一种多功能茶几桌，包括茶几面板(2)和支撑茶几面板(2)的桌架(1)，桌架(1)内设置茶几升降架(11)，茶几升降架(11)可驱动茶几面板(2)自第一位置移动到第二位置，其中，第一位置为茶几面板(2)的底部与桌架(1)的顶部抵接，第二位置位于第一位置的斜上方；还设置有与桌架(1)滑动连接的平衡架(3)，设置在平衡架(3)和茶几面板(2)之间的联动机构，当茶几面板(2)自第一位置运动至第二位置的过程中，联动机构带动平衡架(3)沿茶几面板(2)的水平移动方向滑出，平衡架(3)与桌架(1)形成对茶几面板(2)的稳定支撑，防止茶几面板(2)因升高后重心改变而发生倾倒。
