Abstract
在弯曲成V形的接线卡头插接时,为了减小所需要的插入力,使其弯曲半径明显地小于相应的印刷电路板上插孔的直径,在弯曲部位(3)的材料厚度大约减小50%,使弯曲区有一个顶端变尖的外半径。
Description
本发明涉及一种带至少一排与印刷电路板金属化插孔连接的接线卡头的薄膜电路,其中,在接线卡头的一端,通过凹形的夹子与薄膜电路的连接面连接,在其另一端,为了与印刷电路板连接,与接线卡头展宽部分相连接有一个较窄的带状连接片,为了在印刷电路板插孔中插接,至少一个连接片弯曲成V形,构成一个弹簧,此弹簧有一个自由边和一个与展宽部分连接的边,其弯曲半径明显地小于相应的印刷电路板插孔的直径。
由EP-0 148 461 B1已知此类薄膜电路,在本专利申请中包括了它公开的内容。
在单列或双列直插式结构中的薄膜电路有接线头,它的横截面比印刷电路板或类似电路载体中装配孔的圆面积小至10倍。已知的弯成V形的接线卡头弹性地搭接这种横截面之差,所以具有一定的辅助定位作用。然而,在这方面存在的问题是,已知的这种辅助定位具有一个圆的弯曲部位,也就是一个圆的连接端。因此,按规定虽然形成一个用于插入即刷电路板插孔的良好的有较小导入横截面的连接端。然而,对直径小于1毫米的很小的插孔,这种导入性已不再理想。而更重要的是,插入这么小的插孔,因结构的原因已知的这种辅助定位要求不希望的高插入力,所以迄今为止这种辅助定位的使用对这种小的插孔一直不值得推荐。
在接线头数量(弯成V形的接线卡头的数量)少于5个时产生了另一个问题,因为插入的电路在随后的运输过程中可能脱出。尽管曾试图通过加宽V形的开口来增加保持力,但是没有完全成功。
因此本发明的目的是制成一种改进的本文开始所述类型的薄膜电路。
按本发明为达到上述目的,将弯曲的连接片在其弯曲部位的材料厚度减少约50%。
本发明的其他改进,在从属权利要求中给出。
下面借助于附图表示的实施例详细说明本发明。其中:
图1带接线卡头的薄膜电路侧视图;
图2已插入接触孔尚末焊接的按图1的接线卡头侧视图;
图3按图2的设计插入一个较小的接触孔;
图4按图3的结构插入一个设有接触插座的接触孔;
图5带两排接线卡头的薄膜电路侧视图。
图1表示焊在一个属于接线卡头的夹子6中的薄膜电路。可以看出,在弯曲区3中的材料与其余具有V形4的连接片1相比变薄。在夹子6或接线夹的金属浴钎焊时,在薄膜电路上的接线头部位形成的锡层厚度5大于10微米,在这种情况下,通过这种改变了的横截面,可以使弯曲的内半径小于0.1毫米。由此形成了一个顶端很小的外半径7,所以在即刷电路板上的插孔直径小于1毫米时,有助于按要求插入和只需要很小的插接力。
如图2所示,接线卡头插入一个镀通的例如具有平均值为0.9毫米的印刷电路板插孔中直至“间距”(S)。自由弹性边成形为圆弧形末端向里的端部8,就在插孔边缘9的下面一定的位置处,并因而防止有害的脱出力使其脱出。在这样的位置下可以运输和波峰焊且电路不会改变它相对于印刷电路板的位置。
图1所表示的弹簧变形距离f,可以处于材料的弹性范围内。因此可以按所要求的标准进行多次插接。
这一事实允许在连接片1和印刷电路板镀通孔11或接触插座12之间进行多次电触点闭合,如图3和4中所表示的例子。必要的接触力N,通过10微米锡层的支承,约可提高10倍。这种接触足够好的电路,从稳定的角度考虑,可在不发生位置改变的情况下事后焊牢。
图5表示本发明可能的在双列直插式电路中的应用,用于如图3和4中那样的触点闭合,或在运输和焊入印刷电路板中固定。
Claims (4)
1.带有至少一排接线卡头的薄膜电路,接线卡头与印刷电路板的全属化插孔连接,在接线卡头的一端,通过凹形的夹子(6)与薄膜电路的连接面相连,在其另一端,为了与印刷电路板连接,在与接线卡头的展宽部分相连接有一个较窄的带状连接片(1),为了在印刷电路板的插孔中插接,至少一个连接片(1)弯曲成一个V形的弹簧,此弹簧有一个自由边和一个与展宽部分连接的边,此弯曲半径明显地小于相应的印刷电路板插孔的直径,其特征为:弯曲的连接片(1)的材料厚度,在弯曲部位(3)约减少50%。
2.按照权利要求1所述之薄膜电路,连接片(1)设计成有一个小于0.1毫米的弯曲内半径,以及形成一个顶端很小的外半径(7)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述之薄膜电路,自由边的端部(8)设计成圆弧形,末端向内朝着另一边。
4.按照权利要求3所述之薄膜电路,自由边的端部(8)弧形地向内弯到这样的程度,即这一边的末端支承在另一个边上。
