Abstract
The invention discloses a production process of wear-resistant outdoor sports fabric, which comprises the following steps: 1) weaving grey cloth: the grey cloth is formed by interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns, the warp yarns are cotton-nylon core-spun yarns, and the weft yarns are cotton-ammonia core-spun yarns; 2) and (3) after finishing: and (3) taking the grey cloth prepared in the step one, and sequentially carrying out blank shaping finishing, singeing, desizing, alkali mercerizing, high-temperature shaping and shrink-proofing to obtain the wear-resistant outdoor sports fabric. The grey cloth of the wear-resistant outdoor sport fabric adopts cotton-nylon covering yarns as warps, and the outer layer of the nylon fibers is wrapped by the cotton fibers, so that the wear-resistant outdoor sport fabric has the characteristics of comfortable surface layer, water absorption and ventilation, good elasticity of the inner layer, high strength and high wear resistance. The weft adopts cotton-ammonia core-spun yarn, which is different from the traditional elastic cotton-ammonia blended by the cotton content of more than ninety percent and the spandex, and the outer layer of the spandex fiber is wrapped by the cotton fiber, so that the fabric has elasticity and better wearability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technology in the field of garment materials, in particular to a wear-resistant outdoor sports fabric and a production process for preparing the same.
Background
Outdoor sports are becoming a trend of society, and outdoor clothing with multiple functions is receiving more and more attention. The environment for outdoor sports is complex and diverse, for example, ventilation and sun protection may be required in hot and dry areas, scratch and puncture protection may be required in mountain areas, quick drying, insect protection and the like may be required in rainforest areas. In order to bring the best comfort to human bodies, ensure the maximum safety and reduce the friction resistance in movement, the fabric is difficult to realize only by the existing single natural fiber or single chemical fiber.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a production process of wear-resistant outdoor sports fabric and the fabric thereof.
A production process of wear-resistant outdoor sports fabric comprises the following steps:
1) weaving grey cloth: the grey cloth is formed by interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns, the warp yarns are cotton-nylon core-spun yarns, and the weft yarns are cotton-ammonia core-spun yarns;
2) and (3) after finishing: and (3) taking the grey cloth prepared in the step one, and sequentially carrying out blank shaping finishing, singeing, desizing, alkali mercerizing, high-temperature shaping and shrink-proofing to obtain the wear-resistant outdoor sports fabric.
Further, the concentration of alkali liquor adopted in the alkali mercerization in the step two is not less than 220 g/L. The mercerization treatment of the high alkali enables the cloth surface to have good luster, and improves the flatness of the cloth.
Further, the speed of the alkali mercerization vehicle is 25 +/-2 m/min. The higher vehicle speed prevents the high concentration of alkali liquor from excessively damaging the protein structure in the fabric fibers.
Further, the cotton-nylon core-spun yarn in the step 1) is pretreated: soaking in an antibacterial agent for 60-90 min, stretching and shaping in a steam environment at 95 +/-2 ℃, and then drying in the air. Preferably, the antibacterial agent is nano silver. Because the cotton-nylon core spun yarn has the characteristics of comfortable surface layer, water absorption and air permeability, good elasticity of the inner layer, high strength and high wear resistance, the nano silver with high-efficiency sterilization is fixed in the fiber of the cotton-nylon core spun yarn, and the antibacterial performance of the fabric can be improved. And the nano silver is selected to reduce the allergy risk as much as possible.
Further, the cotton-ammonia core-spun yarn in the step 1) is pretreated: soaking in a softening agent for 10-15 min, extending and setting in an environment with the relative humidity of more than 95%, and finally drying at 40 +/-5 ℃. The cotton-ammonia core-spun yarn soaked by the softening agent is soft and smooth in texture, and the comfort of the fabric is improved.
According to the wear-resistant outdoor sportswear fabric disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the grey cloth of the wear-resistant outdoor sportswear fabric adopts the cotton-nylon covering yarns as warp yarns, and the outer layer of the nylon fibers is wrapped by the cotton fibers, so that the wear-resistant outdoor sportswear fabric has the characteristics of comfortable surface layer, water absorption and air permeability, good elasticity of the inner layer, high strength and high wear resistance. The weft adopts cotton-ammonia core-spun yarn, which is different from the traditional elastic cotton-ammonia blended by the cotton content of more than ninety percent and the spandex of more than one hundred percent, and the outer layer of the spandex fiber is wrapped by the cotton fiber, so that the fabric has elasticity and better wearability.
Detailed Description
The production process of the wear-resistant outdoor sports fabric comprises the following steps:
1) weaving grey cloth: the grey cloth is formed by interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns, the warp yarns are cotton-nylon core-spun yarns, and the weft yarns are cotton-ammonia core-spun yarns;
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
