Example 1
The identity authentication process of the online payment system based on the mobile internet service application to the user is taken as an example.
The service providing user registers and uploads personal information through the personal information module 101. The service providing user needs to upload the valid qualification certificate to confirm that the service providing user is qualified on Shift. The qualification certificate comprises one or more of identity card, health card and specific industry qualification card and practice card issued by related units, and at least one certificate is provided with an image of a worker. After the service providing user uploads the relevant qualification certificate, the manual service personnel of the system manually reviews the qualification certificate. And sending an examination qualification instruction after the manual service personnel examine the qualification. The watermark generation module 205 generates a unique watermark image based on the audit-eligible instruction and appends the watermark image to all certificates uploaded by the service providing user. The watermark image contains a normally distributed watermark matrix generated by a key. The watermark image is associated with personal information of a service providing user, the first mapping table and the second mapping table. The service information of the service providing user can be called through the watermark image. Similarly, the service requires that the user upload a valid credential with an avatar. The watermark generation module 205 generates a unique watermark image based on the review qualified instruction of the human service personnel and attaches the watermark image to the valid certificate uploaded by the service demanding user.
According to a preferred embodiment, the watermark image is invisible to the human eye, but can be detected by means of an image acquisition device of the mobile terminal 10. For example, a camera of a cell phone can capture a spectral range that is not visible to the human eye. Therefore, the watermark image is added to the document image uploaded by the user in a spectral range invisible to the human eye or difficult to identify, the user can be prevented from forging the document, and the watermark image does not need to be stored in the mobile terminal 10 in an encrypted manner. Preferably, the watermark image is added to the user's electronic or paper document image in a spectral range that is invisible or difficult to recognize by the human eye.
According to a preferred embodiment, the watermark image is stored in the mobile terminal 10 separately from the certificate image uploaded by the user, and is automatically combined in the background and uploaded only when the watermark image needs to be uploaded to the server 20. Preferably, the watermark image is stored in the personal information module 101 of the mobile terminal 10 separately from the certificate image uploaded by the user. When the certificate image with the watermark image attached is required to be extracted, the server 20 sends a certificate image extraction instruction to the corresponding mobile terminal 10. The personal information module 101 extracts the watermark image and the certificate image of the service person in response to the instruction for extracting the certificate image, respectively, and synthesizes the watermark image and the certificate image into the certificate image with the watermark image, and transmits the certificate image to the service terminal 20. The watermarked document image is synthesized in the background and is not presented to the user. In other words, the watermark image is not displayed on the screen of the mobile terminal 10, and the certificate image with the watermark image is not stored in the memory of the mobile terminal 10. The invention can avoid image deception processed by adopting an image processing technical means. For example, a purely electronically captured image, the watermark image and the certificate image are integrated and cannot be recognized by the server 20, and thus cannot spoof the server 20.
According to a preferred embodiment, a settlement request is sent at the server 20 to the mobile terminal 10. The mobile terminal 10 adds the watermark image to the order confirmed by the user in response to the settlement request and transmits the order with the watermark image attached thereto to the service terminal 20 for payment of the service fee. Or the mobile terminal 10 sends a service completion notification to the service terminal 20, and the service terminal 20 sends a settlement request to the mobile terminal 10 in response to the service completion notification. The mobile terminal 10 adds the watermark image to the order confirmed by the user in response to the settlement request and transmits the order with the watermark image attached thereto to the service terminal 20 for payment of the service fee.
According to a preferred embodiment, the certificate image with the watermark image uploaded by the mobile terminal 10 is received by the data matching module 204 of the server 20 and transmitted to the watermark verification module 104 of the user. The watermark verification module 104 matches the acquired watermark image in the order with the watermark image sent by the server 20. Preferably, the watermark image includes a normally distributed watermark matrix formed by a key, and the watermark verification module 104 matches the watermark matrix of the watermark image in the order collected by the watermark verification module 104 with the watermark matrix of the watermark image sent by the server 20 and completes the identity authentication of the opposite user according to the matching result. If the two results are matched, the identity authentication of the user is successful, and the payment can be carried out. If the two are not matched, the authentication fails, and the system does not execute the operation of service fee payment.
According to a preferred embodiment, the financial management module 206 receives the order with the watermark image sent by the mobile terminal 10 in response to the instruction of successful user identity authentication and determines payment information based on the order. Preferably, the payment information includes a payment fee and a payment object determined by the financial management module 206 based on the watermark attack attached order transmitted by the mobile terminal 10. The financial management module 206 generates the payment information into a two-dimensional code and sends the two-dimensional code to the payment module 104 of the service requirement user, and the payment is completed by scanning the two-dimensional code of the payment module 104 of the service requirement user.
When the online payment system based on the mobile internet service application verifies the authenticity of the user identity, the authentication can be completed only by extracting the watermark image firstly and verifying whether the watermark image exists and whether the watermark image is tampered, so that the requirements on the storage load and the working load of the server 20 are low. The system completes payment of service cost based on the instruction of successful user identity authentication, and adds the watermark image in the order determined by the user, so that the problem that the service cost is falsely received can be avoided.

And the third transformation unit is used for carrying out inverse discrete wavelet transformation on the third layer low-frequency wavelet coefficient added with the weighted watermark matrix to obtain the image intensity after the watermark is added. And the second color space conversion unit is used for replacing the original image intensity with the image intensity added with the watermark, and converting the image from an HSV color space to an RGB color space to obtain the image added with the watermark.
As shown in fig. 3, the watermark verification module 104 includes a watermark original image acquisition unit 104a, a local feature point identification unit 104b, a local feature point determination unit 104c, an image correction unit 104d, a watermark addition area determination unit 104e, a watermark matrix determination unit 104f, and a watermark identification unit 104 g. The watermark original image acquisition unit 104a acquires watermark original images from the certificates or images to be watermarked. The watermark original image refers to an original image of the certificate which is not modified after the watermark is added. The watermark artwork is stored in the financial management module 206. After the original watermark image is found in the financial management module 206, the following steps are performed, and if the original watermark image is not found in the financial management module 206, the watermark verification unit 104 feeds back that the authentication of the user fails. The local feature point identification unit 104b extracts the image of the watermark to be identified and the local feature points of the watermark original image. The local feature point determining unit 104c matches the extracted local feature points of the image of the watermark to be identified with the local feature points of the original watermark image, and determines the local feature points that are matched with each other in the image of the watermark to be identified and the original watermark image. The matching method comprises the following steps: and matching each local characteristic point of one image with all local characteristic points of the other image. The matching process comprises the following steps:
step 1, calculating a minimum distance and a second minimum distance between one local feature point of one image and all local feature points of the other image. Each local feature point can be represented by a feature matrix, the numerical values in the feature matrix represent the attribute values of the local features, and the distance between two local feature points is the distance between two feature matrices.
And 2, if the ratio of the acquired minimum distance to the second minimum distance is smaller than or equal to a first threshold, performing the next step, and otherwise, determining that the local feature point is not matched with all local feature points of another image.
And 3, if the acquired minimum distance is smaller than or equal to a second threshold, determining that the two local feature points with the minimum distance are matched with each other, and otherwise, determining that the local feature points are not matched with all local feature points of another image.
And 4, repeating the three steps until whether the local feature points of the image of the watermark to be identified and the local feature points of the original image are matched completely is confirmed.
And 5, acquiring local feature points matched with each other of the image of the watermark to be identified and the original watermark image.
And if the number of the matched local feature points is larger than or equal to a third threshold value, determining that the image of the watermark to be identified is matched with the original watermark image, and otherwise, determining that the image of the watermark to be identified is not matched with the original watermark image.
The first threshold, the second threshold and the third threshold may be preset according to actual conditions. In general, to ensure the recognition effect, empirical values may be taken, for example, the first threshold value is 0.6, the second threshold value is 400, and the third threshold value is 6. Further, if the number of matched local feature points is smaller than the third threshold, the first threshold and the second threshold may also be increased appropriately to increase the number of matched local feature points.
The image correction unit 104d corrects the image of the watermark to be recognized, and re-determines the matched local feature points. The watermark adding area determining unit 104e determines the watermark adding area of the image of the watermark to be identified and the local image area corresponding to the watermark adding area in the watermark original image according to the determined local feature points of the image of the watermark to be identified and the watermark original image which are matched with each other. The determination method of the watermark adding area of the image with the watermark to be identified is the same as that of the watermark adding area of the watermark generating module 205, that is, each determined local feature point is taken as a center, a square with the side length w is taken as a watermark adding area block, and the watermark adding area blocks form a watermark adding area. The watermark matrix determining unit 104f generates a watermark matrix conforming to the normal distribution using the secret key. The watermark identification unit 104g calculates a difference matrix of the image of the watermark to be identified and the watermark adding area in the original watermark image, and compares the correlation coefficient of the watermark matrix and the difference matrix to realize the watermark identification. Wherein, the calculation process of the difference matrix is as follows:
step 1, converting a watermark adding area in an image of a watermark to be identified and a local image area in an original image from an RGB color space to an HSV color space respectively to obtain the strength of the watermark adding area and the local image area;
step 2, discrete wavelet transformation is respectively carried out on the intensity matrixes of the two;
and 3, extracting the third layer of low-frequency wavelet coefficient matrixes after the discrete wavelet transformation of the two layers of low-frequency wavelet coefficient matrixes, and performing difference calculation to obtain a difference matrix.
The invention presets the correlation coefficient threshold of the watermark matrix and the difference matrix, then compares the calculated correlation coefficient with the threshold, if the correlation coefficient is larger than or equal to the threshold, the watermark adding area of the image of the watermark to be identified is considered as the local image area in the original watermark image, thereby determining whether the image of the watermark to be identified is the watermark image and realizing the watermark identification. The watermark identification is realized by comparing the watermark matrix conforming to the normal distribution with the difference matrix of the watermark adding areas of the image to be identified and the original watermark image, and the identification accuracy can be improved.
Example 3
This embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 2, and further describes a watermark generation process and a watermark verification process.
According to a preferred embodiment, the watermark image is composed of a plurality of pixel points which approximate the background color of the certificate image. The pixel points are distributed on the certificate image attached with the watermark image in an irregular distribution mode, so that regular patterns which are easy to distinguish by human eyes cannot be generated. The watermark image generation method comprises the following steps:
step 1: and establishing a scrambling matrix aiming at the original image, wherein the scrambling matrix comprises positions which are in one-to-one correspondence with the pixel points of the original image.
Step 2: and filling all positions of the scrambling matrix with result values obtained by multiplying the key by points in the Gaussian elliptic curve domain.
And step 3: and replacing corresponding pixel points of all positions with the same value in the scrambling matrix in the original image to obtain a scrambled image.
And 4, step 4: and embedding a watermark in the scrambled image.
And 5: and performing reverse scrambling on the scrambled image embedded with the watermark by using the scrambling matrix and an inverse algorithm to obtain a final image.
In the present invention, when the positions in the scrambling matrix are filled with the multiplication results, the positions may be filled in the order of rows or columns, the order of rows is referred to as row scanning, and the order of columns is referred to as column scanning. Corresponding to the scanning mode when the scrambling matrix is filled, the row scanning or column scanning mode is also adopted when the pixel points are replaced.
In the present invention, a gaussian base elliptic curve is defined by the following general formula: y is2+xy=x3+ ax + b. In the formula, a and b are constants expressed by using binary sequences, and when the values of the constants are different, the expressed elliptic curve domains are different. The key is represented using a binary sequence. The original image is composed of pixels, and the pixels form a matrix, which is called a pixel matrix. The positions in the scrambling matrix correspond to the positions of the pixel points in the pixel point matrix one by one.
The invention fills the scrambling matrix by using the product of the key and the coordinate value of the point in the Gaussian elliptic curve domain, and then replaces the corresponding pixel points of the point with the same value in the scrambling matrix in the original image. This is equivalent to scrambling based on the multiplication of the key with a point in the gaussian elliptic curve domain, rather than a simple integer key. Since the number m (m is an integer) of coordinate values of any point in the gaussian elliptic curve domain is more than 100 bits (for example, 191 bits), the number of bits of the multiplication result of the key and the points is 2m, namely the length of 57 bits is reached, and the method is almost impossible to crack by an exhaustive method. Therefore, the watermark image is invisible to the eyes, high in safety and not easy to be falsified and forged, the watermark image formed by the pixel points is small in size, convenient to store at a server side and a mobile side, and low in network communication load requirement. The efficiency of the large-scale O2O settlement system is improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the watermark image comprises a normally distributed watermark matrix generated by a key. The watermark image is associated with personal information of a worker, the first mapping table and the second mapping table. The watermark image can be used for calling the service information of the service provider. Similarly, service demanders need to upload valid credentials with an avatar. The watermark generation module 205 generates a unique watermark image based on human attendant review pass instructions and appends the watermark image to a valid document uploaded by the customer personnel. The watermark image is also transmitted to the personal information module 101 as the watermark original image and stored. The watermark image generation step comprises the following steps:
step 1, extracting local characteristic points of an image to be added with a watermark. Extracting the local feature points of the image can be realized according to the existing feature algorithm, such as a Harris corner point, a SIFT (scale invariant feature transform) algorithm, a MSER algorithm, and the like.
And 2, selecting a watermark adding area of the image to be added with the watermark according to the extracted local characteristic points. The watermark adding area is composed of a plurality of watermark adding area blocks and can be determined according to the number of watermarks to be added and the size of the image. In this case, the shape of the block of the watermark adding area is not limited.
According to a preferred embodiment, each watermark adding area block is set to be square, the side length of the block can be set to be w according to the number of watermarks to be added and the size of an image, and each local feature point is taken as a center. To comply with the wavelet transform, the side length of each watermarking region block may be an exponential multiple of 2, e.g., 4, 8, 16, 32, etc.
Further, in order to guarantee invisibility of the added watermark, it can be implemented by:
blocks of the watermarking area having a white area ratio larger than a threshold are discarded. The white area ratio refers to the ratio of the white area in the whole watermark adding area block, and the threshold may be set as required, such as 0.6. Blocks of the watermarking area having a standard deviation smaller than a threshold are discarded. Standard deviation of

n represents the total number of pixels of the block of the watermarking region, xiRepresenting the pixel value, x, of a certain pixel pointi 0Representing the average pixel value of a certain pixel relative to neighboring pixels.
In order to ensure that the watermark blocks are not interfered with each other and have enough watermark adding area blocks, the invention can also discard one of the two watermark adding area blocks with the central distance smaller than the threshold value. In all the watermark adding area blocks, the watermark adding area blocks which are overlapped with each other by more than or equal to a threshold value are screened as much as possible to form a watermark adding area. The threshold may be determined according to actual conditions, and the application is not limited to this. In the present embodiment, the threshold is set to the square root of 2w, that is, when the distance between the centers of two blocks of the watermarking areas is equal to or greater than the square root of 2w, it is considered that the two blocks do not interfere with each other.
And 3, generating a watermark matrix conforming to normal distribution by using the secret key. The key is a preset unique identification code for different images or different types of images, and can be directly acquired when in use. The specific process of generating the watermark matrix conforming to the normal distribution by using the secret key comprises the following steps:
a1, two random matrices with the scale of w × w are generated by using the key, wherein w is the side length of the watermarking area block determined in the previous step.
And A2, performing QR decomposition on the two random matrixes respectively to obtain two orthogonal matrixes. QR decomposition refers to the decomposition of a matrix into the product of an orthogonal matrix Q and an upper triangular matrix R. An orthogonal matrix obtained by decomposing the random matrix U is Uq, and an orthogonal matrix obtained by decomposing the random matrix V is Vq.
A3, an orthogonal matrix with diagonal coefficients arranged from large to small is generated by using a key, specifically, a random vector 1 × w is generated by using the key, values of the random vector are arranged from large to small, the ordered vector is used as a diagonal value of the orthogonal matrix, and the rest values are complemented by zero, so that the orthogonal matrix S with the scale of w × w is obtained.
And A4, multiplying the three orthogonal matrixes obtained in the steps D2 and D3 to obtain a watermark matrix. The watermark matrix obtained finally is Wmat ═ Uq ═ S ═ Vq.
And 4, adding the watermark into the selected watermark adding area according to the generated watermark matrix. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
a1, converting the image to be added with the watermark from the RGB color space to the HSV color space, and obtaining the intensity of the image. The RGB color space refers to a color space formed by the variation and superposition of three color channels of red (R), green (G) and blue (B). HSV color space: the color space formed by the colors is represented by hue (H), saturation (S), and brightness (V).
A2, Discrete Wavelet (Discrete Wavelet Transform) Transform is performed on the intensity matrix of the image.
And A3, adding the weighted watermark matrix to the third-layer low-frequency wavelet coefficients after discrete wavelet transform. The weighted watermark matrix is the product of the watermark matrix and a weighting coefficient matrix, wherein the weighting coefficient matrix is selected according to the visibility and the anti-interference of the actual watermark. Typically, the coefficient values of the weighting coefficient matrix are between 0.1 and 0.2.
And A4, performing Inverse Discrete Wavelet (IDWT) transformation on the third layer low-frequency wavelet coefficient added with the weighted watermark matrix to obtain the strength of the image added with the watermark.
And A5, replacing the image intensity in A1 with the image intensity obtained in A4, and converting the image from HSV color space to RGB color space to obtain the watermarked image.
The watermark image of the invention determines the watermark adding area through the local characteristic points in the watermark adding process without global adding, thereby ensuring that the watermark has better invisibility. Moreover, the watermark matrix conforming to normal distribution is adopted in the watermark adding process, so that the invisibility of the watermark is ensured, and the robustness of the watermark is enhanced.
According to a preferred embodiment, the watermark image is a spectral watermark that is invisible to the human eye. The spectral watermark is provided with a plurality of spectra of the invisible spectral range.
The spectrum range is 390-410 nm, 830-850 nm. The spectrum range is the spectrum of ultraviolet light less than 400nm and infrared light and far ultraviolet light more than 760 nm. Because human eyes cannot detect ultraviolet light, infrared light and far ultraviolet light, the spectrum watermark formed by the spectrum of the invisible light cannot be seen. However, the image acquisition device can identify the spectrum in the spectrum watermark, so that the watermark image formed by the spectrum is verified, the risk of counterfeiting the spectrum watermark image is avoided, and the safety is improved.
Spectral watermark images may be formed from spectral points that are indeterminate over a range of regions. The spectrum points include both infrared spectrum points and ultraviolet spectrum points. The infrared spectrum points and the ultraviolet spectrum points are staggered to form a spectrum watermark image.
Also, the spectral watermark image is not limited to an electronic form, and there may be a device added to a paper document of a worker. The paper certificate is made of paper materials capable of printing spectral watermarks.
During identification, the image acquisition equipment performs light source irradiation on the watermark image and performs image detection on the reflected spectrum. And if the detected spectral watermark image is the same as the stored watermark image, the verification is successful. The spectrum watermark image does not need to be encrypted and stored, and the verification process is simple and convenient. Moreover, the spectrum watermark image is an invisible and invisible watermark image, so that the spectrum watermark image is not easy to forge and has higher safety.
Example 4
Take the establishment and updating of the first mapping table and the second mapping table of the online payment system based on the mobile internet service application of the invention as an example.
In this embodiment, the first user is a service providing user, and the second user is a service requiring user. Otherwise, when the first user is a service demand user and the second user is a service providing user, the first mapping table and the second mapping table can be established and updated in the same way.
As shown in fig. 4, the first mapping table includes geographic location data of the first user and geographic location data of at least one second user. The geographical location data of the first user is uploaded by the first user through the mobile terminal 10. The geographic location data of the at least one second user is matched by the data matching module 204 from the user information of the user management module 202 based on the geographic location data uploaded by the first user. For example, the geographic location data uploaded by the first user is location a, and the data matching module 204 matches at least one second user whose geographic location is related to location a from the user information of the user management module 202, that is, the second user a1 and the second user a2 … … a in the first mapping table.
The second mapping table comprises attribute data of the first user and requirement data of at least one second user. The attribute data of the first user is uploaded by the first user via the mobile terminal 10. The requirement data of at least one second user is matched by the data matching module 204 from the user information of the user management module 202 based on the attribute data uploaded by the first user. For example, the attribute data uploaded by the first user is B, and the data matching module 204 matches at least one second user whose demand data is related to B from the user information of the user management module 202, that is, the second user B1 and the second user B2 … …, the second user Bp, in the second mapping table.
The first user sends data or instructions related to the inquiry service via the mobile terminal 10. The data matching module 204 builds an updated first mapping table based on the first mapping table and the updated geographic location of the first user. For example, the geographic location of the first user is located as the location C by the geographic location query service unit 101A, or the geographic location of the first user is updated to the location C by the mobile terminal 10, and then the updated geographic location of the first user is the location C. C ground can be a place a short distance away from A ground, like a street; or may be remote from a, such as a different urban area. If the place C is not far away from the place a, such as a street, the data matching module 204 may match at least one second user whose geographic location is related to the place C from the n second users in the first mapping table, i.e., the second user C1 and the second user C2 … …, i.e., the second user Cm in the updated first mapping table. In this case, m is not more than n. If the place C is far away from the place a, for example, in a different urban area, at least one second user related to the place C cannot be matched in the first mapping table, the data matching module 204 may match at least one second user whose geographic location is related to the place C from the user information of the user management module 202, that is, the second user C1, the second user C2 … …, and the second user Cm in the updated first mapping table. At this time, m has no definite magnitude relation with n.
The first user sends data or instructions related to the inquiry service via the mobile terminal 10. The data matching module 204 establishes an updated second mapping table according to the second mapping table and the updated attribute data of the first user. For example, if the attribute data of the first user is updated to D by the mobile terminal 10, the updated attribute data of the first user is D. D can be attribute data related to B, and belongs to the field of home services; d can also be attribute data unrelated to B, such as B being a field of home services and D being a field of training services. If D and B are the related attribute data, the data matching module 204 may match at least one second user whose requirement data is related to D from the p second users in the second mapping table, that is, the second user D1 and the second user D2 … … Dq in the updated second mapping table. In this case, q is not more than p. If D and B are not related attribute data, and at least one second user whose requirement data is related to D cannot be matched in the second mapping table, the data matching module 204 may match at least one second user whose requirement data is related to D from the user information of the user management module 202, that is, the second user D1 and the second user D2 … …, the second user Dq in the updated second mapping table. In this case, q and p have no definite magnitude relationship.
The data matching module 204 matches and/or filters the updated first mapping table and the updated second mapping table with services and requirements in an interactive matching manner, and returns the matched and/or filtered data as service information to the mobile terminal 10.
