Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step based on the embodiments in the description belong to the protection scope of the present application.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The scheme of the application provides a block chain-based charitable donation management method and a corresponding scheme. The block chain is a chain data structure formed by combining data blocks in a sequential connection mode according to a time sequence, and is a distributed account book which is guaranteed in a cryptographic mode and cannot be tampered and forged. The characteristics of credibility, non-falsification, safety and privacy of the blockchain determine the flow record which is particularly suitable for credible donation information. Data recorded on the blockchain can be stored in distributed accounting nodes, and data modification of a single node or a few nodes can not be effective, so that the data on the blockchain cannot be tampered.
Writing data to a blockchain is achieved through a deployed intelligent contract, which is actually a code program capable of running automatically and comprises an endorsement policy, endorsement logic, data interfaces and the like for solving a trust problem. The language type of the smart contract is generally determined according to the blockchain, and is not particularly limited, and may be Go, Java, or the like.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101, establishing a block chain for storing charitable contribution information, wherein an intelligent contract for managing the charitable contribution information is deployed on the block chain;
s102, writing the verified donation items into the block chain;
s103, setting a wallet for receiving donation money according to a private key of a donator in the donation items, and associating the wallet with a bank account of the donator;
s104, receiving the donation information, writing the donation information into the block chain and transferring the donated money into a wallet;
s105, opening the use permission of the wallet to the donor after obtaining the private key;
s106, detecting money change information in the wallet in real time, writing the change information into the block chain and sending the change information to a donor.
In the actual donation process, the determination of the donation item is the first step and the most important step of the whole process, so it is very important to verify the authenticity of the donation item. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the specific implementation procedure of step S102 may be:
calling data processing logic to process the donation items to obtain identity information of the donators, family income information and illness state information of hospital supplies;
respectively encrypting the identity information of the donators, family income information and illness state information issued by a hospital and then sending the encrypted information to a designated organization for endorsement;
and receiving encrypted identity information of the endorsed donator, family income information and illness state information delivered by the hospital, and writing the decrypted information into the block chain.
In the internet era, identity information of people mainly exists in: governments (identification cards, house mouths, business licenses, various qualifications, etc.), major internet companies (facebook accounts, WeChat/QQ numbers, Paibao accounts, etc.), internal organizations (enterprise mailbox accounts, etc.). The user identity is dispersed among a plurality of independent systems. Generally, the credibility of the information of the government organization is high, the obtained identity information of the donator is sent to the government organization for verification and endorsement, and the verification personnel, the verification process and the like are recorded.
For some cases of diseases caused by the donators, the authenticity of the disease information provided by the hospital is important, the disease information provided by the hospital is firstly sent to the hospital providing the disease information for verification, and the verifiers, the verification process and the like of the disease information are recorded.
The family income information, property conditions and the like of the donators can be endorsed and inquired through a tax institution and a social security institution. In addition, the information related to the privacy of the money-raising persons can be encrypted and then transmitted.
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, a specific implementation flow of step S103 may be that, after a donation item initiated by an account of a donator succeeds, a private key in the account of the donator is associated with a wallet generated by an intelligent contract, so that the donator can process a donation money received in the wallet by virtue of the private key of the donator. Further, the processing may be in a manner of associating the wallet with a bank account of the donor to facilitate the donor's use of the donated money. It should be noted that each time the donor uses a donation, the money is passed through the wallet and recorded in the blockchain.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in step 104, a specific implementation manner may be that whether the donation information includes donor information, a donation route, a donation amount, a difference between total donation amounts during donation, a message left by a donor, and the like is determined, and the above information is classified and counted and written into the block chain, so as to define a fund source.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, in step S106, after the message from the donor is detected, the message is sent to the communication device of the donor together with the information of the donor and the amount of the donor, and more preferably, the message from the donor may be displayed after artistic processing, such as typesetting the message again, coloring the message, changing the message into artistic words, and the like.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the block chain-based charitable donation management method further includes: and after detecting that the money of the wallet is reduced, the intelligent contract sends an information recording box to the donator to fill in a money use instruction. Correspondingly, after the intelligent contract obtains the money use instruction filled by the donator, the money use instruction is sent to the donator. Preferably, the intelligent contract can divide the information recording frame into two parts, one part is to inquire about whether the money is used by the contributor, and the other part is to fill out the money using instruction for the contributor. If the recruiter has the corresponding money use proof, the money use proof can be stored in the block chain for storage and authentication, or can be stored by self for subsequent verification, which is not repeated herein.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the block chain-based charitable donation management method further includes: determining a time of existence of the wallet from the donation events; judging whether the existing time is reached; and if so, returning the money in the wallet to the donor. The return to the donor may be by a proportional return of the remaining money in the wallet to the donor. Through the mode of setting the existence time of the wallet, the problem that donations cannot be used to the best and the ownership of property after donations is properly solved.
In conclusion, the block chain technology is adopted in the application, the donor can know the flow direction of the donation in real time, the time of the donation to the account and the account of the donation to be stored, and the problems of low transparency and unclear accountability existing for a long time in the donation process are effectively solved.
Based on the same idea, some embodiments of the present application further provide a device and a non-volatile computer storage medium corresponding to the above method.
