Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle wheels, and particularly relates to a tire assembly.
Background
The solid tire is a tire corresponding to a pneumatic tire (hollow tire), and the carcass thereof is solid, does not use a cord as a framework, does not need to be inflated, and thus does not need an inner tube or an inner liner. The earliest tires were solid tires. Solid tires are currently used only for high-load vehicles or machines traveling at low speeds, and also for fixed-position machines. The rim, commonly known as a rim, is a component that mounts and supports the tire on the wheel at its upper periphery, and forms the wheel with the spokes. The rim and spokes may be integral, permanently attached, or detachable.
Because the solid tyre body is made of full rubber, the puncture resistance of the tyre is ensured to the maximum extent, and the hidden danger of tyre puncture of industrial vehicles in the process of bearing and running and in severe working environment is fundamentally eliminated. The solid tire has small load-deformation amount and good running stability, and does not need to be inflated due to puncture resistance and tearing resistance, so that the heavy labor of frequently repairing and replacing the tire is avoided, the utilization rate and the working efficiency of the vehicle can be improved, and the solid tire can completely replace the inflated tire in a low-speed and high-efficiency running vehicle. The solid tire and the rim are pressed together through interference fit, and the tire body generates high heat and expands to cause a tire sliding ring. The fiber adhesive has the advantages of good rigidity, high hardness, good stiffness, small deformation, small expansion coefficient, low heat generation and the like, so that the phenomenon of a sliding ring caused by the expansion in a hub due to the heat generation of a tire is fundamentally eliminated. The chipping and cracking of the tire are caused by various factors, including external factors such as hard damage generated during use, internal factors mainly caused by rubber aging, and mainly heat aging and light aging. The use of the fiber rubber reduces heat generation of the tire, thereby eliminating cracks, chipping and the like caused by damage to the rubber due to thermal aging.
The tire body of the rim type solid tire is too thick, and under the condition of long-endurance use, the internal heat of the solid tire rubber is continuously accumulated, so that the tire is easily exploded, and the vehicle and personnel are injured.
