The preparation method provided by the invention overcomes a series of product problems of destruction of the space structure of the tremella polysaccharide, reduction of the molecular weight of the tremella polysaccharide, large capital investment, high equipment cost, high noise and electromagnetic wave pollution of the product and the like in other traditional tremella polysaccharide preparation methods. The method of the invention improves the extraction rate of the tremella polysaccharide to more than 38 percent, and the extract has stronger free radical scavenging and reducing abilities.
The method comprises the following specific steps:

Preferably, the leaching time in the step 2 is 50-70 min, and the leaching water temperature is controlled at 90-100 ℃.
Preferably, in the step 3, the vacuum degree of the reduced pressure concentration tank is 0.07-0.09 MPa, the concentration temperature is controlled at 55-75 ℃, and the concentration time is controlled at 1-3 h.
Preferably, the concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution in the step 4 is controlled to be 85-95%, and the volume ratio of the added ethanol aqueous solution to the thick paste obtained in the step 3 is 6: 1-5: 1.

The preparation method provided by the invention overcomes a plurality of bottleneck problems existing in other traditional tremella polysaccharide preparation methods, has the advantages of low extraction cost, high extraction efficiency, reduction of environmental pollution and the like, can effectively improve the extraction rate of tremella polysaccharide, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
