The chronic patient rehabilitation nursing frame according to the embodiment of the invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, a chronic patient rehabilitation nursing frame according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a support frame 10, two hand exercising members 20, two leg exercising members 30 and two weight members 40.
The support frame 10 includes two bracing pieces 101 and crossbeam 102, two relative setting about the bracing piece 101, the both ends of crossbeam 102 are connected in two through a pivot 103 respectively the bracing piece 101 upper end, crossbeam 102 can follow pivot 103 axis rotates, crossbeam 102 middle part is equipped with one and accomodates groove 104, accomodate groove 104 and follow crossbeam 102 length direction extends, two bracing piece 101 lower part all is equipped with a mounting 105 for be fixed in the bed with support frame 10 and follow last.
The two hand exercising members 20 are oppositely arranged above the cross beam 102 left and right for exercising the hands of the patient, and the two hand exercising members 20 can be rotatably accommodated in the accommodating groove 104.
The two leg exercising members 30 are disposed under the cross beam 102 in a left-right opposite manner for exercising the legs of the patient, and the two leg exercising members 30 are rotatably received in the receiving groove 104.
The two weight members 40 are respectively disposed in the middle of the two support rods 101 for adjusting the resistance of the two hand exercising members 20 and the two leg exercising members 30.
Based on the above, by providing the cross bar 2021 and two support bars 101, the support bar 101 can be adjusted to be located on two sides of a hospital bed during use, and fixed to a bed edge through the fixing member 105, the lower end of the cross beam 102 is provided with the foot exercising device, the upper end of the cross beam 102 is provided with the hand exercising device, and the two hand exercising members 20 and the two foot exercising members can be rotatably accommodated in the accommodating groove 104, meanwhile, the cross beam 102 can rotate along the axis of the rotating shaft 103, so that when the feet are required to be exercised, the support frame 10 can be fixed at the position of the hospital bed close to the tail of the bed through the fixing member 105, and the leg exercising member 30 can be rotated out from the accommodating groove 104, so that the feet of a patient can be exercised conveniently, when the patient needs to exercise the hands, the support frame 10 can be moved to the position of the hospital bed close to the bed head of the bed, and will the shank is taken in the component 30 and is taken in accomodate the inslot 104, will again crossbeam 102 rotates 180, makes the hand is taken exercise the device and is located the below, at this moment, then can with the hand is taken exercise component 20 by accomodate the inslot 104 and roll out to in the patient takes exercise the hand, so, can realize that the hand is taken exercise and the foot is connected in an organic whole to change according to patient's demand, convenient to use, labour saving and time saving reduces occupation space, on the other hand, two all be provided with on the bracing piece 101 counter weight component 40, so that adjust the intensity of taking exercise according to patient's recovered progress, make and take exercise recovered effect better.
Preferably, in one embodiment of the present invention, both hand exercising members 20 comprise a connecting frame 201, a slider 202, a pull ring 203 and a first guide wheel 204.
Link 201 is the rectangle framework, two cell wall upper ends all are equipped with first spout 1041 around accomodating groove 104, first spout 1041 extends along left right direction, both sides wall upper end all is equipped with first connecting post 2011, two around the link 201 first connecting post 2011 but the locating of horizontal slip respectively in first spout 1041, two medial surfaces all are equipped with second spout 2012 about the link 201, both ends face all is equipped with one about the link 201 and runs through to the through-hole 2013 of link 201 medial surface.
The sliding member 202 includes a cross bar 2021 and a pull rod 2022, two ends of the cross bar 2021 are slidably disposed in the second sliding groove 2012 up and down, the upper end of the sliding member 202 is disposed with a first pull rope 2023, the other end of the pull rope passes through the through hole 2013 at the upper end of the connecting frame 201 and is connected to the counterweight member 40, one end of the pull rod 2022 is connected to the lower surface of the cross bar 2021, and the other end of the pull rod 2022 passes through the through hole 2013 at the lower end of the connecting frame 201.
The pull ring 203 is disposed below the connecting frame 201, and the upper surface of the pull ring 203 is connected to the lower end of the pull rod 2022.
The first guide wheel 204 is disposed on the upper surface of the connecting frame 201 for changing the direction of the first rope 2023.
In this way, since one end of the first pulling rope 2023 is connected to the cross bar 2021, and the other end is connected to the counterweight mechanism, when exercising, the patient can pull the first pulling rope 2023 by his/her hand to reciprocate in this way, and the first guide wheel 204 is disposed at the upper end of the connecting frame 201, so that the first pulling rope 2023 can be guided from vertical extension to horizontal extension to prevent the first pulling rope 2023 from abutting against the hole wall of the through hole 2013, thereby increasing the influence on the movement of the first pulling rope 2023, and meanwhile, since the two first connecting columns 2011 are respectively slidably disposed in the first sliding groove 1041 in the left and right direction, the distance between the two hand exercising members 20 can be adjusted according to the body size of the patient when in use. The practicability is strong, the applicability is wide, and the using effect is good.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, a first threaded hole 20111 is formed in an end surface of the first connecting column 2011, a first through slot 10411 is formed in a rear slot wall of the first sliding slot 1041, the first through slot 10411 and the first threaded hole 20111 are located at the same height, two first locking screws 1021 which are opposite to each other left and right are arranged on a rear side surface of the cross beam 102, and front ends of the first locking screws 1021 pass through the first through slot 10411 and are arranged in the first threaded hole 20111.
Thus, after the position of the connecting frame 201 is adjusted, the first locking screw 1021 can be tightened, and the first locked nut portion is pressed against the outer surface of the cross beam 102, so as to fix the connecting frame 201.
Preferably, in one embodiment of the present invention, both of the leg exercising members 30 include a main bar 301, a turning block 302, pedals 303, a second pulling rope 304, and a second guide wheel 305.
The front side surface and the rear side surface of the main rod 301 are respectively provided with a second connecting column 3011, the lower ends of the front groove wall and the rear groove wall of the accommodating groove 104 are respectively provided with a third sliding groove 1042, and the two second connecting columns 3011 are slidably arranged in the third sliding grooves 1042.
A rotating column 3021 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of one side surface of the rotating block 302, and the rotating column 3021 is rotatably arranged on the left or right side surface of the main rod 301.
The pedal 303 is transversely arranged, and one end of the pedal 303 is connected to the lower end of the rotating block 302.
The upper end surface of the main rod 301 is provided with an accommodating passage, the lower end of the accommodating passage extends to the lower side of the rotating column 3021, one end of the second pull rope 304 is connected to the rotating column 3021, and the other end of the second pull rope 304 passes through the accommodating passage to be connected with the counterweight member 40.
