s4, conveying the prefabricated fermented product 1 coated with the water retention layer 2 into a film covering machine, spraying film forming slurry into the film covering machine, and fully mixing and stirring to form an inner wrapping film 3 on the outer surface of the prefabricated fermented product 1 coated with the water retention layer 2;
s5, mixing and granulating biomass carbon ash and fibers to form biomass prefabricated particles 401 doped with fiber filaments 402, soaking biological agents 403 in the biomass prefabricated particles 401, and drying at low temperature to obtain biological bacteria prefabricated capsules 4;
s6, sprinkling the prefabricated fermentation product 1 obtained in the S3 into the prefabricated biological bacterium capsules 4, smearing a layer of water-soluble coating liquid on the outer surface of the inner coating film 3 in advance, fully mixing and stirring, and adhering a plurality of prefabricated biological bacterium capsules 4 to the outer surface of the inner coating film 3;
