The correlation analysis model for example comprises at least one of: apriori algorithm, FP-growth algorithm. A land value evaluation model is established based on a big data technology, so that the benefits of all parties of land use right circulation can be effectively guaranteed, and the condition that the benefits of one party or all parties of a transaction are damaged due to asymmetric information is prevented.
In one embodiment, the land use right circulation management method based on the block chain further comprises the step of acquiring a land use right entrustment circulation application. The land use right entrustment circulation application at least comprises the following steps: the system comprises delegating principal identity information, delegated principal identity information, delegation items, delegation authority and delegation time limit. A land use right entrusting and transferring mechanism is established, and farmers can select to entrust a third-party service organization to assist the third-party service organization to handle land use right transfer according to self conditions, so that legal interests of the farmers are further protected.
In one embodiment, the land use right circulation management method based on the block chain further comprises the steps of acquiring a land use right maintenance request, and collecting maintenance request information submitted by a circulation subject and/or a contract subject; and starting the land use right transfer risk fund based on the intelligent contract for land use right transfer. The land use right circulation risk fund end is used for paying the right maintenance cases in advance. The method establishes the land use right circulation risk fund to prevent the loss of one party caused by the damage of one party or two parties in the circulation process and ensure that the legal interests of all the parties in the land right maintenance case are protected.
In one embodiment, the land use right circulation management method based on the block chain further comprises the steps of obtaining a land contract management right confirmation registration, a change registration and a logout registration, and uploading the land contract management right confirmation registration, the change registration and the logout registration to the land use right circulation block chain. By uploading information such as confirmation registration, change registration, cancellation registration and the like of the land contract management right to the block chain, land property trade tracing can be performed based on the block chain technology, land property confirmation is realized, trade information is recorded, and credible trade of the land use right is realized. Through the application of the block chain technology, each process node can manage the stored data, the transaction time can be reduced and the land circulation efficiency can be improved based on the intelligent contract, and meanwhile, the information can be ensured to be open and transparent, and the transaction progress and details can be easily tracked by both transaction parties and relevant parties such as governments and banks.

acquiring a land use right circulation application, wherein the land use right circulation application at least comprises the following steps: applying for transferring the identity information of a main body, applying for transferring a mode and basically applying for transferring a parcel to be transferred;
releasing a land use right circulation notice;
obtaining a land contract application, the land contract application comprising at least: applying for contracting subject identity information and applying for contracting schemes;
matching the land use right transfer application with the land contract application to obtain a transfer subject and a contract subject;
acquiring land contract information, wherein the land contract information at least comprises the following steps: transferring the identity information of the subject, the identity information of the contracted subject, transferring time and transferring price;
obtaining the identification result of the land contract, if the land contract passes the identification, then:
and automatically sending a land use certificate to an account of the contract main body based on the intelligent contract for land use right transfer, wherein the contract main body automatically transfers the transfer price into the account of the transfer main body, and uploads the land contract information and the land use certificate to a land use right transfer block chain.
It is understood that the block chain based consumption right maintaining device provided by some embodiments of the present application may be one device or a distributed device.
Some embodiments of the present application provide a non-transitory computer storage medium for land use right circulation management based on block chains, storing computer executable instructions, wherein the computer executable instructions are configured to:
acquiring a land use right circulation application, wherein the land use right circulation application at least comprises the following steps: applying for transferring the identity information of a main body, applying for transferring a mode and basically applying for transferring a parcel to be transferred;
releasing a land use right circulation notice;
obtaining a land contract application, the land contract application comprising at least: applying for contracting subject identity information and applying for contracting schemes;
matching the land use right transfer application with the land contract application to obtain a transfer subject and a contract subject;
acquiring land contract information, wherein the land contract information at least comprises the following steps: transferring the identity information of the subject, the identity information of the contracted subject, transferring time and transferring price;
obtaining the identification result of the land contract, if the land contract passes the identification, then:
and automatically sending a land use certificate to an account of the contract main body based on the intelligent contract for land use right transfer, wherein the contract main body automatically transfers the transfer price into the account of the transfer main body, and uploads the land contract information and the land use certificate to a land use right transfer block chain.

1. A land use right circulation management method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a land use right circulation application, wherein the land use right circulation application at least comprises the following steps: applying for transferring the identity information of a main body, applying for transferring a mode and basically applying for transferring a parcel to be transferred;
releasing a land use right circulation notice;
obtaining a land contract application, the land contract application comprising at least: applying for contracting subject identity information and applying for contracting schemes;
matching the land use right transfer application with the land contract application to obtain a transfer subject and a contract subject;
acquiring land contract information, wherein the land contract information at least comprises the following steps: transferring the identity information of the subject, the identity information of the contracted subject, transferring time and transferring price;
obtaining the identification result of the land contract, if the land contract passes the identification, then:
and automatically sending a land use certificate to an account of the contract main body based on the intelligent contract for land use right transfer, wherein the contract main body automatically transfers the transfer price into the account of the transfer main body, and uploads the land contract information and the land use certificate to a land use right transfer block chain.
2. The land use right circulation management method based on block chains according to claim 1, wherein:
the application circulation mode at least comprises one of the following items: entrusted farming, transfer, lease, land interchange, land stock entry, bid invitation and auction.
3. The land use right circulation management method based on block chains according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and establishing a land value evaluation model through a big data technology based on the land contract information.
4. The land use right circulation management method based on block chains according to claim 3, wherein:
analyzing and processing the land contract information by adopting a correlation analysis model, wherein the correlation analysis model comprises at least one of the following items: apriori algorithm, FP-growth algorithm.
5. The land use right circulation management method based on block chains according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
acquiring a land use right transfer request, wherein the land use right transfer request at least comprises the following steps: the system comprises delegating principal identity information, delegated principal identity information, delegation items, delegation authority and delegation time limit.
6. The land use right circulation management method based on block chains according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
acquiring a land use right and right maintaining request, and collecting right maintaining request information submitted by a circulation main body and/or a contract main body;
and starting the land use right transfer risk fund based on the intelligent contract for land use right transfer.
7. The land use right circulation management method based on block chains according to claim 6, characterized in that the method further comprises:
the land use right circulation risk fund end is used for paying in advance for the right maintenance case.
8. The land use right circulation management method based on block chains according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and acquiring the confirmation registration, the change registration and the logout registration of the land contract management authority, and uploading the confirmation registration, the change registration and the logout registration of the land contract management authority to a land use authority transfer block chain.

acquiring land contract information, wherein the land contract information at least comprises the following steps: transferring the identity information of the subject, the identity information of the contracted subject, transferring time and transferring price;
obtaining the identification result of the land contract, if the land contract passes the identification, then:
and automatically sending a land use certificate to an account of the contract main body based on the intelligent contract for land use right transfer, wherein the contract main body automatically transfers the transfer price into the account of the transfer main body, and uploads the land contract information and the land use certificate to a land use right transfer block chain.
10. A non-transitory computer storage medium for land use circulation management based on blockchains, the computer storage medium storing computer-executable instructions configured to:
acquiring a land use right circulation application, wherein the land use right circulation application at least comprises the following steps: applying for transferring the identity information of a main body, applying for transferring a mode and basically applying for transferring a parcel to be transferred;
releasing a land use right circulation notice;
obtaining a land contract application, the land contract application comprising at least: applying for contracting subject identity information and applying for contracting schemes;
matching the land use right transfer application with the land contract application to obtain a transfer subject and a contract subject;
acquiring land contract information, wherein the land contract information at least comprises the following steps: transferring the identity information of the subject, the identity information of the contracted subject, transferring time and transferring price;
obtaining the identification result of the land contract, if the land contract passes the identification, then:
and automatically sending a land use certificate to an account of the contract main body based on the intelligent contract for land use right transfer, wherein the contract main body automatically transfers the transfer price into the account of the transfer main body, and uploads the land contract information and the land use certificate to a land use right transfer block chain.
