Abstract
The invention discloses a remote guidance quick calling method, which is characterized in that after a user logs in a head-mounted computer, the head-mounted computer takes a contact page as a home page to be displayed, and the contact page displays online experts. According to the invention, from the perspective of user experience, when a user needs remote guidance, as long as the user finishes account login in the head-mounted computer, the head-mounted computer firstly pops up a contact page capable of displaying online experts, so that the user can conveniently retrieve the online remote experts through voice instructions. The contact person page is different from a display mode of arranging a plurality of contact persons on the existing contact person interface, the first page of the contact person page adopts a grid arrangement mode to display the first few online experts with the highest called frequency, so that a user can conveniently and quickly call the online experts, the user can directly call the online remote experts only through one voice instruction at a high probability, and the experience of an industrial field user is greatly improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a remote guidance shortcut calling method.
Background
In industrial sites where head-worn computers are used, it is often necessary to establish a remote call between a user and an expert to resolve the site problem. The user calls the specialist through the headset computer worn by the user and receives remote guidance from the specialist.
Although headset computer operations often use voice commands, gesture recognition, head motion recognition, eye recognition, face recognition, and other technical approaches. However, in any case, the excessive operation steps increase the burden on the user, and the user experience is reduced. Particularly, at present, after a user logs in a head-mounted computer, the user cannot see which experts are online at the first time, and the user is inconvenient to quickly call the online remote experts.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method for remotely guiding a shortcut call, which comprises the following steps:
the user calls an expert through a head-mounted computer worn by the user and receives remote guidance of the expert;
and after the user logs in the head-wearing computer, the head-wearing computer firstly displays a contact page, and the contact page displays an online expert, so that the user can quickly call the online expert.
Preferably, each page of the contact page displays the online expert in a grid arrangement.
Preferably, a single page of the contact page displays N online experts at most, and N is less than or equal to 9.
Preferably, the headset computer monitors the online experts and the frequency with which the experts are contacted by the user, and displays the first N online experts called by the user with the highest frequency on the first page of the contacts page.
Preferably, the N online experts displayed on a single page of the contact page are arranged in sequence from high to low according to the calling frequency of the user.
Preferably, the user informs the headset computer of the on-line expert that needs to be called by voice instructions.
Preferably, the head-worn computer includes: and the voice recognition module is used for recognizing the voice instruction of the user.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, from the perspective of user experience, when a user needs remote guidance, as long as the user finishes account login in the head-mounted computer, the head-mounted computer firstly pops up a contact page capable of displaying online experts, so that the user can conveniently retrieve the online remote experts through voice instructions.
The contact page is different from a display mode of arranging a plurality of contacts on the existing contact interface, and displays online experts in a grid arrangement mode, particularly the first page of the contact page displays the first few online experts with the highest called frequency in a grid arrangement mode, for example, 4 grids display the first 4 online experts with the highest called frequency, and at most 9 grids display the first 9 online experts with the highest called frequency, the first few online experts with the highest called frequency can be displayed in the same page, so that a user can call the online experts quickly, and the user can directly call the online remote experts with high probability only through one voice instruction.
The invention optimizes the online expert arrangement method of the contact page to adapt to the characteristic of limited display screen space of the head-mounted computer, and can further enhance the user experience.
The invention covers most calling requirements of the user through simplified interface display, and can liberate the hands of the user, thereby greatly improving the experience of industrial field users.
Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to examples. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
The technical scheme of the specific implementation of the invention is as follows:
the invention provides a method for remotely guiding shortcut calling, which comprises the following steps:
the user calls a remote expert through a head-mounted computer worn by the user and receives remote guidance of the expert;
and after the user logs in the head-mounted computer, the head-mounted computer firstly displays a contact person page, and the contact person page displays an online expert, so that the user can conveniently retrieve the online remote expert through a voice instruction.
Further:
each page of the contact page displays online experts in a grid arrangement mode;
displaying N (N is less than or equal to 9) online experts at most on a single page of a contact page; and the N (N is less than or equal to 9) online experts displayed on a single page of the contact page are arranged in sequence from high to low according to the calling frequency of the user;
the method comprises the steps that a head-mounted computer monitors online experts and the frequency of contact of the experts by a user, and the first N (N is less than or equal to 9) online experts with the highest frequency of call by the user are displayed on the first page of a contact page;
if the first page of the contact page adopts 4 grids to display the first 4 online experts with the highest called frequency, and at most adopts 9 grids to display the first 9 online experts with the highest called frequency, the first few online experts with the highest called frequency can be displayed in the same page (the first page of the contact page), so that the user can conveniently and quickly call the online experts, and the user can directly call the online remote experts with high probability only through one voice instruction.
Further, the head-worn computer includes: a voice recognition module for recognizing a voice instruction of a user; the user informs the on-line expert who needs to call to wear the computer through the voice command, so can liberate user's both hands, make industrial field user's experience promote by a wide margin.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
