Abstract

一种手柄装置(100)，用于辅助裸芯片进行生化反应，该装置中段开设有芯片槽(110)以安装裸芯片(300)，芯片槽(100)内部开设密封槽(120)以固定连接裸芯片(300)，密封槽(120)内侧开设真空槽(130)，真空槽(130)与外部导通以负压吸附裸芯片(300)，芯片槽(110)侧边开设定位槽，用于运送过程的定位。该手柄装置(100)可配套裸芯片(300)应用于基因测序系统中，反应通量大，重复利用率高，提高测序面积的利用率，降低材料和制造成本，并且操作便捷，自动化程度高，测试效率好。
