一种多功能茶几桌 技术领域
本申请涉及家具技术领域,尤其涉及一种多功能茶几桌。
背景技术
众所周知,茶几是供人们坐在沙发、椅子上喝茶或饮料,或看电视、休闲、聊天时使用的低矮台面的家具。随着社会的发展,现代人们需要在客厅内,坐在沙发、椅子上,在高台面的桌子高度上来看手机、看平板电脑、看笔记本电脑、阅读与书写等等,所以迫切需要一种可以变换两种台面高度的兼备上述茶几和桌子两种功能的茶几桌;并且要求在通常的桌面高度上工作时保证良好的坐姿,减少腰椎病、颈椎病、肩周炎及近视的发生。
目前市场上,已出现了一种茶几桌,它由一块固定茶几面板及一块可上升的小茶几面板组成,以该小茶几面板上升到相当于通常的桌面高度,供给现代人们看手机、看平板电脑、看笔记本电脑时的支持需求。但是,这种茶几桌结构占用面积增大,不便于移动,而且在台面升高变成为桌子时还容易倾倒,即稳定性差。近期,又出现了一种称为组合茶几桌,它是在桌架下部设有一个可拉出的平衡架,利用平衡架扩大支面来解决倾倒的安全风险。但是,由于茶几面板和桌架下的平衡架是分别独立拉出来的,当茶几面板升高变成为桌子时,由于茶几面板超出了桌架的支面范围,如果人们忘记了拉出平衡架,使得组合茶几桌的稳定性仍然存在隐患,双肘及前臂支撑到靠近人体的桌面上时,仍会造成组合茶几桌的倾倒,产生安全风险。

本申请的实施例提供一种多功能茶几桌,可实现在茶几面板向斜上方升高后,平衡架随茶几面板伸出与桌架形成对茶几面板的稳定支撑,防止茶几面板因重心改变发生倾倒。
本申请提供一种多功能茶几桌,包括:茶几面板;

本实施例中的多功能茶几桌包括一个桌架1、一块茶几面板2及两个平衡架3,如图1-10所示,其中:
桌架1是四条腿底端设有滚轮的长方体支架(如图1所示),在该桌架1箱体内连接有气压杆和平行的双连杆组成的茶几升降架11,其中气压杆下端连接在桌架1上,双连杆上端连接在茶几面板2的下表面,而在该桌架1箱体的左右外侧(以靠近人体一侧为中心来确定左右)每侧的立板上都固设有上下两条平行的滑轨槽12(属现有技术)。
茶几面板2是长方形的面板,并且在靠近人体一侧的茶几面板2边缘上开设容纳人体腰部的呈梯形(或凹弧形)凹槽21,供人们在茶几面板2升高到通常的高台面的桌面高度工作时人体腰部进入凹槽21,人的双肘及前臂支持在茶几面板2上的凹槽21左、右两侧的位置(此位置即为左、右支肘板)进行桌面工作。在凹槽21的横边上用合页23连接和凹槽21同样形状及大小的容腰板22,在上述桌面工作时,折叠式的容腰板22绕合页23旋转到茶几面板2的背面,且用磁吸吸附固定,此时茶几面板2的边缘上露出凹槽21(如图5所示,图中未示出磁吸)。在茶几面板2不需要进行桌面工作时,只要把凹槽(可称为容腰槽)21和容腰板22相对应的边配合,在背面用左右各一个普通插关将容腰板22同茶几面板2连接成一整体,此时茶几面板2恢复成完整的矩形形状(如图4所示,图中未示出插关)。或者用可设置的如图6所示的插销杆24、插座25及槽座26等组成的双向插关将容腰板22同茶几面板2连接成一整体(如图7所示)。在茶几面板2下表面左右两侧固定连接两根相间隔且平行的两竖直杆27(也可以称为侧竖直杆27)(如图1、2所示);两竖直杆的位置,可以在相对于平衡架3前后方向上两条腿的中间位置(如图3、4所示)。也可以在相对于平衡架3的前后两条腿之间,但更靠近平衡架3前侧的腿的位置(如图8、9、10所示),在此情况下,当茶几桌处于桌子状态时,茶几面板2下面的两侧的空间会更加宽敞一些(在以后的几个实施例中,也体现出这种情况)。
平衡架3是藏于桌架1左右两侧外边的以两根板条与前后两条腿上段连接而成的两腿框架(也可以称为侧平衡架3)(如图1、2所示),共有两个平衡架3,每个平衡架3内侧面(相对于桌架1的内侧面)上端设有与桌架1上的相应滑轨槽12滑动配合的两条平行滑轨31,而两个平衡架3的共四条腿底端各分別连接一个滚轮,该两个平衡架3在向后移出桌架1之外、或向前移动藏于桌架1之内的过程中,上述平行滑轨31与滑轨槽12滑动配合的同时,保持上述滚轮在地面滚动;在每个平衡架3的上下两条平行滑轨31之间还固定连接左、右相对的水平杆32,并且呈圆弧状的悬臂端(以减小接触的摩擦)分别抵靠(接触)在茶几面板2下表面的两竖直杆27两侧面。
在茶几桌处于茶几状态时,当人向后上方抬起并拉动该茶几面板2,茶几升降架11的双连杆随之向后上方升高,该茶几面板2由低矮台面的茶几状态的初始位置开始,相对于桌架1升高并且同时向后方平移后,达到了通常的桌面高度的稳定的高位置,并且向后方移动出桌架1之外,此时茶几桌由茶几变成为桌子(如图1、2所示)。同时两侧的两个竖直杆27经推动水平杆32,联动左右两个平衡架3都自动同步地弹出即仅向后方平移伸出桌架1之外,扩大了支持面,使得该茶几面板2处于通常的桌子高度的高位置时受力后也不易倾倒,从而使茶几桌的整体结构稳定,和现有技术相比,结构简单,适合于当做高台面的桌子使用,满足现代人们看手机、看平板电脑及笔记本电脑、阅读与书写等等坐姿桌面工作的支持需求。
在茶几桌处于桌子状态时,当人向前下方下压并推动该茶几面板2,茶几升降架11的双连杆向前下方下降,该茶几面板2由通常的桌面高度的高位置开始下降并且同时向前方平移后直接支承在桌架1的顶端,此时,茶几桌由桌子变成为茶几;同时两个竖直杆27经推动水平杆32,联动左右两个平衡架3都仅向前方自动同步平移藏于桌架1之内的初始位置,使该茶几面板2处于稳定的茶几状态的低位置(如图3、4所示),即适合于当做低矮台面的茶几使用的需求。
此外,在桌架1背面立板上可设置金属挂件,供挂装一个脚凳的面板,由于有多个不同高度的金属挂件供选择从而可调脚凳的高度,这个脚凳可供人们坐在沙发上时支承双腿抬起呈水平状态,使人感到很舒适。
需要解释的是,本实施例中的两个平衡架3即为平衡架组件,竖直杆27和水平杆32构成了联动机构。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,本实施例中的多功能茶几桌包括一个桌架1、一块茶几面板2及两个平衡架3,如图11-14所示,其中:
在每个平衡架3的前竖直腿34的上下两条平行滑轨31之间位置还固定连接一根前水平悬臂 杆32,而在后竖直腿35的上下两条平行滑轨31之间位置还固定连接一根相对的后水平悬臂杆33。当茶几桌处于茶几状态时,前水平悬臂杆32呈圆弧状的悬臂端(以减少接触的摩擦)与两个竖直杆27的相对应侧面相抵靠(接触),而后水平悬臂杆33呈圆弧状的悬臂端与两竖直杆27的相对应侧面间有一定的间隙(如图13所示)。当茶几桌处于桌子状态时,前水平悬臂杆32的悬臂端与两竖直杆27相对应的侧面间有一定的间隙,而后水平悬臂杆33的悬臂端与两竖直杆27相对应的侧面相抵靠(接触)(如图11所示)。
在茶几桌处于茶几状态时,当人向后上方抬起并拉动该茶几面板2,茶几升降架11的双连杆隨之向后上方升高,该茶几面板2由茶几状态的低位置开始,升高并且同时向后方平移后,达到通常的桌面高度的稳定的高位置,且向后方移动出桌架1之外,此时茶几桌由茶几变成为桌子(如图11、12所示)。同时两个竖直杆27先经过一段空程后,直到抵靠到后水平悬臂杆33的悬臂端并推动后水平悬臂杆33,然后联动左右两个平衡架3都自动同步弹出后仅向后方平移伸出桌架1之外,此时该平衡架3的前竖直腿34处在桌架1的中间位置。与实施例一(图1)中的平衡架3的前竖直腿处在桌架1后侧的状态相比较:一方面,尽管在本实施例中,平衡架3向后方平移的距离变短了一些,但仍然可以达到当茶几面板2在处于通常的桌面高度的高位置时受力后仍不易倾倒的目标,在满足此目标的前提之下,桌架1箱体与平衡架3之间通过滑轨槽12和滑轨31建立起来的结构上的联系由于两者间的重叠部分更长一些因而更加稳定。另一方面,由于平衡架3向后方平移的距离变短了一些,后竖直腿35距离桌架1就比较近了一些,与实施例一相比较,本实施例在该茶几面板2下边的容膝空间和容足空间的深度有所增加,便于坐在茶几面板2后边的人伸腿、放置物件等,即适合于当做高台面的桌子使用,满足现代人们看手机、看平板电脑、看笔记本电脑、阅读书写等等坐姿桌面工作的需求。

需要解释的是,本实施例中的两个平衡架3即为平衡架组件,竖直杆27、前水平悬臂杆32和后水平悬臂杆33构成了联动机构。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例一和二的区别在于,本实施例中的多功能茶几面板包括一个桌架1、一块茶几面板2及两个平衡架3,如图15-18所示,其中:
平衡架3是以平板与两竖直腿上段连接而成并藏于桌架1左右两侧外边的两腿架(也可以称为侧平衡架3),共有两个平衡架3,每个平衡架3平板的内侧面(相对于桌架1的内侧面)上端设有与桌架1上的相应滑轨槽12滑动配合的上下两条平行滑轨31,而两个平衡架3的共四条腿底端各分别连接一个脚轮,该两个平衡架3在向后移出桌架1之外、或向前移动藏于桌架1之内的过程中,上述平行滑轨31与滑轨槽12滑动配合的同时,保持上述脚轮在地面滚动。在每个平衡架3平板的内侧板面的上下两条平行滑轨31之间的位置,与此位置相对应的平板的外侧板面上还固定连接左、右相对的挡块321,并且呈圆弧状的悬臂端(以减少接触的摩擦)分别抵靠(接触)在茶几面板2下表面的两竖直杆27两侧面。(在本实施例中,挡块321的呈圆弧状的悬臂端分别抵靠、接触在两竖直杆27两侧面,此原理与实施例一类似,此处也可以做出改变,让挡块321与竖直杆27两侧面,一侧相抵靠、接触,另一侧互相有一定间隙,此处的原理与实施例二类似;以上这两种情况都可以分别实行)。

实施例四
本实施例与实施例一至三的区别在于,本实施例中的多功能茶几桌包括一个桌架1、一块茶几面板2及两个平衡架3,如图19-22所示,其中:
竖直杆27的侧面上开设有竖直槽271(如图19、20所示,本实施例中的竖直杆27在图19中前后方向上的宽度比较大,因此才能够在其侧面上开有竖直槽271;竖直杆27及竖直槽271的位置,可以在相对于平衡架3前后方向上两条腿的中间位置,如图3、4所示,也可以在相对于平衡架3的前后两条腿之间,但更靠近平衡架3前侧的腿的位置,如图19所示,在此情况下,当茶几桌处于桌子状态时,茶几面板2下面的两侧的空间会更加宽敞一些)。
平衡架3皆是以平板与前竖直腿34和后竖直腿35上段连接而成并藏于桌架1左右两侧外边的两腿架(也可以称为侧平衡架3),如图20所示,共有两个平衡架3,而且在每个平衡架3平板的内侧面上面设有与桌架1上的相应滑轨槽12滑动配合的上下两条平行滑轨31,而两个平衡架3的共四条腿底端各分別连接一个滚轮,该两个平衡架3在向后移出桌架1之外、或向前移动藏于桌架1之内的过程中,上述平行滑轨31与滑轨槽12滑动配合的同时,保持上述滚轮在地面滚动。在每个平衡架3的平板外侧面上设有一凸圆柱杆(凸圆柱杆可以改变为凸方柱杆、或凸长方柱杆等等)36,该凸圆柱杆36与竖直杆27侧面上开设的竖直槽271滑动配合。(在本实施例中,凸圆柱杆36与竖直槽271滑动配合,即凸圆柱杆36与竖直杆27的两个内侧面相抵靠、接触,此处的原理与实施例一类似。此处也可以做出改变,即凸圆柱杆36与竖直杆27的两个内侧面,一侧相抵靠、接触,另一侧互相有一定间隙,此处的原理与实施例二类似;以上这两种情况都可以分别实行)。

桌架1下段内同一水平面上的两内侧,固设有平行的两滑轨槽12。
平衡框架3是藏于桌架1下段内的可滑动的四条腿框架,该平衡框架3上端两侧设有与桌架1上的相应滑轨槽12滑动配合的两条平行滑轨31,而平衡框架3的四条腿端头各分別连接一个脚轮,该平衡框架3在向后伸出桌架1之外(如图23、24所示)、或者向前移动藏于桌架1之内(如图26、27所示)的过程中,上述平行滑轨31与滑轨槽12滑动配合的同时,保持上述脚轮在地面滚动;该平衡框架3上端固定连接一根凹槽形水平档杆32(如图28-30所示)。
两个竖直杆架4是H型结构架,其上端固定连接在茶几面板2下表面左右两侧(以靠近人体一侧为中心来确定左右),且呈平行状态,而下端是悬吊端,该悬吊端处在平衡框架3的水平档杆32向上伸出的左、右两端头各自的前后两侧(竖直杆架4也可以称为侧竖直杆架4)(如图23、24、26所示)。(在本实施例中,两竖直杆架4下端即悬吊端与水平档杆32向上伸出的左右两端头各自的相对的前后两侧中,有一侧是相抵靠、接触,另一侧互相有一定间隙,此情况的原理与实施例二类似;也可以改变设计为悬吊端与水平档杆32向上伸出的左右两端头各自的相对的前后两侧中,每一侧都相抵靠、接触,此情况的原理与实施例一、实施例三类似;以上这两种情况都可以分别实行)。
在茶几桌处于茶几状态时,当人向桌架1的后上方抬起并拉动整块的茶几面板2,茶几升降架11的双连杆随之向后上方升高,该茶几面板2由低矮台面的茶几状态的初始位置开始,相对于桌架1升高并且同时向后方平移后,达到稳定的高位置即通常的桌面高度,并且向后方移动出桌架1之外,此时茶几桌由茶几变成为桌子(如图23、24所示)。同时茶几面板2带动竖直杆架4升高并且向后方平移时,两个两侧的竖直杆架4同时推动水平档杆32的左、右两个端头(两端头向上伸出的高度决定于,当竖直杆架4升高时,其与向上伸出的左右两端头不至于脱开即可;因此,在特殊的情况下,两端头向上伸出的高度甚至可以为0),联动平衡框架3自动同步地仅向后方平移伸出桌架1之外至茶几面板2的后下方,扩大了支持面,使茶几面板2在处于通常的桌子高度的高位置时受压力下仍不易倾倒,从而使茶几桌的整体结构稳定(如图23所示)。又由于平衡框架3在伸出桌架1之外的后端部分位于人体双脚的两外侧,当茶几面板2外伸出桌架1的后上方时,平衡框架3与茶几面板2、桌架1之间形成的较大空间,使坐在椅子、沙发上的人体双腿有比较好的容膝空间和容足空间,使人感到比较舒适(如图23、25所示);此时茶几桌可当做桌子使用,即适用于供给现代人们看手机、看平板电脑、看笔记本电脑、阅读与书写等等时对坐姿桌面工作的支持需求。
在茶几桌处于桌子状态时,当人向前下方下压并推动该茶几面板2,茶几升降架11的双连杆向前下方回落,该茶几面板2由通常的桌面高度的高位置开始下降并且同时向前方平移后直接支承在桌架1的顶端,此时茶几桌由桌子变成为茶几。同时两竖直杆架4经推动水平档杆32的左、右两个端头,联动平衡框架3自动同步地仅向前方平移藏于桌架1之内的初始位置,茶几面板2处于低矮位置即通常的茶几高度(如图26、27所示),茶几桌当作普通茶几使用。
需要解释的是,本实施例中的一个平衡框架3即为平衡架组件,两个竖直杆架4、水平档杆32构成了联动机构。
实施例六
本实施例与实施例一至五的区别在于,本实施例中的多功能茶几桌由一个桌架1、一块茶几面板2、一个中间平衡架3及两个竖直杆架4构成,如图31-35所示,其中:
桌架1下段内同一水平面上的两内侧,固设有平行的两滑轨槽12。
一个中间平衡架3是由前后两条腿构成的扁形架,位于桌架1的下段内的中间位置,在该中间平衡架3上端两侧设有两条平行滑轨31,该平行滑轨31与桌架1上的相应滑轨槽12滑动配合;中间平衡架3的两条腿底端各分別连接一个或两个脚轮(一般来讲,在每条腿底端连接一个脚轮即可,但有时为了增加稳定性,把每条腿底端的一个脚轮换为两个脚轮亦可,但两个脚轮对于人的双脚的妨碍会增大了一些)。该中间平衡架3在向后移出桌架1之外(如图31-33所示)或者向前移动藏于桌架1内(如图34、35所示)的过程中,上述平行滑轨31与滑轨槽12滑动配合的同时,可保持上述脚轮在地面滚动;该中间平衡架3上端固定连接一根凹槽形水平档杆32(如图35所示)。
两个竖直杆架4是H型结构架,其上端固定连接在茶几面板2下表面左右两侧(以靠近人体一侧为中心来确定左右),且呈平行状态,而下端是悬吊端,该悬吊端处在平衡框架3的水平档杆32向上伸出的左、右两端头各自的前后两侧(竖直杆架4也可以称为侧竖直杆架4)(如图31-33所示)。(在本实施例中,两竖直杆架4下端即悬吊端与水平档杆32向上伸出的左右两端头各自的相对的前后两侧中,每一侧都相抵靠、接触,此情况的原理与实施例一和三类似;也可以改变设计为悬吊端与水平档杆32向上伸出的左右两端头各自的相对的前后两侧中,有一侧是相抵靠、接触,另一侧互相有一定间隙,此情况的原理与实施例二类似;以上这两种情况都可以分别实行)。
在茶几桌处于茶几状态时,当人向桌架1的后上方抬起并拉动整块的茶几面板2,茶几升降架11的双连杆隨之向后上方升高,该茶几面板2由低矮台面的茶几状态的初始位置开始,相对于桌架1升高并且同时向后方平移后,达到稳定的高位置即通常的桌面高度,并且向后方移动出桌 架1之外,此时茶几桌由茶几变成为桌子(如图31、32所示)。同时茶几面板2带动竖直杆架4升高并且向后方平移时,两个两侧的竖直杆架4同时推动水平档杆32的左、右两个端头(两端头向上伸出的高度决定于,当竖直杆架4升高时,其与向上伸出的左右两端头不至于脱开即可。因此,在特殊的情况下,两端头向上伸出的高度甚至可以为0),联动中间平衡架3自动同步地仅向后方平移伸出桌架1之外至茶几面板2的后下方,扩大了支持面,使茶几面板2在处于通常的桌子高度的高位置时受压力下仍不易倾倒,从而使茶几桌的整体结构稳定(如图31所示)。又由于中间平衡架3在伸出桌架1之外的后端部分位于人体双腿中间的空档位置,当茶几面板2外伸出桌架1的后上方时,中间平衡架3与茶几面板2、桌架1之间形成的充足空间,使坐在椅子、沙发上的人体双腿有足够的容膝空间和容足空间,使人感到很舒适(如图33所示);此时茶几桌可当做桌子使用,即适用于供给现代人们看手机、看平板电脑、看笔记本电脑、阅读与书写等等时对坐姿桌面工作的支持需求。
在茶几桌处于桌子状态时,当人向前下方下压并推动该茶几面板2,茶几升降架11的双连杆向前下方回落,该茶几面板2由通常的桌面高度的高位置开始下降并且同时向前方平移后直接支承在桌架1的顶端,此时茶几桌由桌子变成为茶几。同时两竖直杆架4经推动水平档杆32的左、右两个端头,联动中间平衡架3自动同步地仅向前方平移藏于桌架1之内的初始位置,茶几面板2处于低矮位置即通常的茶几高度(如图34、35所示),茶几桌当作普通茶几使用。
需要解释的是,本实施例中的一个中间平衡架3即为平衡架组件;一个平衡架即为中间平衡架3;水平挡杆和挡杆组成凹槽形水平挡杆32;两个竖直杆架4、凹槽形水平档杆32构成了联动机构。
实施例七
本实施例与实施例一至六的区别在于,本实施例中的多功能茶几桌由一个桌架1、一块茶几面板2、一个中间平衡架3及一根中间竖直杆4构成,如图36-40所示,其中:
桌架1是四条腿底端设有脚轮的茶几桌的长方体的支架,在该桌架1箱体内连接有气压杆和平行的双连杆组成的茶几升降架11,其中气压杆下端连接在桌架1上,双连杆上端连接在茶几面板2的下表面,而在该桌架1下段内同一水平面上的两内侧固设有平行的两滑轨槽12(属现有技术)。
茶几面板2是长方形面板,在靠近人体一侧的茶几面板2边缘上开设容纳人体腰部的呈梯形(或凹弧形)凹槽21,供人们在茶几面板2升高到通常的高台面的桌面高度工作时人体腰部进入凹槽21,人的双肘及前臂支持在茶几面板2上的凹槽21左、右两侧的位置(此位置即为左、右支肘板)进行桌面工作;另外有与凹槽21同样形状和大小的一块活动的、可拆卸的搭接式容腰板22;在上述桌工作结束后,将容腰板22与凹槽(可称为容腰槽)21相对应的边配合,并且在桌面板2的背面用托板五金件支撑住容腰板22且用磁吸吸附固定,此时容腰板22同桌面板2连接成一整体,桌面板2恢复成完整的长方形形状(如图38所示,图中未示出托板五金件及磁吸)(在本实施例中,如果将容腰板22设置为前边几个实施例中所采用的折叠式容腰板,则它在折叠时会与中间竖直杆4发生冲突,所以此处只能设置为可拆卸的搭接式容腰板22)。在进行桌面工作时,只需将搭接式容腰板22拆卸下来,即可在茶几面板2的边缘上露出凹槽21。
一个中间平衡架3是由前后两条腿构成的扁形架,位于桌架1的下段内的中间位置,该中间平衡架3上面后端固定连接一块具有竖直方孔的水平引导块32。又在该中间平衡架3上端两侧设有两条平行滑轨31,该平行滑轨31与桌架1上的相应滑轨槽12滑动配合。中间平衡架3的两条腿底端各分別连接一个或两个脚轮(一般来讲,在每条腿底端连接一个脚轮即可,如图36、37所示;但有时为了增加稳定性,把每条腿底端的一个脚轮换为两个脚轮亦可,但两个脚轮对于人的双脚的妨碍会增大了一些,如图40所示)。该中间平衡架3在向后移出桌架1之外(如图36、37所示)或者向前移动藏于桌架1内(如图39、40所示)的过程中,上述平行滑轨31与滑轨槽12滑动配合的同时,可保持上述脚轮在地面滚动。
一根横截面为方形的中间竖直杆4上端固定连接在茶几面板2下表面左右方向的中间部位,而下端是悬吊端,该悬吊端与水平引导块32上的竖直方孔滑动配合(如图36、37所示。横截面为方形的中间竖直杆可改变为横截面为圆形或长方形等的中间竖直杆,此时水平引导块上的竖直方通孔也必须相应地改变为竖直圆通孔或竖直长方形通孔等)。
在茶几桌处于茶几状态时,当人向桌架1的后上方抬起并拉动整块的茶几面板2,茶几升降架11的双连杆隨之向后上方升高,该茶几面板2由低矮台面的茶几状态的初始位置开始,升高并同时向后方平移后,达到稳定的高位置即通常的桌面高度,并且向后方移动出桌架1之外,此时茶几桌由茶几变成为桌子(如图36、37所示)。同时该桌面板2带动中间竖直杆4在升高并且向后 方平移时,中间竖直杆4不仅相对于水平引导块32的竖直方孔滑动配合向上移动,而且中间竖直杆4还推动水平引导块32并同时带动中间平衡架3自动同步地仅向后方平移伸出桌架1之外至桌面板2的后下方,扩大了支持面,使茶几面板2在处于通常的桌子高度的高位置时受压力下仍不易倾倒,从而使茶几桌的整体结构稳定(如图38所示,为什么要在中间平衡架3上面后端固定连接一块具有竖直方通孔的水平引导块32,它有两个作用,第一,水平引导块起到类似于轴套的作用,其上边的竖直方通孔与方形横截面的中间竖直杆4滑动配合。第二,当中间平衡架3上端表面的高度比较矮的时候,中间竖直杆4在上升的过程中,有可能会脱离开中间平衡架3的上端,这样在中间平衡架3上面后端连接一块水平引导块32,等于增加了中间平衡架3的高度,避免了脱开。从这个原理出发,当中间平衡架3高度可以保证中间竖直杆4上升时不会脱离开时,可以把水平引导块32与中间平衡架3上端合为一体,即从外形上看不到一个单独的水平引导块32了)。又由于中间平衡架3是由前后两条腿构成的扁形架,不但结构简单,而且在伸出桌架1之外的后端部分以及中间竖直杆4都是位于人体双腿中间的空档位置,当茶几面板2外伸出桌架1的后上方时,中间平衡架3与茶几面板2、桌架1之间形成的充足的空间,使坐在椅子、沙发上的人体双腿有足够的容膝空间和容足空间,使操作者双腿能充分向前伸开从而感到舒适(如图36、38所示)。此时茶几桌可当做桌子使用,即适用于供给现代人们看手机、看平板电脑、看笔记本电脑、阅读与书写等等时对坐姿桌面工作的支持需求。
当茶几桌处于桌子状态时,当人向前下方下压并推动该茶几面板2,茶几升降架11的双连杆向前下方回落,该茶几面板2由桌面高度的高位置开始下降并同时向前方平移后直接支承在桌架1的顶端,此时茶几桌由桌子变成为茶几。同时中间竖直杆4经推动水平引导块32并带动中间平衡架3自动同步地仅向前方平移藏于桌架1之内的初始位置,使该茶几面板2处于低矮位置即通常的茶几高度(如图39、40所示),即茶几桌当作普通茶几使用。
需要解释的是,本实施例中的中间平衡架3即为平衡架组件,中间竖直杆4、一块具有竖直方孔的水平引导块32构成了联动机构。
在茶几桌由茶几变成为桌子过程的同时,平衡架自动同步地向后方平移伸出桌架1之外至茶几面板2的后下方,在本发明的七个实施例中,几类不同的平衡架,在茶几面板2(桌子状态)的下边产生了不同的桌下空间,这对于就座者的感受,会有什么差别呢?在实施例一至四这四个实施例中,采用的都是两个侧平衡架(位于桌架1的左、右两侧外边)。在实施例五中,采用的是一个平衡框架(位于桌架1的下段内),以上的这两类平衡架,在外伸出桌架1之后,对于坐在茶几面板2正面(即凹槽一侧)的就座者来讲,桌下空间(包括容膝空间与容足空间)比较宽敞,妨碍不大,但是对于坐在茶几面板2左、右两侧的就座者来讲,向外伸出的平衡架会对其双腿有妨碍,挡住双腿向前伸出,产生不便。在实施例六和实施例七两个实施例中,采用的都是一个中间平衡架(位于桌架1下段内的中间位置),这类平衡架,在外伸出桌架1之后,对于坐在茶几面板2正面(即凹槽一侧)的就座者来讲,只要双腿稍微分开,桌下空间就很宽敞,而对于坐在茶几面板2左、右两侧的就座者来讲,桌下空间也很宽敞,中间平衡架不会妨碍他们双腿的前伸,所以使用上更方便一些。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,包括:
    茶几面板;
    桌架,用于所述茶几面板在第一位置时支撑所述茶几面板,所述茶几面板在所述第一位置时所述桌架的顶部与所述茶几面板的底部抵接;
    茶几升降架,所述茶几升降架包括固定端和升降端,所述固定端固定连接于所述桌架,所述升降端与所述茶几面板连接,用于驱动所述茶几面板从所述第一位置升高至第二位置,或从第二位置下降至所述第一位置;其中,所述第二位置位于所述第一位置的斜上方,所述茶几面板位于所述第二位置时,所述茶几升降架支撑所述茶几面板;
    平衡架组件,至少包括间隔设置的第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿,所述平衡架组件与所述桌架滑动连接;
    联动机构,设置在所述茶几面板和所述平衡架组件之间;其中,所述茶几面板位于所述第一位置时,所述平衡架组件位于第三位置,所述茶几面板位于所述第二位置时,所述平衡架组件位于第四位置;在所述茶几面板自所述第一位置运动至所述第二位置的过程中,所述联动机构带动所述平衡架组件沿所述茶几面板的水平移动方向自所述第三位置移动至所述第四位置,或所述茶几面板自第二位置运动至所述第一位置的过程中,所述联动机构带动所述平衡架组件沿所述茶几面板的水平移动方向自所述第四位置移动至所述第三位置;其中,所述平衡架位于所述第四位置时,所述桌架和平衡架组件形成对所述茶几升降架和所述茶几面板的稳定支撑,所述平衡架组件位于所述第三位置时,所述平衡架隐藏于所述茶几面板的底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,
    所述平衡架组件包括:
    第一平衡架和第二平衡架,所述第一平衡架和第二平衡架均包括所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿、设置于所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿上部连接所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿的连接臂,所述第一平衡架和第二平衡架分别滑动连接于所述桌架的相对两侧;
    所述联动机构包括:
    分别设置于所述第一平衡架和第二平衡架上的水平杆组件;其中,所述水平杆组件包括自第一支撑腿向第二支撑腿延伸的第一水平杆和自第二支撑腿向第一支撑腿延伸的第二水平杆,所述第一水平杆的长度和第二水平杆的长度之和小于第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿之间的间隔距离,所述第一水平杆包括与所述第一支撑腿固定连接的固定端和与所述固定端相对的悬臂端,所述第二水平杆包括与所述第二支撑腿固定连接的固定端和与所述固定端相对的悬臂端,所述第一水平杆的悬臂端和第二水平杆的悬臂端之间具有间隙;
    设置于茶几面板上对应所述间隙位置向下延伸的竖直杆;其中,所述竖直杆穿设于所述间隙,所述第一水平杆的悬臂端、第二水平杆的悬臂端均与所述竖直杆的侧壁抵接,所述竖直杆与所述水平杆在竖直方向上滑动配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,
    所述平衡架组件包括:
    第一平衡架和第二平衡架,所述第一平衡架和第二平衡架均包括所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿、设置于所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿上部连接所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿的连接臂,所述第一平衡架和第二平衡架分别滑动连接于所述桌架的相对两侧;
    所述联动机构包括:
    分别设置于所述第一平衡架和第二平衡架上的水平杆组件;其中,所述水平杆组件包括自第一支撑腿向第二支撑腿延伸的第一水平杆和自第二支撑腿向第一支撑腿延伸的第二水平杆,所述第一水平杆的长度和第二水平杆的长度之和小于第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿之间的间隔距离,所述第一水平杆包括与所述第一支撑腿固定连接的固定端和与所述固定端相对的悬臂端,所述第二水平杆包括与所述第二支撑腿固定连接的固定端和与所述固定端相对的悬臂端,所述第一水平杆的悬臂端和第二水平杆的悬臂端之间具有间隙;其中,所述第一支撑腿远离人体设置;
    设置于茶几面板上对应所述间隙位置向下延伸的竖直杆;其中,所述竖直杆穿设于所述间隙,所述茶几面板位于第一位置时,所述第一水平杆的悬臂端与所述竖直杆的侧壁抵接,所述第二水平杆的悬臂端与所述竖直杆的侧壁具有间隔。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述第一水平杆和第二水平杆位 于同一水平面上。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述第一水平杆的延伸长度与第二水平杆的延伸长度相同,所述间隙位于所述第一支撑腿和所述第二支撑腿间隔的中间位置,所述茶几桌面上对应所述间隙位置设置竖直杆,所述竖直杆穿设于所述间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述第一水平杆的延伸长度小于第二水平杆的延伸长度,所述间隙靠近所述第一支撑腿,所述茶几桌面上对应所述间隙位置设置竖直杆,所述竖直杆穿设于所述间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任意一项所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述第一水平杆的悬臂端和第二水平杆的悬臂端均具有弧形端面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,
    所述平衡架组件包括:
    第一平衡架和第二平衡架,所述第一平衡架和第二平衡架均包括所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿、设置于两个支撑腿上部连接所述两支撑腿的连接板,所述第一平衡架和第二平衡架分别滑动连接于所述桌架的相对两侧;
    所述联动机构包括:
    分别设置于所述第一平衡架的连接板和第二平衡架的连接板上的挡块组件;其中,所述挡块组件至少包括在水平方向上间隔设置的两挡块,所述两挡块之间形成间隙;
    设置于茶几面板上对应所述间隙位置向下延伸的竖直杆;其中,所述竖直杆穿设于所述间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述两挡块均与所述竖直杆的侧壁抵接,所述竖直杆与所述两挡块在竖直方向上滑动配合。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述茶几面板位于第一位置时,所述两挡块其中一个挡块与所述竖直杆的侧壁抵接,另一个挡块与所述竖直杆的侧壁具有间隔。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任意一项所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述两挡块位于同一水平面上。
  12. 根据权利要求8-11任意一项所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述两挡块靠近所述竖直杆的侧壁的端面为弧形端面。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,
    所述平衡架组件包括:
    第一平衡架和第二平衡架,所述第一平衡架和第二平衡架均包括所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿、设置于所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿上部连接所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿的连接板,所述第一平衡架和第二平衡架分别滑动连接于所述桌架的相对两侧;
    所述联动机构包括:
    分别设置于所述第一平衡架的连接板和第二平衡架的连接板上的凸起结构;
    设置于茶几面板上对应所述凸起结构位置向下延伸的竖直杆;其中,所述竖直杆上沿其长度方向设置有竖直槽,所述凸起结构设置于竖直槽内与竖直槽滑动配合。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述竖直槽包括沿其长度方向延伸的第一槽壁和与第一槽壁相对的第二槽壁;
    所述凸起结构与所述第一槽壁和第二槽壁均抵接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述竖直槽包括沿其长度方向延伸的第一槽壁和与第一槽壁相对的第二槽壁;
    所述第一支撑腿远离人体设置;所述第一槽壁靠近第一支撑腿;
    所述茶几面板位于第一位置时,所述凸起结构与所述第二槽壁抵接,与所述第一槽壁具有间隔。
  16. 根据权利要求13-15任意一项所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述凸起结构为凸出于所述连接板的外壁面的圆柱杆。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,还包括箱体,设置于所述桌架内,且所述箱体的上表面与所述茶几面板的底部抵接;
    所述平衡架组件包括:
    顶部框架,至少包括两竖梁和连接所述两竖梁的横梁,所述两竖梁的相对两端均分别设置有所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿,所述顶部框架滑动设置于所述桌架内或所述箱体的底部;所述第一支撑腿远离人体;
    所述联动机构包括:
    分别设置于所述顶部框架的相对两端的向上延伸的挡杆;
    设置于茶几面板上对应所述挡杆位置向下延伸的竖直杆架;其中,所述竖直杆架包括第一竖直杆和第二竖直杆,所述第一竖直杆和第二竖直杆之间形成间隙,所述挡杆设置于所述间隙内,所述第一竖直杆靠近所述第一支撑腿。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述横梁设置于所述两竖梁远离人体的一端。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述平衡架组件还包括,横杆,所述横杆设置所述顶部框架的下部,所述横杆的沿其长度方向上的两端延伸出所述桌架,所述挡杆设置在所述横杆的沿其长度方向上的两端上,且所述挡杆的顶端高于箱体的底部设置;
    或者,所述第一支撑腿设置于远离人体的一端,所述挡杆设置于所述第一支撑腿,所述挡杆的顶端高于所述箱体的底部。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述挡杆与所述第一竖直杆和第二竖直杆均抵接,所述挡杆与所述竖直杆架的间隙在竖直方向上滑动配合。
  21. 根据权利要求17所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述茶几面板位于第一位置时,所述挡杆与所述第二竖直杆抵接,与所述第一竖直杆间隔设置,其中,所述第一竖直杆靠近第一支撑腿。
  22. 根据权利要求17-21任意一项所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述竖直杆架的上部或中部设置有加强杆,所述加强杆连接所述第一竖直杆和第二竖直杆。
  23. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,还包括箱体,设置于所述桌架内,且所述箱体的上表面与所述茶几面板的底部抵接;
    所述平衡架组件包括:
    一个平衡架,滑动设置于所述桌架内,且低于所述箱体的下表面设置,所述一个平衡架包括所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿、设置于所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿上部连接所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿的连接臂;所述第一支撑腿远离人体设置;
    所述联动机构包括:
    设置于所述连接臂或所述第一支撑腿的上部的水平挡杆;其中,所述水平挡杆的长度方向上的两端延伸出所述桌架的相对两侧;或者,所述水平挡杆的两端均设置有向上延伸的挡杆;
    设置于茶几面板上对应所述水平挡杆两端位置向下延伸的竖直杆架;其中,所述竖直杆架包括第一竖直杆和第二竖直杆,所述第一竖直杆和第二竖直杆之间形成间隙,所述水平挡杆的两端或所述挡杆设置于所述间隙内,所述第一竖直杆靠近所述第一支撑腿;所述第一竖直杆靠近所述第一支撑腿。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述水平挡杆两端或所述挡杆与所述第一竖直杆和第二竖直杆均抵接,所述水平挡杆两端或所述挡杆与所述竖直杆架的间隙在竖直方向上滑动配合。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述茶几面板位于第一位置时,所述水平挡杆两端或所述挡杆与所述第二竖直杆抵接,与所述第一竖直杆间隔设置。
  26. 根据权利要求23-25任意一项所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述竖直杆架的上部或中部设置有加强杆,所述加强杆连接所述第一竖直杆和第二竖直杆。
  27. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,还包括箱体,设置于所述桌架内,且所述箱体的上表面与所述茶几面板的底部抵接;
    所述平衡架组件包括:
    一个平衡架,滑动设置于所述桌架内,且低于所述箱体的下表面设置,所述一个平衡架包括所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿、设置于所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿上部连接所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿的连接臂;其中,所述第二支撑腿靠近人体设置;
    所述联动机构包括:
    设置于所述连接臂靠近人体一端或第二支撑腿的上部的水平引导块,所述水平引导块上开设贯通其厚度的通孔;或者,开设在连接臂靠近人体部分的通孔;
    设置于茶几面板上对应所述通孔位置向下延伸的竖直杆;其中,所述竖直杆包括与所述茶几面板固定连接的固定端和向下延伸的悬吊端,所述悬吊端穿设于所述通孔内;所述竖直杆与所述通孔在竖直方向上滑动配合。
  28. 根据权利要求1-27任意一项所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿的下端均设置有滚轮。
  29. 根据权利要求1-28任意一项所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述茶几面板上靠近人体一端上开设用于容纳人体腰部的凹槽。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述凹槽设置于所述茶几面板上靠近人体一端的中部,所述凹槽相对两端的茶几面板形成向靠近人体一侧延伸的支肘板。
  31. 根据权利要求29所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述凹槽自所述茶几面板上靠近人体的一端向远离人体的一端宽度逐渐缩小。
  32. 根据权利要求29所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述茶几面板的凹槽位置通过合页连接有与凹槽形状大小相同的容腰板,所述容腰板具有第一状态和第二状态,所述第一状态为容腰板向上翻转,使容腰板的上表面与所述茶几面板上表面齐平,所述容腰板填充所述凹槽,所述第二状态为容腰板向下翻转,使所述凹槽露出。
  33. 根据权利要求29所述的多功能茶几桌,其特征在于,所述茶几面板的凹槽位置可拆卸连接有与凹槽形状大小相同的容腰板,所述容腰板的上表面与所述茶几面板上表面齐平,所述容腰板填充所述凹槽。
