S3、将乙醇、甲醇与添加剂,按上述比例分别注入第五个容器中混配均匀备用;
S4、将第四个容器和第五个容器中原料,分别注入第六个容器中混配均匀,配制成一种车用醇醚汽油。

第十实施例,一种醇醚汽油的制备方法,包括:
S1、制备添加剂,
(1)将二甲基亚砜、正丁胺、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基环戊二烯、异丁基醇和二乙基羟胺,按上述比例分别注入第一个容器中混配均匀备用;
(2)先将6-二叔丁基对甲酚和碳酸二甲酯按比例要求混溶,然后与按比例要求的三乙胺、新戊二醇、异丁胺、腐蚀抑制剂和增热剂分别注入第二个容器中混配均匀备用;
(3)将第一个容器和第二个容器中原料,分别注入第三个容器中混配均匀,配制成一种车用醇醚汽油添加剂;
S2、将汽油、甲基叔丁基醚、甲缩醛,按上述比例分别注入第四个容器中混配均匀备用;
S3、将乙醇、甲醇与添加剂,按上述比例分别注入第五个容器中混配均匀备用;
S4、将第四个容器和第五个容器中原料,分别注入第六个容器中混配均匀,配制成一种车用醇醚汽油。
以上是本发明的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种醇醚汽油,其特征在于,由以下原料按重量份数配制而成:添加剂3—8份、汽油60—90份、甲醇10—20份、乙醇5—15份,所述添加剂由以下原料组成:碳酸二甲酯5—10份、新戊二醇3—5份、正丁胺1—2份、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯1—3份、异丁基醇3—5份、二甲基亚砜1—2份、甲基环戊二烯1—3份、异丁胺1—2份、腐蚀抑制剂1份、增热剂1份、二乙基羟胺1—2份、三乙胺1—2份、6-二叔丁基对甲酚1—2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种醇醚汽油,其特征在于,所述一种醇醚汽油还包括甲基叔丁基醚和甲缩醛,甲基叔丁基醚1—3份,甲缩醛1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种醇醚汽油,其特征在于,所述甲基叔丁基醚1份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种醇醚汽油,其特征在于,所述甲基叔丁基醚3份。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种醇醚汽油,其特征在于,所述汽油85份、乙醇10份、添加剂3份。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种醇醚汽油,其特征在于,所述汽油75份、甲醇20份、添加剂5份。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种醇醚汽油,其特征在于,所述汽油70份、甲醇20份、乙醇15份、添加剂6份。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种醇醚汽油,其特征在于,所述汽油70份、甲醇30份、添加剂6份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种醇醚汽油,其特征在于,所述碳酸二甲酯5份、新戊二醇2份、正丁胺1份、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯1份、异丁基醇5份、二甲基亚砜1份、异丁胺1份甲基环戊二烯2份、腐蚀抑制剂1份、增热剂1份、二乙基羟胺1份、三乙胺1份、6-二叔丁基对甲酚1份。
10.一种如权利要求1-7任一所述的醇醚汽油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
S1、制备添加剂,
(1)将二甲基亚砜、正丁胺、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基环戊二烯、异丁基醇和二乙基羟胺,按上述比例分别注入第一个容器中混配均匀备用;
(2)先将6-二叔丁基对甲酚和碳酸二甲酯按比例要求混溶,然后与按比例要求的三乙胺、新戊二醇、异丁胺、腐蚀抑制剂和增热剂分别注入第二个容器中混配均匀备用;
(3)将第一个容器和第二个容器中原料,分别注入第三个容器中混配均匀,配制成一种车用醇醚汽油添加剂;
S2、将汽油、甲基叔丁基醚、甲缩醛,按上述比例分别注入第四个容器中混配均匀备用;
S3、将乙醇、甲醇与添加剂,按上述比例分别注入第五个容器中混配均匀备用;
S4、将第四个容器和第五个容器中原料,分别注入第六个容器中混配均匀,配制成一种车用醇醚汽油。
