After the rail 38 on the moving plate 3 is aligned with the rail 38 on the bottom plate 1, the first electric slider 22 drives the support frame 21 and the rotating shaft 20 to move towards the other end on the bottom plate 1, then the cured battery plate is taken out, the support frame 21 and the first electric slider 22 are detached from the rail 38, and the end part, to be mounted, of the battery plate on the bottom plate 1 is mounted. In the curing process, the battery plate to be cured is mounted on the external vacant loading plate 19, after the other rotating shaft 20 is separated from the moving plate 3, the rotating shaft 20 filled with the battery plate is moved to the upper part of the moving plate 3 to be primarily cleaned and cured, and then the battery plate is cured along with the inside of the curing box 13. The plurality of rotating shafts 20 are used for curing, so that the curing is uninterrupted, and the working efficiency is improved.
If the curing process is carried out in practice, using a conventional conveyor, the curing box 13 is removed from one side of the base plate 1 and mounted on top of the base plate 1. The inserted bar 6 at the bottom of the curing box 13 is inserted in the inserting hole 2, then the end plates 5 at the two ends of the curing box 13 are detached, the through hole which is leaked after the conveyor belt to be used is detached through the two end plates 5 penetrates through the curing box 13, and the two ends of the conveyor belt are fixed on the bottom plate 1 through the fixing plates 4. The panels to be cured are placed on a conveyor belt and moved with the conveyor belt to cure inside the curing box 13. The curing box 13 and the bottom plate 1 can be used in a plurality of using methods, different types of curing can be performed on different types of battery plates, a plurality of curing instruments do not need to be purchased, and cost is saved.

Claims (7)

1. The curing oven for the solar module comprises a bottom plate (1) and a curing box (13), wherein the curing box (13) is detachably mounted on one side of the bottom plate (1), and is characterized in that a movable moving plate (3) is mounted at the top of the bottom plate (1), the top of the moving plate (3) is flush with the top of the bottom plate (1), tracks (38) are welded on two sides of the tops of the bottom plate (1) and the moving plate (3), the tracks of the bottom plate (1) and the moving plate (3) can be spliced into a whole, and a loading mechanism is slidably mounted on the upper portion of the bottom plate (1);
the loading mechanism comprises a rotating shaft (20), two ends of the rotating shaft (20) are rotatably provided with a support frame (21), the bottom of the support frame (21) is fixedly connected with a first electric slider (22), the first electric slider (22) is slidably mounted with a track (38), the outer wall of the rotating shaft (20) is provided with a plurality of loading plates (19), and two sides of the bottom of each loading plate (19) are connected with the outer wall of the rotating shaft (20) through stress rods (37); a transverse plate (23) is connected between the stress rods (37) at the two sides and is far away from one end of the loading plate (19), a backing plate (25) is welded between the two ends of the transverse plate (23) and the two ends of the loading plate (19), the top of the backing plate (25) is flush with the upper part of the loading plate (19), a press roller (24) is slidably mounted at the top of the backing plate (25), grooves (32) are respectively arranged at two sides and the middle end of the outer part of the press roller (24), a ring sleeve (31) is rotatably sleeved in each groove (32), a tension spring (33) is connected between the outer wall of each ring sleeve (31) at two sides and the transverse plate (23), a second elastic telescopic rod (34) is mounted between the outer wall of each ring sleeve (31) at the middle part and the transverse plate (23), an installation frame (35) is installed at the bottom of the transverse plate (23), one end of a second elastic telescopic rod (34) is rotatably installed inside the installation frame (35) through a pin shaft, and limiting plates (26) used for fixing the battery panel are installed on two sides of the top of the loading plate (19);
detachable apron (12) are installed towards one side of movable plate (3) in curing box (13), and the both ends of curing box (13) set up air intake and air outlet (14) respectively, install air inlet mechanism in the air intake.

The curing oven for the solar energy component as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air inlet mechanism comprises a fan (10), the fan (10) is installed in the air inlet, an installation cylinder (9) is installed at one end of the fan (10) far away from the curing box (13) in a threaded manner, a filtering membrane (7) is installed at one end of the installation cylinder (9) far away from the fan (10), a rotating rod is installed at one end of the middle part of the installation cylinder (9) far away from the fan (10) in a rotating manner, a plurality of cleaning plates (8) are uniformly connected to the outer wall of the rotating rod, and one side of each cleaning plate (8) is in contact with the filtering membrane (7).

The curing oven for the solar energy component as claimed in claim 1, wherein a mounting hole (16) is formed at the joint of the middle part of the curing box (13) and the cover plate (12), the cover plate (12) is rotatably mounted inside the mounting hole (16), the main shaft is connected to both sides of the upper part of the cover plate (12), the main shaft is rotatably mounted on the inner wall of the mounting hole (16), one side of the cover plate (12) facing the inside of the curing box (13) is connected with a plurality of air pipes (30), one side of the inside of the cover plate (12) is provided with an air pump, and an air outlet of the air pump is in through connection with the plurality of air pipes (30) through a pipeline.

The curing oven for the solar energy component as claimed in claim 3, wherein slide rails (18) are mounted on two sides of the inside of the curing box (13) below the mounting holes (16) along the width direction, the ends of the slide rails (18) extend to the inside of the bottom plate (1), second electric sliders are mounted on two sides of the moving plate (3) and slidably mounted with the slide rails (18), a fixing block (11) is fixedly mounted on one side of the top of the curing box (13), a start-stop switch (15) for controlling the second electric sliders is mounted on one side of the fixing block (11) facing the cover plate (12), and the start-stop switch (15) can be in contact with the edge of the cover plate (12).

The curing oven for the solar energy component as claimed in claim 4, wherein a receiving opening (17) is further arranged at the bottom end of the interior of the curing box (13) between the two slide rails (18), the interior of the receiving opening (17) is connected with the air outlet (14) in a penetrating manner through a pipeline, and a one-way valve is mounted inside the receiving opening (17).

The curing oven for the solar energy component as claimed in claim 1, wherein a clamping groove is formed below each of two opposite sides of the limiting plates (26), a push plate (28) is movably connected to the upper portion of the inside of the clamping groove, a plurality of first elastic telescopic rods (27) are connected between the top of the push plate (28) and the top end of the inside of the clamping groove, an electromagnet (29) is installed at the bottom of one end, away from each other, of each of the two limiting plates (26), and the limiting plates (26) are connected with the loading plate (19) through the electromagnets (29).

The curing oven for the solar energy component as claimed in claim 5, wherein four corners of the bottom of the curing box (13) are vertically connected with inserted rods (6), two insertion holes (2) matched with the inserted rods (6) are formed in two sides of the top of the bottom plate (1), two fixing plates (4) used for installing the conveyor belt are welded at two ends of the bottom plate (1), two ends of the curing box (13) are connected with the end of the bottom plate (1) through connecting plates (36), two ends of the connecting plates (36) are connected with bolts used for inserting the bottom plate (1) and the curing box (13), and end plates (5) are installed below two ends of the curing box (13) through screws.
