when a contractor client receives trading order information, the contractor confirms the trading order information to a land circulation trading management platform, the land circulation trading management platform prompts the contractor to collect biological characteristic information through the contractor client, matches the collected biological characteristic information with identity card information preset in the land circulation trading management platform during registration, and when the matching is successful, verifies the true identity of the contractor and completes the confirmation of the trading order information;
the land circulation transaction management platform feeds back transaction order completion items to a land resource department for filing, and the land resource department carries out change procedures of the land property right;
when the land resource department completes the change, the land circulation transaction management platform is informed of the completion of the change, and forwards the transaction amount paid by the transferee to the account of the client of the undertaking party by the land circulation transaction management platform to complete the land circulation transaction process;
the land circulation transaction management platform also comprises a recommending module, wherein the recommending module is used for recommending land information suitable for land operation to the transferee;

The land circulation stable and safe transaction system according to claim 1, wherein before the contractor and the transferee register with the land circulation transaction management platform through the contractor client and the transferee client, the contractor client and the transferee client each pre-generate a corresponding public and private key pair, and locally and secretly store the private key; then the contractor client or the transferee client forms a registration request based on the identity card information and the public key information, encrypts the registration request by adopting a preset public key of the land circulation transaction management platform and transmits the encrypted registration request to the land circulation transaction management platform;
the land circulation transaction management platform adopts a private key to decrypt, and after the identity card of the contractor or the transferee is verified to be legal, the digital certificate of the client of the contractor or the client of the transferee is signed and issued based on public key information, and then the digital certificate of the contractor or the transferee and the identity card information of the contractor or the transferee are established into a binding relationship; after binding, the land circulation transaction management platform signs the issued digital certificate by using a private key of the land circulation transaction management platform and returns the signed digital certificate to the contractor client or the transferee client;
and the contractor client or the transferee client decrypts and checks the signature by adopting a preset public key of the land circulation transaction management platform, and acquires a corresponding digital certificate after the signature passes the verification.

The land circulation stable and safe transaction system according to claim 1, wherein during land circulation transaction, if the transferee selects a land information and sends a land circulation transaction request to the land circulation transaction management platform, the land circulation transaction management platform generates and pushes the corresponding transaction order information to the client of the transferee, the client of the transferee signs the transaction amount paid by using a private key of a digital certificate of the transferee and sends the first signature information to the land circulation transaction management platform, the land circulation transaction management platform prompts the transferee to collect the biological characteristic information through the client of the transferee, matches the collected biological characteristic information with the identity card information preset in the land circulation transaction management platform during registration, when the matching is successful, the public key of the digital certificate bound with the identity card information is used for decrypting and signing the first signature information, after the verification of the signature, the real identity validity of the transferee is verified, the transaction amount is successfully paid to the land circulation transaction management platform for temporary storage, and the first signature information is retained for subsequent tracking.
