An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device, including: a main plate having a notch, the notch facing a first direction; a gasket disposed on the main board and having a gasket recess facing the first direction and at least partially overlapping the recess, the gasket being horseshoe-shaped or U-shaped; the housing, the recess and the gasket recess face a first side of the housing and are adjacent to the first side, and the first side is perpendicular to a screen of the electronic device. Background
In some electronic equipment, when multiple positioning such as USB occurs in mainboard side installation, if the mainboard is single-sided cloth piece, the screw post is not high enough this moment, crushes the USB interface on the mainboard easily when screwing up the screw. At this time, it is generally necessary to surface mount a ring gasket on the main plate. However, when the ring gasket is mounted, the inclined mounting of the main plate is not facilitated.

Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1, a partial structure of an electronic apparatus is shown. The electronic device of the present disclosure may include a motherboard 11 and a pad 12. In some embodiments, the main panel 11 has a notch 111, the notch 111 facing the first direction. In some embodiments, the gasket 12 is disposed on the motherboard 11 and has a gasket recess 121. In some embodiments, the shim indentation 121 faces in the first direction and at least partially overlaps the indentation 111.
In some embodiments, the shape of the gasket 12 is horseshoe or U-shaped. In some embodiments, the shape of the gasket 12 may be other suitable shapes that are open on one side. By adopting the gasket 12 with the structure, the gasket 12 has the characteristic of three-side positioning, and when the mainboard is obliquely installed, the gasket 12 does not interfere with the assembly of the mainboard. If the gasket 12 is annular, for example, a circular hole configuration, then an interference fit may occur. Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of the gasket 12, it being understood that the shape of the gasket 12 in fig. 3 is merely exemplary and not intended to limit the present disclosure.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of a part of an electronic device. In some embodiments, the electronic device further comprises a housing 13. In some embodiments, the notch 111 and the gasket notch 121 are toward a first side 131 of the housing 13 and are proximate to the first side 131, the first side 131 being perpendicular to a screen of the electronic device. Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of an assembled state of the main board and the case after assembly, and fig. 2 shows a schematic view of only one of corners where the cover is omitted, it being understood that although the main board provided with the gasket 12 is provided at the corner in fig. 2, this is merely exemplary and not intended to limit the present disclosure.
In some embodiments, by using the gasket 12 having the gasket recess 121 and the main board 11 having the recess 111, the assembly of the main board 11, particularly the inclined assembly, can be more facilitated, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the first side 131 is provided with a hole allowing USB to be plugged. In some embodiments, corresponding holes are provided in the sides of the housing for USB insertion.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the main plate 11 further includes a positioning hole 14, and the positioning hole 14 allows a screw to pass through. As shown in fig. 2, the positioning hole 14 is screwed with a screw 15. In some embodiments, the locating hole 14 is annular, so that it is particularly suitable for locating the main plate 11. Due to the positioning holes 14, the correct assembly of the main board 11 is facilitated, and accurate positioning of the main board and the housing is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the electronic device further comprises a screw 18 that mates with the recess 111, the screw passing through the washer recess 121, the washer 12 being located between the recess 111 and the head of the screw 18.
In some embodiments, the positioning hole 14 and the at least two notches 111 are in a triangular configuration. By having the positioning hole 14 and the at least two notches 111 in a triangular configuration, the positioning effect of the positioning hole 14 is better achieved, since the triangular configuration is more stable in shape.
In some embodiments, the gasket 12 is made of metal. In some embodiments, the gasket 12 is welded to the motherboard 11. In some embodiments, by fabricating the gasket 12 from metal, suction welding of the gasket 12 to the motherboard is facilitated, which also facilitates installation of the gasket 12.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a USB interface 16 is provided on the motherboard 11. The USB interface 16 corresponds to an aperture provided on the first side 131. Thus, when a user inserts a USB, the user can insert the USB into the USB interface 16 through the hole on the first side 131.
In some embodiments, the notch 111 comprises a first notch and a second notch, and the shim notch 121 comprises a first shim notch and a second shim notch, the first notch corresponding to the first shim notch, and the second notch corresponding to the second shim notch. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, two shims 12 are shown, it being understood that this is exemplary only, and other numbers of shims may be provided as desired.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, after the main board 11 is assembled with the housing 13, the gasket 12 is positioned on the screw post 17 of the housing 13. By positioning the gasket 12 on the screw post 17, the position of the screw post 17 is raised, so that when the screw is screwed, the gasket 12 can be pressed against the screw 18, and the screw 18 does not have an impact on the USB. In some embodiments, the height of the spacer 12 depends on the height of the screw boss 17, and if the height of the screw boss 17 is too low, the thickness of the spacer 12 may be increased to compensate, and vice versa.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an electronic device including: a main plate having a notch, the notch facing a first direction; a shim disposed on the motherboard and having a shim notch facing the first direction and at least partially overlapping the notch, the shim being horseshoe-shaped or U-shaped; a housing, the notch and the gasket notch facing and proximate to a first side of the housing, the first side perpendicular to a screen of the electronic device.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the first side surface is provided with a hole allowing USB to be plugged.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the main plate further includes a positioning hole allowing a screw to pass through.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the screw is inserted into the recess, and the washer is inserted into the recess.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the positioning hole and at least two of the notches are in a triangular configuration.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the gasket is made of metal.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the gasket is welded to the main plate.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a USB interface is disposed on the main board, and the USB interface corresponds to the hole disposed on the first side surface.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the notch includes a first notch and a second notch, the gasket notch includes a first gasket notch and a second gasket notch, the first notch corresponds to the first gasket notch, and the second notch corresponds to the second gasket notch.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the gasket is positioned on a screw post of the case after the main board is assembled with the case.

Claims (9)

1. An electronic device, comprising:
a main plate having a notch, the notch facing a first direction;
a shim disposed on the motherboard and having a shim notch facing the first direction and at least partially overlapping the notch, the shim being horseshoe-shaped or U-shaped;
a housing, the notch and the gasket notch facing and proximate to a first side of the housing, the first side being perpendicular to a screen of the electronic device;
a screw mated with the recess, the screw passing through the washer recess, the washer being located between the recess and the head of the screw.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the first side is provided with a hole allowing USB to be plugged.
3. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the main board further comprises a positioning hole allowing another screw to pass through.
4. The electronic device of claim 3, wherein the positioning hole is triangularly configured with at least two of the notches.
5. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the gasket is made of metal.
6. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the gasket is soldered to the motherboard.
7. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the motherboard has a USB port disposed thereon, the USB port corresponding to an aperture disposed on the first side.
8. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the notch comprises a first notch and a second notch, and wherein the shim notch comprises a first shim notch and a second shim notch, the first notch corresponding to the first shim notch, and the second notch corresponding to the second shim notch.
9. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the gasket is positioned on a screw post of the housing after the motherboard is assembled with the housing.
