In the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1-3, the cleaning device 110 further includes a bracket assembly 112, the bracket assembly 112 is at least partially disposed inside the device housing 111 and is connected to the device housing 111, for example, the bracket assembly 112 may be connected to the device housing 111 by a fastener or a snap. The roll brush 113 is preferably removably attached to the carriage assembly 112 to facilitate cleaning, maintenance, or replacement of the roll brush 113.
The holder assembly 112 is provided with a dust box opening 118, and the dust box opening 118 can be communicated with the apparatus dust box and the roll brush suction port 115, respectively, so that when the cleaning apparatus 110 cleans the floor, the dust such as dust rolled up by the roll brush 113 enters the apparatus dust box through the roll brush suction port 115 and the dust box opening 118.
As shown in fig. 1, the base 130 includes a base housing 131 and a blower (not shown) disposed inside the base housing 131. The base housing 131 is provided with a base suction opening 133, and the base suction opening 133 can communicate with an air inlet of the blower. In the state where the cleaning apparatus 110 is fitted to the base 130, the locations of the brush suction opening 115 and the base suction opening 133 correspond, and communication is enabled therebetween. Preferably, the structures of the roll brush suction opening 115 and the base suction opening 133 match.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the cleaning device 110 further includes comb teeth 114, the comb teeth 114 are disposed along an axial direction parallel to the central axis of the rolling brush 113, and the comb teeth 114 can be extended into the inside of the rolling brush 113, such as being extended into the inside of the rolling brush 113 along a radial direction perpendicular to the central axis of the rolling brush 113. When the cleaning device 110 performs a sweeping operation, the comb teeth 114 do not interfere with the suction of the debris on the floor from the brush suction opening 115. In a state where the cleaning apparatus 110 is engaged with the base 130, the drum brush 113 is rotated in the second rotation direction or alternately rotated in the first rotation direction and the second rotation direction, the hairs on the drum brush 113 are detached from the drum brush 113 by the engagement of the drum brush 113 and the comb teeth 114, and enter the dust box inside the base 130 through the drum brush suction port 115 and the base suction port 133 by the fan. Accordingly, the comb teeth 114 can clean the hairs on the drum brush 113, so that the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning device 110 can be improved, the competitiveness of the product can be improved, and the user experience can be improved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the comb teeth 114 are disposed at the rolling brush suction port 115, or are disposed close to the rolling brush suction port 115 (e.g., the apparatus dust box and the comb teeth 114 are disposed at the same side or opposite sides of the rolling brush 113, and the comb teeth 114 are closer to the rolling brush suction port 115 than the apparatus dust box), and are fixedly disposed, and can be extended into the rolling brush 113, so that the hair dropped from the rolling brush 113 when the hair entangled on the rolling brush 113 is cleaned is directly introduced into the dust box inside the base 130 through the rolling brush suction port 115 and the base suction port 133, which is advantageous for improving the cleaning efficiency of the hair entangled on the rolling brush 113.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4 and 5, the comb teeth 114 are disposed at the dust box opening 118 or near the dust box opening 118 (e.g., the apparatus dust box and the comb teeth 114 are disposed on the same side or opposite sides of the drum brush 113, and the comb teeth 114 are closer to the dust box opening 118 than the apparatus dust box). And the comb teeth 114 can be switched between a first position (see fig. 4) at least partially outside the roller brush 113 and a second position (see fig. 5) protruding inside the roller brush 113.
When the roll brush 113 rotates in the first rotation direction D1, the comb teeth 114 can be switched from the second position to the first position. Specifically, when the roller brush 113 rotates in the first rotation direction D1, the roller brush 113 can apply a certain pushing force to the comb teeth 114 located at the second position to push the comb teeth 114 from the second position to the first position and to keep the comb teeth 114 at the first position.
When the drum brush 113 rotates in the second rotation direction D2 opposite to the first rotation direction D1, the drum brush 113 can be switched from the first position to the second position.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the comb teeth 114 located at the first position are completely located outside the roll brush 113. And in the height direction of the cleaning apparatus 110, the teeth 122, which will be mentioned later, of the comb teeth 114 located at the first position are higher than the teeth 122 of the comb teeth 114 located at the second position, so that when the roller brush 113 rotates in the second rotation direction D2, the comb teeth 114 can be switched from the first position to the second position by the gravity of themselves, and in the course of the switching, after the comb teeth 114 contact the roller brush 113, the roller brush 113 rotates in the second rotation direction D2 can apply a certain thrust toward the second position to the comb teeth 114 to assist the switching of the comb teeth 114 from the first position to the second position, and so that the comb teeth 114 are maintained at the second position.
In another embodiment in which the comb teeth 114 located at the first position are completely located outside the roller brush 113 and the teeth 122 of the comb teeth 114 located at the first position are higher than the teeth 122 of the comb teeth 114 located at the second position in the height direction of the cleaning apparatus 110, the comb teeth 114 may be designed such that, after the comb teeth 114 are mounted to the cleaning apparatus 110, the center of gravity of the comb teeth 114 enables the comb teeth 114 to be biased toward the roller brush 113, i.e., to rotate toward the second position, such that, when the roller brush 113 rotates in the second rotation direction D2, the comb teeth 114 can be switched from the first position to the second position by their own gravity, and during switching, after contacting the roller brush 113, by means of the urging force applied by the roller brush 113 toward the second position, the comb teeth 114 are switched to the second position and maintained at the second position.
In still another embodiment, an elastic member (not shown) such as a spring or a torsion spring may be provided on the comb teeth 114, the elastic member being capable of applying a force toward the second position to the comb teeth 114, and pushing the comb teeth 114 from the first position to the second position when the roll brush 113 rotates in the second rotation direction D2, and causing the comb teeth 114 to remain at the second position.
In still another embodiment, after the cleaning device 110 cleans the floor, the objects such as hairs wound on the roller brush 113 can come into contact with the comb teeth 114, so that when the roller brush 113 rotates in the second rotation direction D2, the comb teeth 114 can also be switched from the first position to the second position by the force of the objects such as hairs wound on the roller brush 113 and remain at the second position.
In another embodiment, the comb teeth 114 in the first position may not completely separate from the roller brush 113, that is, the comb teeth 114 in the first position may also protrude into the roller brush 113, but the comb teeth 114 in the first position may protrude into the roller brush 113 to a smaller extent than the comb teeth 114 in the second position, for example, to a smaller extent. As such, when the roller brush 113 rotates in the second rotation direction D2, the roller brush 113 can apply a certain pushing force to the comb teeth 114 toward the second position to push the comb teeth 114 from the first position to the second position and to cause the roller brush 113 to remain at the second position.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the cleaning device 110 cleans the floor, the roller brush 113 rotates in a first rotation direction D1 (e.g., rotates in a clockwise direction) to push the comb teeth 114 from the second position to the first position, where the comb teeth 114 are located outside the roller brush 113 without affecting the suction of the garbage on the floor from the roller brush suction opening 115 and into the device dust box through the dust box opening 118. When the cleaning device 110 is engaged with the base 130, the roller brush 113 rotates in the second rotation direction D2 (e.g., rotates in a counterclockwise direction), the comb teeth 114 can be switched from the first position to the second position, and the comb teeth 114 protrude into the roller brush 113, so that the hairs on the roller brush 113 fall off the roller brush 113 under the engagement of the roller brush 113 and the comb teeth 114, and can enter the dust box inside the base 130 through the roller brush suction opening 115 and the base suction opening 133 under the action of the fan. Therefore, the comb teeth 114 can clean the hair on the drum brush 113 to improve the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning device 110, improve the competitiveness of the product, and improve the user experience.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, the bracket assembly 112 is provided with a stopper portion 123, the stopper portion 123 having a first abutment surface 124 and a second abutment surface 125 different from the first abutment surface 124. The first abutment surface 124 can abut against the comb teeth 114 to be able to limit the comb teeth 114 in the first position. The second abutment surface 125 is capable of abutting against the comb teeth 114 to retain the comb teeth 114 in the second position. The stopper portion 123 has a stopper groove 126 extending in the axial direction, the stopper groove 126 is formed of at least a first abutting surface 124 and a second abutting surface 125, and one side of the comb teeth 114 (the main body side of the comb teeth 114) is disposed in the stopper groove 126.
The cleaning device 110 further includes a mounting shaft 141 disposed in the axial direction, the mounting shaft 141 rotatably mounting the comb teeth 114 to the carriage assembly 112. Specifically, the mounting shaft 141 extends through the main body portion 121 of the comb teeth 114 to be mentioned later, and is non-rotatable with respect to the main body portion 121.
Furthermore, in an embodiment not shown, the comb teeth 114 in fig. 4 and 5 may be provided at the roller brush suction port 115 or near the roller brush suction port 115 (e.g., the apparatus dust box and the comb teeth 114 are provided on the same side or opposite sides of the roller brush 113, and the comb teeth 114 are closer to the roller brush suction port 115 than the apparatus dust box), that is, the comb teeth are provided away from the dust box opening 118 (e.g., the apparatus dust box and the comb teeth 114 are provided on the same side or opposite sides of the dust box opening 118, and the comb teeth 114 are further away from the dust box opening 118 than the apparatus dust box), in order to facilitate, on the one hand, entry of hairs falling from the roller brush 113 into the dust box inside the base 130 directly through the roller brush suction port 115 and the base suction port 133 when cleaning the hairs wound on the roller brush 113, to effectively improve the cleaning efficiency of the hairs wound on the roller brush 113, and, on the other hand, to facilitate eventual entry of the dust on the floor into the apparatus dust box via the roller brush suction port 115 and the dust box opening 118 in turn.
The length of the comb teeth 114 may be substantially equal to the length of the roll brush 113. The comb teeth 114 may be made of a metal or resin material, for example, the comb teeth 114 may be made of a stainless steel material.
In the present invention, in order to effectively improve the cleaning efficiency of the hair wound on the rolling brush 113, the comb teeth 114 extend into the inside dimension of the rolling brush 113, and the dimension L extending into the inside dimension of the rolling brush 113 along the radial direction of the central axis of the rolling brush 113 preferably satisfies: l2 is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3mm. More preferably, L is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 3mm. Still more preferably, 2.5 mm. Ltoreq. L.ltoreq.3 mm.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, a dimension L of the comb teeth 114 protruding into the inside of the drum brush 113 in the radial direction satisfies: l is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3mm. Further preferably, L is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 3mm. Still more preferably, 2.5 mm. Ltoreq. L.ltoreq.3 mm.
As shown in fig. 6, the comb teeth 114 include a main body portion 121 and a plurality of teeth 122 disposed at one side of the main body portion 121. The plurality of teeth 122 are arranged along the length direction of the body part 121 and can protrude into the inside of the drum brush 113 in the radial direction. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the roll brush 113 includes a glue brush 116 and bristles 117, and the bristles 117 extend beyond the glue brush 116 in the radial direction. The rubber brush 116 may be made of a rubber material, and the bristles 117 may be made of a resin material. In the present embodiment, the teeth 122 of the comb teeth 114 extend into the brush bristles 117 in the radial direction and do not contact the rubber brush 116, so as to prevent the interference between the comb teeth 114 and the rubber brush 116, which may cause the roller brush 113 to rotate unevenly or not.
As shown in fig. 1, the base 130 further comprises an air suction pipe 134, and the air suction pipe 134 connects the base suction opening 133 with an air inlet of the fan, so that hairs falling from the rolling brush 113 can enter the air suction pipe 134 through the rolling brush suction opening 115 and the base suction opening 133 under the action of the fan.
