Abstract
本发明公布了一种抗氧化并增强免疫力的宠物用羊奶粉及其制备方法,该羊奶粉包含如下重量份的各组分:山羊奶粉55~95份,燕麦提取物0.1~10份,蛋白质0.5~5份,氨基酸类组分0.5~6份,复合维生素组分0.001~1份,乳糖酶0.01~3份。本发明的宠物用羊奶粉具有营养丰富、易于吸收等优点,并且长期饮用不会发胖,其中的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、矿物质含量均高于牛奶,有助于提高动物免疫力。而且,羊奶粉中添加有燕麦提取物,大大降低了奶粉过敏率,提高了奶粉吸收率,该奶粉还具有较好的抗氧化性能,是一种极好的宠物营养补充源。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种宠物用羊奶粉,具体涉及一种具有抗氧化并增强免疫力功能的宠物用羊奶粉及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着经济发展,生活水平日益提高,人们的保健意识逐渐加强,更加注重自身及他人的健康。宠物作为人们生活中的伴侣动物,也越来越受到重视。通常来说,幼年动物需要通过喝奶来满足日常营养需要,成年及老年动物虽不必需、却也喜欢喝奶。现在,市场上有多种类型的宠物用奶制品,大体可分为液态奶品及固态奶粉两类。其中,液态奶品不宜长期储存,营养容易流失;而固态奶粉保质期长,方便储藏和携带,也方便食用。
奶粉是鲜奶经消毒、浓缩、干燥处理而成,可以在加工过程中根据需要调整奶的营养成分,使其更适合不同动物的需要。目前,市场上可供宠物主人选择的宠物奶粉大多为配方奶粉,出于成本等因素考虑,大部分产品添加了牛奶粉及相关产物,通过添加植物油提高奶品的脂肪含量,添加糊精增加奶品的稠度,使奶粉过敏率增高、吸收率及总体营养水平降低,造成宠物过敏概率增加、养分吸收率下降。
目前,市场上缺乏一款具有抗氧化性并能够增强宠物免疫力的产品。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种营养丰富、易于吸收的宠物用羊奶粉,同时提供了该羊奶粉的制备方法和应用,该宠物用羊奶粉添加了燕麦提取物,具有抗氧化和增强免疫力的功效。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
本发明首先公布了一种抗氧化并增强免疫力的宠物用羊奶粉,包含如下重量份的各组分:山羊奶粉55~95份,燕麦提取物0.1~10份,蛋白质0.5~5份,氨基酸类组分0.5~6份,复合维生素组分0.001~1份,乳糖酶0.01~3份。
优选地,前述燕麦提取物由燕麦β-葡聚糖、燕麦膳食纤维、燕麦生物碱、燕麦多肽、燕麦露、燕麦乳中的一种或多种组分混合构成。
更优选地,前述蛋白质由乳清蛋白、乳铁蛋白和乳脂球膜蛋白中的一种或多种组成。
更优选地,前述氨基酸类组分由赖氨酸、牛磺酸和精氨酸中的一种或多种组成。
再优选地,前述复合维生素组分包含由维生素A、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素D3、维生素E中的一种或多种组成;其中,所述B族维生素为维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、泛酸、烟酸、生物素中的一种或多种;所述乳糖酶为β-半乳糖苷酶。
进一步优选地,前述宠物用羊奶粉包含如下重量份的各组分:山羊奶粉70~95份,燕麦提取物0.1~4份,蛋白质1.5~4.5份,氨基酸类组分1.5~4.5份,复合维生素组分0.008~0.8份,乳糖酶0.1~3份。
进一步优选地,前述宠物用羊奶粉包含如下重量份的各组分:山羊奶粉70~95份;燕麦β-葡聚糖0.02~0.8份、燕麦膳食纤维0.02~0.8份、燕麦生物碱0.02~0.8份、燕麦多肽0.02~0.8份、燕麦乳0.02~0.8份;乳清蛋白0.5~1.5份、乳铁蛋白0.5~1.5份、乳脂球膜蛋白0.5~1.5份;赖氨酸0.5~1.5份、牛磺酸0.5~1.5份和精氨酸0.5~1.5份;维生素B10.001~1份、维生素B2 0.001~1份、维生素B6 0.001~1份、维生素B12 0.001~0.01份、维生素D3 0.001~1份、维生素E 0.001~1份。
此外,本发明还公布了前述的抗氧化并增强免疫力的宠物用羊奶粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将全部蛋白质组分置于容器中,再加入10%羊奶粉,搅拌均匀得第一混合粉末;
S2、向第一混合粉末中加入燕麦提取物组分,再加入10%羊奶粉,并搅拌均匀得第二混合粉末;
S3、向第二混合粉末中加入氨基酸类组分,再加入10%羊奶粉,并搅拌均匀得第三混合粉末;
S4、向第三混合粉末中加入复合维生素组分,再加入10%羊奶粉,并搅拌均匀得第四混合粉末;
S5、向第四混合粉末中加入乳糖酶组分,再加入剩余所有的羊奶粉,充分搅拌混合,得到混合粉末,即得宠物用羊奶粉。
羊奶以其营养丰富、易于吸收等优点被称为“奶中之王”,其脂肪颗粒体积为牛奶的三分之一,更利于动物吸收,并且长期饮用羊奶不会引起发胖。羊奶干物质中蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、矿物质含量较高(均高于牛奶),有助于提高动物机体免疫力。动物对牛奶有一定的过敏概率,主要是因为牛奶所含的蛋白(如酪蛋白),或者是乳糖。而羊奶的乳糖低牛奶,β酪蛋白均为A2型,且不会产生BCM-7,因此,动物对羊奶的过敏概率低于牛奶。
乳清蛋白的氨基酸配比恰当、易被消化吸收,含有生物活性的蛋白质和多肽,如乳球蛋白、免疫球蛋白和乳铁蛋白等,能有效改善营养状况,是优质蛋白质的来源。乳清蛋白所含的这些物质参与构成机体非特异性防御屏障,在抗菌、抗病毒、免疫调节等方面发挥积极作用。
燕麦是全球的主要谷物之一,其活性成分主要有β-葡聚糖、生育酚、生育三烯酚和燕麦生物碱等。因此,燕麦提取物具有抗氧化,降血脂,调节机体免疫,消炎止痒和抑制细胞增殖等多种生理活性。
裸燕麦中蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质元素总量及不饱和脂肪酸含量均居谷物之首。燕麦的可溶性膳食纤维主要是β-葡聚糖(β-glucan)。β-葡聚糖能降血清胆固醇,调节血糖,促进肠道益生菌增殖,调节机体免疫功能;可以改善消化功能,促进胃肠蠕动,改善便秘症状。β-葡聚糖在大肠中发酵可产生短链脂肪酸,如乙酸、丙酸、丁酸等,这些脂肪酸有助于抑制体内胆固醇的合成,从而达到降血脂的目的。
燕麦生物碱(Avenanthramides),又名燕麦蒽酰胺,是具有环状结构的碱性有机化合物,是一类独特的含氮酚酸类衍生物,也是唯一在燕麦中发现的一类含氮有机化合物,有显著的生物活性和光学活性,具有强抗氧化性、降血脂、抑制细胞增殖和消炎止痒的生理功效。燕麦多肽具有较好的抗氧化性和α-淀粉酶抑制作用,具有一定程度缓解体力疲劳作用,其机制可能与减少血乳酸堆积,增加肝糖原含量有关。综上,燕麦在开发功能性食品方面具有较大的应用价值,主要有抗氧化、增强宠物免疫力的功能。
在猫粮中,普遍使用的植物蛋白质,缺乏或不足精氨酸、牛磺酸,赖氨酸含量也低。牛磺酸有直接和间接的抗氧化损伤作用,是猫的必需氨基酸,对动物脑部发育、维护视力、保证心脏、机体免疫以及繁殖功能等各方面都有重要作用。牛磺酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸,均衡氨基酸配比,满足宠物日常所需,敏锐视力、促进发育。
综上,本发明的有益之处在于:
(1)本发明的宠物用羊奶粉具有营养丰富、易于吸收等优点,并且长期饮用不会发胖,其中的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、矿物质含量均高于牛奶,有助于提高动物免疫力。而且,羊奶粉中添加有燕麦提取物,大大降低了奶粉过敏率,提高了奶粉吸收率,该奶粉还具有较好的抗氧化性能,是一种极好的宠物营养补充源。
(2)该羊奶粉具有极好的抗氧化性能:通过燕麦提取物搭配维生素E,发挥协同效应,双重天然抗氧化物保障宠物用羊奶粉具有最佳的抗氧化功效。
(3)增强免疫:羊奶小分子吸收率高,天然含有乳脂球膜蛋白、乳铁蛋白;天然A2-β酪蛋白,贴合消化系统、易吸收;低乳糖,低过敏率;配合燕麦提取物,多重呵护肠道健康,提高机体免疫功能。
(4)氨基酸均衡:宠物饲料中通常缺乏一种或几种氨基酸,本发明在奶粉的抗氧化及增强免疫功效基础上额外添加赖氨酸、牛磺酸、精氨酸,保障宠物用羊奶粉氨基酸均衡。
(5)首次在羊奶粉中添加燕麦提取物:燕麦β-葡聚糖、燕麦膳食纤维、燕麦生物碱、燕麦多肽、燕麦露、燕麦乳,其中一种或多种组分。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
本发明中若无特殊说明,所用原料均为市购。
以下各实施例中,均以制备100kg宠物用羊奶粉为例。
实施例1
本实施例中羊奶粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、将全部蛋白质组分置于容器中,加入10%羊奶粉,搅拌均匀得第一混合粉末;
S2、向第一混合粉末中加入燕麦提取物组分,再加入10%羊奶粉,并搅拌均匀得第二混合粉末;
S3、向第二混合粉末中加入氨基酸类组分,再加入10%羊奶粉,并搅拌均匀得第三混合粉末;
S4、向第三混合粉末中加入复合维生素组分,再加入10%羊奶粉,并搅拌均匀得第四混合粉末;
S5、向第四混合粉末中加入乳糖酶组分,再加入剩余所有的羊奶粉,充分搅拌混合,得到混合粉末,即得宠物用羊奶粉。
在本实施例中,取羊奶粉94.5kg,燕麦提取物组分1.5kg,蛋白质2kg,氨基酸类组分1.5kg,复合维生素组分0.3kg,乳糖酶0.2kg,合计100kg。
其中,燕麦提取物组分包括燕麦β-葡聚糖0.5kg、燕麦膳食纤维0.5kg、燕麦多肽0.5kg;蛋白质组分包括乳清蛋白1kg、乳铁蛋白1kg;氨基酸类组分包括赖氨酸0.5kg、牛磺酸0.5kg和精氨酸0.5kg;复合维生素组分包括维生素B1 0.08kg、维生素B2 0.08kg、维生素B6 0.01kg、维生素B12 0.01kg、维生素E 0.12kg。
实施例2
本实施例中羊奶粉的制备方法与实施例1完全相同,区别仅在于各原料的组分和用量略有区别,具体如下:
本实施例中,取羊奶粉93.9kg,燕麦提取物组分1.0kg,蛋白质2.5kg,氨基酸类组分2.0kg,复合维生素组分0.4kg,乳糖酶0.2kg。
其中,燕麦提取物组分包括燕麦β-葡聚糖0.3kg、燕麦生物碱0.3kg、燕麦多肽0.4kg;蛋白质组分包括乳清蛋白1.5kg、乳铁蛋白1kg;氨基酸类组分包括赖氨酸0.7kg、牛磺酸0.7kg和精氨酸0.6kg;复合维生素组分包括维生素B1 0.08kg、维生素B2 0.08kg、维生素B6 0.08kg、维生素B12 0.001kg、维生素E 0.159kg。
实施例3
本实施例中羊奶粉的制备方法与实施例1完全相同,区别仅在于各原料的组分和用量略有区别,具体如下:
本实施例中,取羊奶粉91.4kg,燕麦提取物组分2kg,蛋白质3kg,氨基酸类组分2.5kg,复合维生素组分0.6kg,乳糖酶0.2kg。
其中,燕麦提取物组分包括燕麦β-葡聚糖1kg、燕麦生物碱1kg;蛋白质组分包括乳清蛋白3kg;氨基酸类组分包括赖氨酸1.1kg、牛磺酸0.8kg和精氨酸0.6kg;复合维生素组分包括维生素B1 0.13kg、维生素B2 0.1kg、维生素B6 0.01kg、维生素B12 0.01kg、维生素E0.26kg。
对比例
在本对比例中,取羊奶粉95kg,蛋白质3kg,氨基酸类组分1.5kg,复合维生素组分0.3kg,乳糖酶0.2kg,合计100kg。本对比例中无燕麦提取物。
其中,蛋白质组分包括乳清蛋白1.5kg和乳铁蛋白1.5kg;氨基酸类组分包括赖氨酸0.5kg、牛磺酸0.5kg和精氨酸0.5kg;复合维生素组分包括维生素B1 0.08kg、维生素B20.08kg、维生素B6 0.01kg、维生素B12 0.01kg、维生素E 0.12kg。
为了更好地理解和实施本发明,下面对本发明的实施例和对比例的产品进行性能和动物试验。
其中,动物试验的对象为:8~10月龄生理状态相近的比格犬(公母各半,初始体重个体差异在1公斤内)。
试验1:诱食试验
试验方法:每天早上8点进行一次味道选择试验,共计试验三天。本发明实施例羊奶粉与对比例羊奶粉各准备3份,每份均冲泡60mL,将冲泡好的羊奶随机放置,每两个食盘间隔15厘米放在同一平行区域内。每次引领1只犬来到独立的实验区内,让犬自由活动取食,分别让30只犬单独进行选择,记录2种羊奶的被选次数。
结果见表1:

结论:上述宠物羊奶粉味道实验表明,本发明实施例的羊奶粉相较于对比例羊奶粉,诱食性更好,更能够促进宠物的饮食,进而为营养吸收提供基础。
试验2:综合效果评价试验
试验分组:根据体重相近及公母各半的原则,试验分4组,其中,试验组每组6只、对照组3只。
其中所有试验犬只饲喂基础全价犬粮(ROYAL CANIN皇家狗粮),试验组饲喂本发明羊奶粉(每次冲泡30mL,每天2次);阴性对照组不饲喂羊奶粉;阳性对照组不饲喂本发明实施例的羊奶粉,而是饲喂对照例羊奶粉(每次冲泡30mL,每天2次),饲喂期14天。
羊奶粉投喂方式和试验时间如下:直接饲喂,每天于上午8点和下午16点进行。
供试犬的饲养管理:单笼饲养。在试验开始的第0、5、10、14天称体重;每日早晨定时清粪便、清洗犬舍、清洗水盆,卸下称量勺勺头并清洗,并更换洁净的饮用水;清粪时记录粪便状态。
每天上午8点、下午16点直接饲喂试验组每只犬本发明冲泡羊奶;阴性对照组不喂,而是半小时后饲喂每只犬基础全价犬粮80g;阳性对照组饲喂对照例的羊奶粉。每天17点将犬栓系在犬舍外进行适当运动1小时,每天每只犬喂食300g犬粮,全天自由饮水,记录犬只状态。
采样指标与方法:
(1)体重:每只犬共记录5次体重,结果见表2。
(2)采食量:每日每只犬共记录1次采食量,结果见表3。
(3)皮肤状态:每日早上巡视时通过拍照的方式记录每只犬的皮肤状态1次,结果见表4。
(4)精神状态:每日早晚巡视时记录每只犬精神状态共2次,结果见表5。
(5)抗氧化效果:试验结束时,采血检测总抗氧化能力,结果见表6。

结论:本发明羊奶粉对试验犬平均日采食量影响无显著性差异,大体上能将300g犬粮全部采食完。在试验期内,每组均有犬采食不完所有犬粮,但每只犬采食剩余量不超过20g,说明本发明羊奶粉不会对采食量产生不利影响。
表4羊奶粉对试验犬皮肤状态的影响
结论:试验犬的皮肤状态总体良好,无明显组间差异。整个试验期内,所有的犬只的皮肤均未出现皮屑、红疹以及红肿等异常情况,表明本发明羊奶粉不会对试验犬的皮肤状态产生不利的影响,是安全可食用的营养产品。
表5羊奶粉对试验犬精神状态的影响
如表5所示,在试验全期,三组试验犬的精神状态均十分活跃。当试验人员经过时,三组的所有试验犬均有吠叫、摇尾、攀栏、伸前爪等表现,精神状态评分达到7分,所有犬只均无精神萎靡或坐卧不动的现象。表明本发明羊奶粉不会对试验犬的精神状态产生不利影响。

结论:本发明羊奶粉对试验犬总抗氧化能力有提高的趋势,抗氧化效果更好,进而为提高免疫力提供了更好的保障。
总的看来,本发明羊奶粉作为宠物营养补充剂,对试验犬有显著的诱食和增重效果,并且对试验犬抗氧化能力有积极作用,对采食量、皮肤状态及精神状态等均无不利影响,是一种安全可使用的宠物营养奶粉。
综上,本发明的宠物用羊奶粉中含有多种天然成分,经过合理配比,燕麦提取物搭配维生素E,可安全高效地改善宠物抗氧化及机体免疫能力;同时额外补充氨基酸,保障宠物用羊奶粉氨基酸均衡;添加乳糖酶成分,在天然低乳糖浓度的基础上降低乳糖含量,保障宠物用羊奶粉低敏性。而且,在制备宠物用羊奶粉的过程中,在室温条件下加入复合维生素原料,减少了工艺中温度对维生素的损失,为宠物提供了日常所需维生素来源,有利于提高宠物免疫力。

Claims (8)
1.抗氧化并增强免疫力的宠物用羊奶粉,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的各组分:山羊奶粉55~95份,燕麦提取物0.1~10份,蛋白质0.5~5份,氨基酸类组分0.5~6份,复合维生素组分0.001~1份,乳糖酶0.01~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化并增强免疫力的宠物用羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述燕麦提取物由燕麦β-葡聚糖、燕麦膳食纤维、燕麦生物碱、燕麦多肽、燕麦露、燕麦乳中的一种或多种组分混合构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化并增强免疫力的宠物用羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述蛋白质由乳清蛋白、乳铁蛋白和乳脂球膜蛋白中的一种或多种组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化并增强免疫力的宠物用羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述氨基酸类组分由赖氨酸、牛磺酸和精氨酸中的一种或多种组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化并增强免疫力的宠物用羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述复合维生素组分包含由维生素A、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素D3、维生素E中的一种或多种组成;其中,所述B族维生素为维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、泛酸、烟酸、生物素中的一种或多种;所述乳糖酶为β-半乳糖苷酶。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的抗氧化并增强免疫力的宠物用羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述宠物用羊奶粉包含如下重量份的各组分:山羊奶粉70~95份,燕麦提取物0.1~4份,蛋白质1.5~4.5份,氨基酸类组分1.5~4.5份,复合维生素组分0.008~0.8份,乳糖酶0.1~3份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗氧化并增强免疫力的宠物用羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述宠物用羊奶粉包含如下重量份的各组分:山羊奶粉70~95份;燕麦β-葡聚糖0.02~0.8份、燕麦膳食纤维0.02~0.8份、燕麦生物碱0.02~0.8份、燕麦多肽0.02~0.8份、燕麦乳0.02~0.8份;乳清蛋白0.5~1.5份、乳铁蛋白0.5~1.5份、乳脂球膜蛋白0.5~1.5份;赖氨酸0.5~1.5份、牛磺酸0.5~1.5份和精氨酸0.5~1.5份;维生素B1 0.001~1份、维生素B2 0.001~1份、维生素B6 0.001~1份、维生素B12 0.001~0.01份、维生素D3 0.001~1份、维生素E0.001~1份。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的抗氧化并增强免疫力的宠物用羊奶粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将全部蛋白质组分置于容器中,再加入10%羊奶粉,搅拌均匀得第一混合粉末;
S2、向第一混合粉末中加入燕麦提取物组分,再加入10%羊奶粉,并搅拌均匀得第二混合粉末;
S3、向第二混合粉末中加入氨基酸类组分,再加入10%羊奶粉,并搅拌均匀得第三混合粉末;
S4、向第三混合粉末中加入复合维生素组分,再加入10%羊奶粉,并搅拌均匀得第四混合粉末;
S5、向第四混合粉末中加入乳糖酶组分,再加入剩余所有的羊奶粉,充分搅拌混合,得到混合粉末,即得宠物用羊奶粉。
