Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of a moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric, and relates to the technical field of textiles. The moisture absorption quick-drying fabric is obtained by pretreating polyester fibers with a moisture absorption quick-drying agent, pretreating cotton fibers with a fabric flexible finishing agent, blending the pretreated yarns into a fabric, and dyeing and drying the fabric. The moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric has moisture-absorbing quick-drying performance, and meanwhile, the dye has excellent color fixing performance on the surface of the fabric and good softness.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a preparation method of a moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric.
Background
The carpet is a ground laying object made by weaving, tufting or weaving natural fibers or chemical synthetic fibers such as cotton, hemp, wool, silk and grass by manual or mechanical process. It is one of traditional arts with long history in the world, and covers the ground of residence, hotel, gymnasium, exhibition hall, vehicle, ship, airplane, etc. and has the effects of reducing noise, insulating heat and decorating.
The moisture absorption and quick drying performance of the existing carpet fabric is relatively poor, so that the problem of improving the moisture absorption and quick drying performance of the fabric is to be solved urgently in the industry at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a method for preparing a moisture-absorbent quick-drying fabric, which can improve moisture-absorbent quick-drying performance of a fabric, which has a long life and can maintain softness and gloss for a long time.
The invention provides a preparation method of a moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric, which comprises the following steps:
(1) pre-treating polyester fibers, namely padding the polyester fibers in a moisture absorption quick-drying agent, performing secondary padding and secondary rolling at the temperature of 50-80 ℃, wherein the mangle ratio is 70-80%, and drying to obtain moisture absorption quick-drying yarns;
(2) the method comprises the following steps of (1) pretreating cotton fibers, namely padding the cotton fibers in a fabric flexible finishing agent at room temperature, carrying out secondary padding and secondary rolling, wherein the mangle expression is 70-80%, and drying to obtain cotton yarns, wherein the fabric flexible finishing agent is composed of a polyether ester compound, an antistatic agent, a softening agent and water;
(3) blending the moisture-absorbing quick-drying yarn and the cotton yarn to obtain a fabric;
(4) dyeing, namely, dyeing the fabric,
(5) and drying to obtain the moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric.
Preferably, the moisture absorption quick-drying agent of the present invention is a HMW8870 finishing agent. The HMW8870 finish is composed of hydrophobic polyethylene terephthalate and hydrophilic polyethylene glycol.
Preferably, the fabric flexible finishing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
10% of polyether, 5% of antistatic agent, 3% of softening agent and the balance of water.
Preferably, the dye adopted in step (4) of the present invention comprises the following raw materials by mass:
5-10% of anionic dye, 5-10% of cationic dye, 1-5% of surfactant and the balance of water.
More preferably, the surfactant is nonionic. The non-ionic surfactant is tween 80.
Preferably, the drying temperature in the step (5) of the invention is 100-.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the method comprises the steps of pretreating polyester fibers by using a moisture absorption quick-drying agent, pretreating cotton fibers by using a fabric flexible finishing agent, blending the pretreated yarns into a fabric, and dyeing and drying the fabric to obtain the moisture absorption quick-drying fabric;
2) the moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric has moisture-absorbing quick-drying performance, and meanwhile, the dye has excellent color fixing performance on the surface of the fabric and good softness.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
Example 1
A preparation method of moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabric comprises the following specific steps:
(1) pretreating polyester fibers, namely padding the polyester fibers in a HMW8870 finishing agent, performing secondary padding and secondary rolling at the temperature of 60 ℃, wherein the mangle ratio is 75%, and drying to obtain moisture-absorbing quick-drying yarns;
(2) the method comprises the following steps of (1) pretreating cotton fibers, namely padding the cotton fibers in a fabric flexible finishing agent at room temperature, carrying out secondary padding and secondary rolling, wherein the mangle expression is 75%, and drying to obtain cotton yarns, wherein the fabric flexible finishing agent is composed of 10 wt% of polyether, 5 wt% of an antistatic agent, 3 wt% of a softening agent and the balance of water;
(3) blending the moisture-absorbing quick-drying yarn and the cotton yarn to obtain a fabric;
(4) dyeing, namely dyeing the fabric, wherein the dye comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
10% of anionic dye, 5% of cationic dye, 801% of tween and the balance of water;
(5) drying at 150 deg.C for 30min to obtain moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabric.

(1) pretreating polyester fibers, namely padding the polyester fibers in a HMW8870 finishing agent, performing secondary padding and secondary rolling at the temperature of 60 ℃, wherein the mangle ratio is 75%, and drying to obtain moisture-absorbing quick-drying yarns;

The moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabrics prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were examined according to the method specified in GB/T21655.1-2008, and the water absorption rate and evaporation rate of the fabrics were measured as shown in Table 1.

6. The method of making an absorbent quick drying fabric of claim 5 wherein said surfactant is nonionic.
7. The method for preparing moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric according to claim 6, wherein the non-ionic surfactant is Tween 80.
8. The method for preparing moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric according to claim 1, wherein the drying temperature in step (5) is 100-150 ℃ and the drying time is 10-30 min.
