When the crack cleaning wheel 31 rotates (is in a dust cleaning state), the sliding block 313 receives the centrifugal force from the rotation of the crack cleaning wheel 31 and slides away from the axis direction of the crack cleaning wheel 31, so that the bristles 311 can be exposed out of the outer peripheral surface of the crack cleaning wheel 31 to clean dust on the ceramic tile chamfers 30, the inner walls of the ceramic tiles and the bottoms of the ceramic tiles, the free ends of the bristles 311 are in a diffusion shape, the cleaning range is wide, and debris on the surfaces of the ceramic tile chamfers 30, the inner walls of the ceramic tile gaps 10 and the bottoms of the ceramic tile gaps 10 can be cleaned, so that the cleanliness of the joint surface of the crack beautifying agent can be greatly ensured, and the bonding effect of the crack beautifying agent; and because the existence of the ceramic tile chamfer 30, when the bristles 311 in the diffusion state are in surface contact with the ceramic tile chamfer 30, the ceramic tile chamfer 30 has a guiding function on the free end of the bristles 311 to gather the bristles 311, so that the bristles 311 can easily enter the ceramic tile gap 10 after being gathered, the damage of the bristles 311 is greatly reduced, and the bristles 311 can clean the ceramic tile chamfer 30 smoothly, thereby achieving multiple purposes.
According to the different rotating speeds of the seam cleaning wheels 31 and the different centrifugal forces, the sliding distances of the sliding blocks 313 are different, so that the exposure degrees of the bristles 311 are different, the diffusion sizes of the bristles 311 are different due to the different exposure degrees of the bristles 311, namely, the closer the sliding blocks 313 are to the notches of the sliding grooves 312, the less the constraint of the bristles 311 is, the larger the diffusion degrees of the bristles 311 are, the larger the cleaning range of the bristles 311 is, and the different diffusion degrees of the bristles 311 can adapt to the polishing seams 40 with different widths, so that the application range, the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency of the bristles 311 are improved.
As shown in fig. 3, there are two dust suction fans 32, and the two dust suction fans 32 are symmetrically arranged left and right around the dust collection cover 20, and the dust suction fans 32 are fixed on the frame 1; as shown in fig. 7, a flexible dust suction pipe 34 is fixed at an air inlet end of the dust suction fan 32, the dust suction pipe 34 has a plurality of inlet branches 35, the inlet branches 35 are communicated with an inner cavity of the dust hood 20, and the inlet branches 35 are arranged at equal intervals along the advancing direction of the seam beautifying machine 200; the air-out end of dust absorption fan 32 is connected with collection dirt sack 36, when dust absorption fan 32 started, can inhale collection dirt sack 36 with the dust piece that emery wheel 21 and the wheel 31 of cleaning the seam to reduce the dust piece that is cleaned the brush and scatter to ceramic tile gap 10 department, and then the subsequent beautiful seam agent of being convenient for bonds.

As shown in fig. 8, the filling assembly 4 includes a seam beautifying agent tube 41 and a second electric push rod 42 fixed on the frame 1, wherein the seam beautifying agent tube 41 is located behind the dust hood 20 along the advancing direction of the seam beautifying machine 200, seam beautifying agent is contained in the seam beautifying agent tube 41, a nozzle 411 is arranged at the lower end of the seam beautifying agent tube 41, the nozzle 411 can extend into the tile gap 10, a telescopic end of the second electric push rod 42 extends downward into an upper port of the seam beautifying agent tube 41, and a push plate 421 is fixed to the telescopic end of the second electric push rod 42, so that the seam beautifying agent is extruded by controlling the movement of the push plate 421, and the seam beautifying agent enters the tile gap 10 through the nozzle 411 to complete filling.
As shown in fig. 3, the caulking assembly 5 includes an elastic telescopic rod 51 and a caulking ball 52, wherein one end of the elastic telescopic rod 51 is fixedly connected to the tail end of the frame 1, the other end of the elastic telescopic rod 51 is fixedly connected to the caulking ball 52, and the elastic force of the elastic telescopic rod 51 forces the outer spherical surface of the caulking ball 52 to abut on the boundary line between the tile chamfer 30 and the tile surface (see fig. 9).
When the seam beautifying machine 200 moves forward, the seam pressing ball 52 moves along with the boundary line of the tile chamfer 30 as a reference line, and the seam pressing ball 52 corrects the surface of the seam beautifying agent in the tile seam 10 and performs surface light treatment on the surface of the seam beautifying agent; in addition, redundant crack sealer is extruded into the space between the outer spherical surface of the crack pressing ball 52 and the ceramic tile chamfer 30 (see fig. 9), so that the extrusion waste of the crack sealer is reduced, and the bonding area and the bonding effect of the crack sealer and the ceramic tile gap 10 are greatly improved.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a seam beautifying process applying the seam beautifying device, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing, arranging the guide rails 100, estimating the distance between the guide rails 100, fixing the guide rails 100 on the tile surface by using double-sided adhesive or other fixing tools, and then installing the seam beautifying machine 200 and the guide rails 100.
S2, edging: starting the first servo motor 22 and the first electric push rod 201, so that the grinding wheel 21 rotates and moves downwards to the ceramic tile gap 10 to grind and form the ceramic tile chamfer 30; during the period, the driving motor 13 is started to drive the seam beautifying machine 200 to move linearly along the guide rail 100, so that the grinding wheel 21 can grind a plurality of tile gaps 10 at one time to form linear grinding gaps 40 with equal width.
S3, gap cleaning and dust removal: the second servo motor 33 and the dust suction fan 32 are started simultaneously, the crack cleaning wheel 31 rotates, the brush hairs 311 on the crack cleaning wheel 31 clean the dust and debris on the surface of the tile chamfer 30, the inner wall of the tile gap 10 and the bottom of the tile gap 10 simultaneously, and the dust suction fan 32 sucks the dust and debris cleaned by the grinding wheel 21 and the crack cleaning wheel 31 into the dust collecting cloth bag 36, so that the subsequent crack beautifying agent is bonded conveniently.
S4, filling: the second electric push rod 42 is started to control the movement of the push plate 421 to extrude the crack sealer, so that the crack sealer enters the tile gap 10 through the injection nozzle 411 to complete filling.
S5, seam pressing: the caulking ball 52 advances with the boundary line of the tile chamfer 30 as a reference line, and the outer ball surface of the caulking ball 52 corrects the surface of the caulking agent in the tile gap 10, and performs surface finishing treatment on the surface of the caulking agent.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A seam beautifying process is characterized in that: the edge grinding, filling and seam pressing are sequentially carried out through a seam beautifying device, wherein the seam beautifying device comprises a guide rail (100) and a seam beautifying machine (200) which moves linearly along the guide rail (100), the seam beautifying machine (200) comprises a travelling wheel (11) matched with the guide rail (100), a grinding wheel (21) used for grinding the edge, a filling component (4) used for injecting a seam beautifying agent into a tile seam (10) and a seam pressing component (5) used for compacting and scraping the seam beautifying agent in the tile seam (10); the grinding wheel (21) is provided with trimming chamfers (23) at the junctions of the two wheel surfaces and the peripheral surface, and the grinding wheel (21) can grind the junctions of the inner wall of the tile gap (10) and the surface of the tile through the trimming chamfers (23) to form tile chamfers (30).

The seam beautifying process according to claim 1, characterized in that: the seam beautifying machine (200) further comprises a seam cleaning wheel (31), the seam cleaning wheel (31) is located behind the grinding wheel (21) in the advancing direction of the seam beautifying machine (200), and flexible bristles (311) are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the seam cleaning wheel (31).
3. The seam beautifying process according to claim 2, characterized in that: the free ends of the bristles (311) are in a diffusion shape.

The seam beautifying process according to claim 3, characterized in that: a plurality of sliding grooves (312) extending along the radial direction of the seam cleaning wheel (31) are formed in the seam cleaning wheel (31), one ends of the sliding grooves (312) penetrate through the outer peripheral surface of the seam cleaning wheel (31), sliding blocks (313) are connected in the sliding grooves (312) in a sliding mode, a return spring (314) is arranged between the sliding blocks (313) and the inner wall of the sliding grooves (312), and the return spring (314) forces the sliding blocks (313) to move close to the axis direction of the seam cleaning wheel (31); the bristles (311) are fixed on the sliding block (313), and when the bristles (311) are located in the sliding groove (312), the bristles (311) are in a contraction state.

The seam beautifying process according to claim 2, characterized in that: the seam beautifying machine (200) further comprises a dust collection cover (20), a dust collection fan (32) and a dust collection cloth bag (36), the dust collection cover (20) covers the upper portion of the grinding wheel (21) and the upper portion of the seam cleaning wheel (31), the air outlet end of the dust collection fan (32) is connected with the dust collection cloth bag (36), the air inlet end of the dust collection fan (32) is connected with a dust collection pipe (34), and the dust collection pipe (34) is communicated with the inner cavity of the dust collection cover (20).

The seam beautifying process according to claim 5, characterized in that: the lower part of the dust collection cover (20) is provided with an opening for leaking out of the lower parts of the grinding wheel (21) and the crack cleaning wheel (31), and the edge of the opening is provided with a felt strip (202) which is abutted against the surface of the ceramic tile.

The seam beautifying process according to claim 1, characterized in that: the number of the guide rails (100) is two, and the two guide rails (100) are parallel; the guide rail (100) is provided with a rack (101), and the peripheral surface of the traveling wheel (11) is provided with a gear ring (12) matched with the rack (101); guide rail (100) still are equipped with guide way (102) that extend along self length direction, the notch of guide way (102) is towards another guide rail (100), the axle center of walking wheel (11) is equipped with inserts guide post (14) in guide way (102), guide post (14) are followed guide rail (100) length direction with guide way (102) are slided and are connected.

The seam beautifying process according to claim 1, characterized in that: the seam pressing component (5) comprises a seam pressing ball (52), and the outer spherical surface of the seam pressing ball (52) abuts against the boundary line of the ceramic tile chamfer (30) and the ceramic tile surface.
9. The seam beautifying process according to claim 8, characterized in that: the seam pressing component (5) further comprises an elastic telescopic rod (51), and the telescopic end of the elastic telescopic rod (51) is connected with the seam pressing ball (52).
10. The seam beautifying process according to claim 1, characterized in that: the seam beautifying machine (200) further comprises a lifting assembly for adjusting the height of the grinding wheel (21).
