Abstract

本发明提出了一种可降低透明度的涂层面料,通过在原始面料表面形成一层水性聚氨酯的遮光涂层,从而可以在不改变原始面料特性的前提下,降低原始面料的透明度,并且解决现有技术中多层结构或较厚遮光涂层存在的问题。本发明的发明点主要在于将水性聚氨酯作为遮光涂层应用于所有面料中,且不损害面料的原始特性,并仅仅用于降低面料本身的透明度,且具有遮光涂层的面料可用于制备所有衣物,包括但不限于裤装或上衣。

Description

一种可降低透明度的涂层面料
技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料制备领域,尤其涉及一种可降低透明度的涂层面料。
背景技术
服装面料通常包括棉、毛、丝、麻、粘胶纤维及腈纶等。其中轻薄型服装面料因为具有透气性好,手感柔软,穿着舒适,外观朴实富有自然的美感,光泽柔和等优点,广受欢迎。
然而,浅色的轻薄型服装面料存在透光性高的特点,导致其制备出的单层衣物存在暴露内层衣物的风险,尤其女性着装需要避免这一尴尬问题。
而传统型的遮光面料一般会做成多层结构或增加较厚的遮光涂层。多层结构或增加较厚的遮光涂层均会降低轻薄型面料的柔软舒适或美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可降低透明度的涂层面料,在保留面料原始特性的前提下,消除浅色面料的透明感。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种可降低透明度的涂层面料,所述涂层面料包括原始面料及形成于所述原始面料表面的遮光涂层,所述遮光涂层为水性聚氨酯,用于降低原始面料的透明度。
进一步的,在所述的可降低透明度的涂层面料中,所述遮光涂层厚度范围为0.001mm~0.1mm。
进一步的,在所述的可降低透明度的涂层面料中,所述遮光涂层具有水基性,且为完全哑光。
进一步的,在所述的可降低透明度的涂层面料中,所述原始面料包括外表面和内表面,所述遮光涂层形成于所述原始面料内表面上。
进一步的,在所述的可降低透明度的涂层面料中,所述涂层面料还包括衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层形成于所述原始面料表面上或遮光涂层表面上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果主要体现为:通过在原始面料表面形成一层水性聚氨酯的遮光涂层,从而可以在不改变原始面料特性的前提下,降低原始面料的透明度,并且解决现有技术中多层结构或较厚遮光涂层存在的问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合示意图对本发明的可降低透明度的涂层面料进行更详细的描述,其中表示了本发明的优选实施例,应该理解本领域技术人员可以修改在此描述的本发明,而仍然实现本发明的有利效果。因此,下列描述应当被理解为对于本领域技术人员的广泛知道,而并不作为对本发明的限制。
在下列段落中参照附图以举例方式更具体地描述本发明。根据下面说明和权利要求书,本发明的优点和特征将更清楚。需说明的是,附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比例,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。
请参考图1,在本实施例中,提出了一种可降低透明度的涂层面料10,所述涂层面料10包括原始面料11及形成于所述原始面料11表面的遮光涂层12,所述遮光涂层12为水性聚氨酯(Aqueous urethane),用于降低原始面料的透明度。
进一步的,在所述的可降低透明度的涂层面料中,所述遮光涂层12厚度范围为0.001mm~0.1mm,优选地,厚度为0.001mm,0.002mm,0.005mm,0.008mm,0.02mm,0.05mm或0.08mm。
此外,所述遮光涂层10具有水基性,且为完全哑光。所述遮光涂层10的光泽十分暗淡,因此可以提高原始面料的不透明度,具体可参考图2和图3,其中图2为未使用遮光涂层的面料应用于裤装上的示意图;图3为使用遮光涂层的面料应用于裤装上的示意图。由图可见,如果未使用遮光涂层的面料的服装能显示出内层的内裤,而使用遮光涂层的面料的服装就不会显示出内层衣物。由两者对比可知,使用本申请中遮光涂层的面料具有更低的透明度,从而起到更加安全的防护作用。
同时,本申请中的遮光涂层12也具有水基性,因此不会影响水分管理(moisturemanagement)和透气性(permeability)等特性。水性聚氨酯对纺织品的成膜性好、粘接强度高、能赋予织物柔软、丰满的手感,改善织物耐磨性、抗皱性、回弹性、通透性和耐热性等。
水性聚氨酯涂料是以水性聚氨酯树脂为基料并以水为分散介质的一类涂料。通过交联改性的水性聚氨酯涂料具有良好的贮存稳定性、涂膜机械性能、耐水性、耐溶剂性及耐老化性能,而且与传统的溶剂型聚氨酯涂料的性能相近,是水性聚氨酯涂料的一个重要发展方向。
第三代水性聚氨酯涂料(PUA)。聚氨酯(PU)乳液和聚丙烯酸(PA)乳液同其溶剂型产品相比,具有价廉,安全,不燃烧,无毒,不污染环境等优点。纯PA乳液存在耐磨性、耐水性和耐化学品性差的缺陷,单一的PU乳液也存在一些不足,如稳定性、白增稠性和膜的保光性差,固含量高,应用范围不广等。PU和PA在性质上具有互补作用。PUA复合乳液兼备了二者的优点,具有耐磨、耐腐蚀和光亮,柔软有弹性,耐水性和机械力学性能好,耐候性佳等特性,因此被誉为"第三代水性聚氨酯",成为当今涂料的一个发展趋势。
进一步的,在所述的可降低透明度的涂层面料中,所述原始面料11包括外表面和内表面,所述遮光涂层12形成于所述原始面料11的内表面上。所述涂层面料10还包括衬里织物层(图未示出),所述衬里织物层形成于所述原始面料11表面上或遮光涂层12表面上,以进一步的降低透明度。
综上,在本发明实施例提供的可降低透明度的涂层面料中,通过在原始面料表面形成一层水性聚氨酯的遮光涂层,从而可以在不改变原始面料特性的前提下,降低原始面料的透明度,并且解决现有技术中多层结构或较厚遮光涂层存在的问题。
本发明的发明点主要在于将水性聚氨酯作为遮光涂层应用于所有面料中,且不损害面料的原始特性,并仅仅用于降低面料本身的透明度,且具有遮光涂层的面料可用于制备所有衣物,包括但不限于裤装或上衣。

1.一种可降低透明度的涂层面料,其特征在于,所述涂层面料包括原始面料及形成于所述原始面料表面的遮光涂层,所述遮光涂层为水性聚氨酯,用于降低原始面料的透明度。
2.如权利要求1所述的可降低透明度的涂层面料,其特征在于,所述遮光涂层厚度范围为0.001mm~0.1mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的可降低透明度的涂层面料,其特征在于,所述遮光涂层具有水基性,且为完全哑光。
4.如权利要求1所述的可降低透明度的涂层面料,其特征在于,所述原始面料包括外表面和内表面,所述遮光涂层形成于所述原始面料内表面上。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的可降低透明度的涂层面料,其特征在于,所述涂层面料还包括衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层形成于所述原始面料表面上或遮光涂层表面上。
