(5) In the post-baking process, the semi-finished grey cloth is subjected to secondary soaking and secondary rolling treatment by using a fluorine-free finishing auxiliary agent, the rolling residual rate is 70 percent, the semi-finished grey cloth is dried for 2min at 120 ℃, and the semi-finished grey cloth is baked for 2min at 160 ℃ after the fabric is made into a garment; wherein the fluorine-free finishing auxiliary agent consists of the following components in concentration: non-ironing resin ERF-N: 100g/L, resin catalyst 530: 100g/L, formaldehyde scavenger CFF: 25g/L, fiber protective agent HDP: 20g/L, soil release finishing agent FR-100: 70g/L, penetrant WR-03: 20g/L, and the balance of water.
(6) And the speed in the pre-shrinking and rolling process is 60m/min, so that the finished fabric is obtained.
Example 3
The yarn-dyed plain grey fabric with the design specification of 57/58 CPT40 CPT40 130 100 sequentially undergoes the working procedures of singeing → desizing → mercerizing → liquid ammonia → post baking → pre-shrinking and rolling to obtain the finished fabric. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) in the singeing procedure, the vehicle speed is 95m/min, and the flame intensity is 15 grades.
(2) In the desizing procedure, the stacking time is 5min, the stacking temperature is 100 ℃, the water washing temperature is 90 ℃, the steam box temperature is 90 ℃, the desizing speed is 95m/min, the material groove temperature is 40 ℃, and the adopted desizing liquid contains desizing enzyme DS-HT 10g/L, refining agent XC-J10 g/L, penetrating agent WR-035 g/L and the balance of water.
(3) In the mercerizing process, the alkali concentration is 18Be, the alkali liquor temperature is 30 ℃, the water washing temperature is 65 ℃, the spraying temperature is 65 ℃, the vehicle speed is 80m/min, the pH value of the cloth cover of the cropping cloth is 7.5, and the width of the cloth cover is 1 inch less than the width of the blank.
(4) In the liquid ammonia process, the liquid ammonia speed is 60m/min, the cloth cover tension range is 450N, the temperature of a treatment chamber is 70 ℃, the temperature of a steaming chamber is 120 ℃, the water washing temperature is 55 ℃, and the pH value of the cloth cover of the cropping cloth is 5.5, so that the semi-finished grey cloth is obtained.
(5) In the post-baking process, the semi-finished grey cloth is subjected to secondary soaking and secondary rolling treatment by using a fluorine-free finishing aid, the rolling retention rate is 80 percent, the semi-finished grey cloth is dried for 3min at 110 ℃, and the semi-finished grey cloth is baked for 3min at 140 ℃ after the fabric is made into a garment; wherein the fluorine-free finishing auxiliary agent consists of the following components in concentration: non-ironing resin ERF-N: 40g/L, resin catalyst 530: 40g/L, formaldehyde scavenger CFF: 20g/L, fiber protective agent HDP: 5g/L, soil release finishing agent FR-100: 60g/L, penetrant WR-03: 5g/L, and the balance of water.
(6) And the speed in the pre-shrinking and rolling process is 70m/min, so that the finished fabric is obtained.
Index tests were performed on the finished fabrics obtained in examples 1-3, and the data are shown in table 1.

The finished fabrics obtained in the examples 1-3 are made into ready-made clothes, and the ready-made clothes are baked for 3-5min at the temperature of 140 ℃ and 170 ℃, and the non-ironing data of the ready-made clothes fabrics are shown in Table 2.

Comparative example 1
In the post-baking process, no easy-to-clean finishing agent FR-100 is added into the fluorine-free finishing auxiliary agent, and the rest steps are the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
No penetrating agent WR-03 is added into the fluorine-free finishing auxiliary agent in the post-baking process, and the rest steps are the same as the steps in the example 1.
Comparative example 3
In the post-baking step, a soil release finish HSD selected from products of Tpinorui Fine chemical Co., Ltd is added to the fluorine-free finish assistant, and the rest steps are the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 4
In the post-baking step, a penetrant MAG-L selected from products of Ziboluri Fine chemical Co., Ltd is added to the fluorine-free finishing assistant, and the rest steps are the same as in example 1.
Index tests are carried out on the finished fabrics obtained in the comparative examples 1-4, and the data are shown in Table 3.

The finished fabrics obtained in the comparative examples 1-4 are made into ready-made clothes, the ready-made clothes are baked for 3-5min at the temperature of 140-.

Claims (10)
1. A finishing process of pure cotton non-ironing soil release fabric comprises the working procedures of singeing → desizing → mercerizing → liquid ammonia → post baking → preshrinking and rolling, and is characterized in that: and in the post-baking process, the fabric is subjected to secondary soaking and secondary rolling treatment by using the fluorine-free finishing auxiliary agent, is dried and is baked.
2. The finishing process of the pure cotton easy-care and soil-release fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the fluorine-free finishing auxiliary agent consists of the following components in concentration: non-ironing resin ERF-N: 40-160g/L, resin catalyst 530: 40-150g/L, formaldehyde scavenger CFF: 20-30g/L, fiber protective agent HDP: 5-30g/L, soil release finishing agent FR-100: 60-80g/L, penetrant WR-03: 5-30g/L, and the balance of water.
3. The finishing process of the pure cotton easy-care and soil-release fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the rolling allowance rate of the fabric after the two-dipping and two-rolling treatment is 60-80%.
4. The finishing process of the pure cotton easy-care and soil-release fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the drying temperature is 110-; the baking temperature is 140-.
5. The finishing process of the pure cotton easy-care and soil-release fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the singeing procedure, the vehicle speed is 80-95m/min, and the flame intensity is 12-15 grades.

The finishing process of the pure cotton easy-care and soil-release fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the desizing procedure, the stacking time is 5-10min, the stacking temperature is 90-100 ℃, the washing temperature is 90-95 ℃, the steam box temperature is 90-100 ℃, the desizing speed is 85-95m/min, and the material tank temperature is 35-40 ℃.
7. The finishing process of the pure cotton easy-care and soil-release fabric according to claim 6, which is characterized in that: the desizing liquid adopted in the desizing procedure contains 5-10g/L of desizing enzyme, 5-10g/L of refining agent, 1-5g/L of penetrating agent and the balance of water.

The finishing process of the pure cotton easy-care and soil-release fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the mercerizing procedure, the alkali concentration is 18-22Be, the alkali liquor temperature is 30-40 ℃, the water washing temperature is 65-75 ℃, the spraying temperature is 65-75 ℃, the vehicle speed is 60-80m/min, the pH value of the cropping cloth cover is 5.5-7.5, and the width of the cloth cover is 1 inch less than that of the blank.

The finishing process of the pure cotton easy-care and soil-release fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the liquid ammonia process, the speed is 35-60m/min, the cloth cover tension range is 100-450N, the temperature of the treatment chamber is 60-70 ℃, the temperature of the steaming chamber is 110-120 ℃, the washing temperature is 50-55 ℃, and the pH value of the cloth cover is 5.5-7.5.
