Abstract
The invention relates to an easy-to-clean brush wire, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) polyester, 25-35 parts of PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) polyester, 5-15 parts of Teflon powder, 0.4-0.6 part of grafting auxiliary agent and 0.1-0.3 part of color master batch, wherein the PBT polyester is subjected to vacuum treatment at 160 ℃ for 4 hours. The paint brush is easy to clean, the brush wire is simple in composition, and paint attached to the brush wire can be easily cleaned off after the paint is applied to the paint brush made of the brush wire, so that the paint brush can be repeatedly used, the paint brush is environment-friendly, the utilization rate of the paint brush is improved, and the cost of painting is effectively reduced.

Experiments show that the paint brush prepared from the brush wire in the embodiment 2 has the best cleaning effect after painting, and can basically and completely clean the paint attached to the brush wire; the cleaning effect of example 3 was inferior; the cleaning effect of example 1 was inferior to that of example 3; the cleaning effect of comparative example 1 is the worst, and after the cleaning is carried out for many times, more paint still adheres to the brush filaments; comparative example 2 had a slightly better cleaning effect than comparative example 1, but was still far less excellent than example 3.

The brush wire has simple components, and the paint brush prepared from the brush wire can easily clean the paint attached to the brush wire after painting, so that the paint brush can be repeatedly used, thereby not only protecting the environment, but also improving the utilization rate of the paint brush and effectively reducing the cost of painting.
