Description

Chicken manure-free fermentation material and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of edible fungi cultivation, and particularly relates to a chicken manure-free fermentation material, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, the agaricus bisporus factories above the global scale adopt chicken manure formula to cultivate the agaricus bisporus, and the waste is utilized and is under high pressure of environmental protection policies of various countries. Overseas, especially factories in all countries in Europe are required to throw in large amounts of capital to treat fermentation waste gas, the fermentation workshops are totally closed, and ventilation and recovery scrubber equipment is installed to thoroughly purify the gas and then discharge the gas into the atmosphere.
Along with the improvement of environmental awareness, china has increased the environmental protection inspection force to edible fungus enterprises (especially bisporous mushroom factories) in recent years, which also forces enterprises to invest in environmental protection equipment and facilities and simultaneously needs to develop and innovate through technology, thereby improving the production environment.
Meanwhile, the existing domestic and foreign agaricus bisporus factories adopt a chicken manure formula, and the recruitment difficulty problem of fermentation labor is increased for enterprises due to the inherent manure smell of the chicken manure formula, so that research and development of the agaricus bisporus cultivation without the chicken manure formula is imperative.
The patent publication No. CN201410747120.8 discloses a factory cultivation method for preparing agaricus bisporus by using edible fungus waste fungus residues, which adopts wheat straw or rice straw as a main material, chicken manure, gypsum, urea, cake powder and the like as dressing materials, piles and turns over once outdoors according to a conventional method, edible fungus fertilizer which is crushed and dried after being removed from bags is added after 8-9 days, and 10 parts of chicken manure is added with water in advance for uniformly stirring; pouring the mixed raw materials into a primary fermentation bin after fermentation; fermenting the main materials and the auxiliary materials again, pouring the materials into a secondary fermentation tunnel, and fermenting by properly blowing oxygen by using a centrifugal fan, wherein an air inlet hole is formed in the bottom of a fermentation material pile; after the main materials and the auxiliary materials are ripe, the agaricus bisporus strain is put on a rack for sowing. The method realizes the recycling and efficient use of the pleurotus eryngii fertilizer, but the smell of chicken manure in the fermentation material is intolerable, and the fermentation waste is not environment-friendly.
The patent publication No. CN111771618A discloses a fermentation material for producing agaricus bisporus and a preparation method thereof, wherein the raw material formula comprises wheat straw, bean pulp, vinasse, pleurotus eryngii culture medium fertilizer, ammonium sulfate, gypsum and the like, after the raw materials are uniformly mixed, stacking, raising the temperature of the stacking to 74-80 ℃ through ventilation fermentation, maintaining 15-20h, raising the temperature to 74-80 ℃ after warehouse transfer, maintaining 55-65h, raising the temperature to 75-80 ℃ after warehouse transfer again, maintaining 105-115h, and controlling the water content of the stacking to 73-75%, thus obtaining the fermentation material for producing agaricus bisporus. Although the fermented material does not contain chicken manure, the environment-friendly performance is better, the fermentation temperature is too high, the time is longer, the energy consumption is larger, and the industrial production is not facilitated.
In summary, the prior art generally has the technical problems of large peculiar smell, poor environmental protection, large fermentation energy consumption, long fermentation period and the like.
