.
It should be noted that the above two ways can be implemented separately or combined together, so that the first hair-removing teeth 312 can clean dirt such as hair more conveniently.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 6, a surface of the first depilation tooth 312 facing away from the roller brush 20 has an arc-shaped guide surface 3121, a surface of the first depilation tooth 312 facing toward the roller brush 20 has an arc-shaped escape surface 3122, and the arc-shaped guide surface 3121 and the arc-shaped escape surface 3122 are connected at an end of the first depilation tooth 312 remote from the first bracket plate 311. The side of the first epilation element 312 facing away from the rolling brush 20, i.e. the object-facing side of the first epilation element 312, is in contact with the bristles 21 of the rolling brush 20 in addition to the hair, and when the first epilation element 312 is in contact with the bristles 21, the bristles 21 are smoothly separated by the arc-shaped guide surface 3121, so that the bristles 21 pass by from the side of the first epilation element 312, thereby reducing the friction damage to the bristles 21. The surface of first depilation teeth 312 facing roller brush 20 corresponds to the surface of roller brush 20, and the curvature of the arc shaped escape surface 3122 matches the outer contour of the circle of revolution of roller brush 20 in order to avoid first depilation teeth 312 interfering with the rotation of roller brush 20. The shape of the first bristle removing teeth 312 can be made to more closely match the shape of the outer peripheral contour of the circle of revolution of the rolling brush 20 by the arc-shaped avoiding surface 3122, so that dirt such as hair on the bristles 21 can be more effectively removed by being closer to the roots of the bristles 21. After the arc-shaped guide surface 3121 and the arc-shaped avoiding surface 3122 are connected, the shape of the first epilation tooth 312 is similar to the shape of a beak or nail of a bird, which is more convenient for cleaning hair.
Further, in order to make the first depilation teeth 312 more easily protrude into the gap between the bristles 21, the distance between the arcuate guide surface 3121 and the arcuate avoidance surface 3122 becomes smaller from the first frame plate 311 to an end distant from the first frame plate 311. So that the tips of the first bristle-removing teeth 312 can more easily enter the gaps between the bristles 21 and the bristles 21, and thus contact and clean dirt such as hair from the rolling brush 20. In order to increase the strength of the first bristle-removing teeth 312, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 6, a reinforcing rib 313 is provided on a side of the first bristle-removing teeth 312 facing away from the rolling brush cavity 12, and the reinforcing rib 313 is connected with the first frame plate 311. The force exerted partly on the first epilatory tooth 312 is absorbed by the stiffening webs 313, so that the risk of breakage of the first epilatory tooth 312 is reduced, i.e. the strength of the first epilatory tooth 312 is increased. Meanwhile, the reinforcing ribs 313 have certain length, width and thickness and can also play a role in blocking dirt such as hair, and therefore cleaning efficiency is improved. Further, in order not to affect the cleaning effect of the first deburring tooth 312, an avoiding distance is provided between the reinforcing rib 313 and the end portion of the first deburring tooth 312, that is, with respect to the first rack plate 311, one end of the first deburring tooth 312 away from the first rack plate 311 is longer than one end of the reinforcing rib 313 away from the first rack plate 311. The distance difference between the reinforcing ribs 313 and the end portions of the first deburring teeth 312 is an avoidance distance, the avoidance distance can be set according to different requirements, for example, the avoidance distance can be larger than or equal to 2.0mm, and the avoidance distance can be other values as long as the cleaning effect is not affected and the strength of the first deburring teeth 312 can be enhanced.
Referring to fig. 7 in conjunction with fig. 1 to 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second depilation teeth 322 are arranged in such a manner that one end of the second depilation teeth 322 is connected to the second support plate 321, and the other end thereof is folded back to form hook-shaped teeth, and hook heads of the hook-shaped teeth extend in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the rolling brush 20. Foul such as hair that twines on round brush 20 when removing hair tooth 322, can be caught by the gib head of hook type tooth, along the direction of rotation of round brush 20, hook type tooth provides the resistance to hair for hair is difficult to break away from on the second removes hair tooth 322, and a plurality of second remove hair tooth 322 can provide reverse effort to foul such as hair on the round brush 20, thereby can clear up foul such as hair from round brush 20 fast and get off. Meanwhile, the hook heads of the hook-shaped teeth face the suction air duct 13, and the hairs are not blocked by the hook-shaped teeth along the opposite direction of the rotation direction of the rolling brush 20, so that the hairs are easily sucked in the suction air duct 13. One side of the hook-shaped teeth facing the rolling brush 20 may be an arc-shaped surface matching the outer contour of the rolling brush 20, or may be a straight surface parallel to the tangent of the rolling brush 20.
In order to increase the strength of the second deburring tooth 322, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 7, a reinforcing rib 323 is disposed on the object facing surface of the hook-shaped tooth, and the reinforcing rib 323 is connected to the second supporting plate 321 and the hook head of the hook-shaped tooth respectively. The force exerted partly on the second epilation teeth 322 is absorbed by the stiffening webs 323, so that the risk of breakage of the second epilation teeth 322 is reduced, i.e. the strength of the second epilation teeth 322 is increased. Meanwhile, the reinforcing ribs 323 have certain length, width and thickness and can also play a role in blocking dirt such as hair and the like, so that the cleaning efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the reinforcing ribs 323 extend into the hook heads from the second support plate 321, so that partial areas inside the hook heads are filled, dirt such as hair can be effectively prevented from being retained in the hook heads, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first depilating tooth 312 and the second depilating tooth 322 may be implemented in the same manner or different manners, and may be set according to different requirements. For example, the first hair-removing teeth 312 and the second hair-removing teeth 322 can be implemented in the manner shown in fig. 6, in the manner shown in fig. 7, or in a combination of the manners.
