Abstract
The invention discloses a construction device for improving the construction quality of post-cast joint concrete of a prefabricated laminated slab and a construction method thereof, wherein the construction device comprises an additional grout stop strip and a double-sided adhesive tape; the construction device has reasonable structure, safety and reliability, reduces the cost of later-stage joint treatment, and effectively ensures the construction quality of post-cast joint concrete.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering construction, and particularly relates to a construction device and a construction method for improving the construction quality of post-cast joint concrete of a prefabricated composite slab.
Background
With the rapid application of the assembly type components in the building construction project, the prefabricated composite floor slab is increasingly applied to the building project due to the outstanding advantages of resource and labor saving, rapid construction, good appearance quality and the like. the construction device for improving the construction quality of the post-cast joint concrete of the prefabricated laminated slab comprises an additional grout stopping strip (1) and a double-sided adhesive tape (2), wherein a bottom die (4) is laid on a keel (3) of a post-cast joint supporting system, the additional grout stopping strip (1) is installed on the bottom die (4) along the inner side of a groove in the bottom of the prefabricated laminated slab (5), and the double-sided adhesive tape (2) is adhered to the bottom die (4) along the outer side edge of the additional grout stopping strip (1) and along the direction of the post-cast joint.
In the above scheme, the additional grout stopping strip (1) is preferably connected with the bottom die (4) and the keel (3) through a connecting nail (6).
It is also preferable that the outer side edge of the bottom of the groove of the bottom of the prefabricated laminated slab (5) is pressed on the double-sided adhesive tape (2).

In the scheme, when the additional grout stopping strip (1) is installed on the bottom die (4), the additional grout stopping strip (1), the bottom die (4) and the keel (3) are preferably connected into a whole through the connecting nail (6).
