The invention provides a block chain-based resume management method and system, which are based on the characteristics of polycentricity, tamper resistance and trusty of a block chain, share the transaction data with the technologies such as distributed data storage and encryption algorithm and then link the transaction data, form an evidence chain by real-time preserved data through an intelligent contract, meet the requirements of evidence authenticity, legality and relevance and realize the standardization of personnel data; the employment platform is used for participating in the resume authentication business process, a real transparent traceable business data source is provided for the resume of the job seeker, the employment platform is helpful for rapidly completing evidence verification and dispute resolution, the manpower, material resources and time cost in the background investigation process are reduced, the recruitment efficiency is improved, and the recruitment cost is reduced; meanwhile, privacy can be effectively protected for job seekers, and the time and economic cost of applying are reduced.

Background

In a specific application scenario of the invention, the management terminal is a server of a block chain operation platform, the first user terminal is a personal terminal of a job seeker, the second user terminal is a server of a job-seeking unit or a reading institution filled in a job-seeking resume, and the third user terminal is a server of a staff-using platform;

and the third user verifies the acquired resume information, and judges that the acquired resume information is valid resume information after the verification is passed.
