wherein, based on 1LDP non-ironing resin liquid, the DP non-ironing resin liquid has the formula: 180g of Fixapret F-AP resin, 18g of magnesium chloride, 60g of the strength protectant polyurethane RPU-N, 25g of the softener and 2g of the penetrant JFC.
2) Performing low-temperature baking treatment on the once-formed China-hemp shirt by using an oven at the temperature of 130 ℃ for 10 minutes to realize secondary forming and cooling of the China-hemp shirt;
3) performing VP steaming and washing on the secondarily formed hemp shirt in a VP steaming box, wherein the steam temperature is 100-105 ℃, the steam pressure is 1.2bar, the steaming and washing time is 25 minutes, and after the steaming and washing are finished, taking the hemp shirt out of the steaming box and naturally cooling and remoistening the hemp shirt;
4) ironing the hemp shirt and packaging the finished product.

A comparison test is performed on the China HEMP/Cotton high-count high-density shirt fabric with the specific yarn count specification of Cotton100S/2 HEMP36Nm 120 64 plain weave in example 2, the performance indexes of the fabric after no-iron treatment, traditional dry non-iron crosslinking and high-temperature moisture pressing DP crease-resistant processing in the invention are respectively detected, and the detection results are shown in table 1.

For the HEMP/Cotton high-count high-density shirt fabric with the specific yarn count specification of Cotton100S/2 × HEMP36Nm 120 × 64 plain weave in example 2, 4 groups of products were selected for comparative tests, and the free formaldehyde content of the fabric after DP baking, after the conventional garment washing process and after the steaming and steaming in the invention were respectively detected, and the detection results are shown in table 2.

NICCA SILICONE EP-1000Z type softening agent is a mixture of organosilicon, amide compound, nonionic surfactant, organic solvent and water, and has solid content of about 30% and isopropanol content of about 2%; it is in the form of yellowish-white to yellowish-brown-white viscous liquid, has no foreign odor, and has a stock solution pH of about 6.5, a boiling point of about 82 deg.C, a flash point of > 100 deg.C (closed cup), and a temperature of 20 deg.CSpecific gravity of about 0.97g/cm3And can be mutually soluble with water in any ratio. NICAM POLYSOFTER PE-208Z softener is a mixture of hydrocarbon compounds, nonionic surfactant, organic solvent and water, and has ethylene glycol content of about 0.8%; the product is in light yellow white liquid form, has no special odor, has pH of about 9.0, boiling point of about 100 deg.C, melting point of-5 deg.C (freezing), flash point > 100 deg.C (closed cup), and specific gravity of about 0.99g/cm at 20 deg.C3And can be mutually soluble with water in any ratio. The Hi-Soft 40 type softening agent is an emulsion formed by high-pressure fusion of a high-molecular combined polyethylene copolymer product, a special surfactant and a unique formula, is a light yellow semitransparent liquid in appearance, has a pH value of 9.0-10.0 at 1% concentration, is in a weak cationic type, is easy to dissolve in water, and can be compatible with resin and a cationic auxiliary agent.

1) carry out crease-resistant processing of high temperature moisture state pressing DP to the china-hemp shirt, realize the one shot forming to the china-hemp shirt, specific process is: applying DP ironing-free resin liquid to the Chinese hemp shirt in a spraying manner and pre-drying at a low temperature, controlling the moisture content of the Chinese hemp shirt to be 50-70%, and then carrying out DP ironing forming on different garment piece parts of the Chinese hemp shirt by adopting a ironing die according to the type, size specification and contour of the Chinese hemp shirt, wherein the ironing sequence of the garment piece parts is as follows: the shirt comprises a shirt back panel, a left front panel, a right front panel, left sleeves, right sleeves, a collar and sleeve caps; the DP non-ironing resin liquid comprises the following components in 1L: 140-180 g of Fixapret F-AP resin, 16-20 g of magnesium chloride, 50-60 g of polyurethane, 20-40 g of a softening agent and 2g of a penetrating agent JFC; the Fixapret F-AP resin is modified dimethylol dihydroxy ethylene urea low-temperature cross-linked resin produced by Oncology (China) Inc., the polyurethane is polyurethane RPU-N produced by Oncology (China) Inc., the softening agent is a product with a model of NICA SILICONE EP-1000Z or a product with a model of NICA POLYSOFT PE-208Z provided by Ringjiang Righua chemical Co., Ltd or a product with a model of Hi-Soft 40 provided by Hangzhou Zhongzhong Tayan technology GmbH;
2) performing low-temperature baking treatment on the once-formed China-hemp shirt by using an oven to realize secondary forming and cooling of the China-hemp shirt;
3) performing VP steaming and washing on the secondarily formed hemp shirt in a steaming box, and taking out the hemp shirt from the steaming box after the steaming and washing are finished, and naturally cooling and remoistening the hemp shirt;
4) ironing the hemp shirt and packaging the finished product.
