Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pretreatment agent for a bamboo can, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of bamboo can pretreatment.
Background
The bamboo pot is prepared by boiling the thick and thin bamboo pot with thumb in a pot, selecting acupoints, pricking skin at appropriate acupoints, taking out the heated bamboo pot from the pot, hot-drawing the pot on the affected part, and condensing into water to generate strong negative pressure to discharge the blood stasis of the affected part via medicinal power, heating power and suction force of the bamboo pot, so as to dredge qi and blood circulation and relieve pain.
However, there are currently clinical problems: the bamboo pot is easy to crack, mildew and rot, so that the service life of the bamboo pot is short.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a pretreatment agent for a bamboo tank, a preparation method and application thereof, which can improve the density of the bamboo tank by more than 12 percent and the impact strength by more than 2.9 percent, and can effectively prevent mildew and corrosion, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the bamboo tank.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a pretreating agent for a bamboo can comprises the following raw materials: 1-3% of preservative, 5-6% of dispersant, 15-20% of ethanol, 2-3% of plant extract, 10-15% of biological enhancer, 0.5-1.5% of initiator, 2-5% of biomass Schiff base derivative, 1-2% of stabilizer and the balance of water.
The applicant finds that the preservative and the biomass Schiff base derivative in the specific ratio have the effects of corrosion prevention, mildew prevention and sterilization remarkably enhanced through synergistic promotion; the biological reinforcing agent is subjected to polymerization reaction under the action of the initiator and is firmly adsorbed on the bamboo pot, so that the reinforcing effect of the bamboo pot is achieved, and the combination of components such as a preservative and the like with the bamboo pot is enhanced; the biological reinforcing agent is derived from a biomass material and can be firmly adsorbed on the bamboo pot; the biomass Schiff base derivative not only has the effects of inhibiting mildew and preventing corrosion, but also has the effect of catalyzing polymerization, so that the strength of the bamboo pot is promoted to be improved; the dispersing agent is helpful for promoting the uniform dispersion of all substances and is also helpful for carrying effective components to permeate, thereby promoting the modification effect; the stabilizer can promote stable dispersion of each substance, thereby promoting uniformity of modification.
The present application can adopt current conventional antiseptic, and preferably, the antiseptic is by the mass ratio 1: (0.2-0.5): (3-5) potassium sorbate, dehydroacetic acid and isothiazolinone. The applicant finds that the antiseptic has the best antibacterial and mildewproof effects through research.
The isothiazolinone is a mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-1-isothiazolin-3-one and 2-methyl-1-isothiazolin-3-one.
In order to further improve the modification effect, the dispersing agent is at least one of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester or sucrose fatty acid ester.
The plant extract is at least one of thyme oil or cactus extract. The thyme oil has fragrant taste, can improve the treatment environment and improve the comfort of patients; the cactus extract can promote antibacterial effect, and also has effects of relieving inflammation and promoting the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine bamboo pot.
In order to further improve the reinforcing effect on the bamboo tank, the biological reinforcing agent is rosin-based unsaturated resin; the rosin-based unsaturated resin preferably has a structure ofPrepared by esterification reaction of hydrogenated rosin and glycidyl methacrylate.
Preferably, the initiator is benzoyl peroxide; the stabilizer is lauryl alcohol.
In order to further promote the improvement of the modification effect, the biomass Schiff base derivative is a rosin-based Schiff base derivative.
In order to facilitate temperature observation, a temperature sensitive color changing powder can be added.
The preparation method of the pretreatment agent for the bamboo pot comprises the following steps:
1) mixing a preservative, a plant extract, a biological enhancer and a biomass Schiff base derivative with ethanol to obtain a first mixed solution;
2) heating water to 60-70 ℃, adding a dispersing agent, slowly adding the first mixed solution at the speed of 1000-1200 r/min, adding a stabilizing agent after the first mixed solution is added, and continuously stirring at the speed of 1000-1200 r/min for 10-15 min to obtain a second mixed solution;
3) before use, the initiator is added into the second mixed solution and mixed evenly to obtain the pretreating agent for the bamboo pot.
The method for treating the bamboo cans by using the pretreatment agent for the bamboo cans is as follows: heating the second mixed solution to 40-50 ℃, adding an initiator, mixing uniformly, immersing the bamboo pot, preserving heat, soaking for 8-12 h, drying in sections, wherein the drying in sections is baking for 40-60 min at 35-45 ℃, then baking to constant weight at 50-60 ℃, and then cooling to below 30 ℃ at the speed of 5-8 ℃/h.
The segmented curing can enable the modification effect to be improved more remarkably, and meanwhile, cracking of the bamboo pot is prevented.
The prior art is referred to in the art for techniques not mentioned in the present invention.
The pretreating agent for the bamboo cans can improve the density of the bamboo cans by more than 12 percent and the impact strength by more than 2.9 percent, and can effectively prevent mildew and corrosion, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the bamboo cans.
