The preparation method of the white color paste in the embodiment 10 comprises the following steps: according to a certain formula proportion, sequentially adding deionized water, a cosolvent, a water-based defoaming agent, a water-based dispersing agent and titanium dioxide, stirring and dispersing at a dispersion machine rotating speed of 1000-1200 rpm for 30min to obtain a white color paste, grinding the obtained white color paste for 3 times by using a three-roll mill until the particle size is 1-10 um.
In the embodiment 10, the raw materials are selected to be sequentially added, so that the waterborne aluminum paste and the color paste can be better dispersed, the film forming quality of the coating can be better ensured, but the adding sequence of different components can be interchanged.
In the above embodiment, the aqueous aluminum paste is an aqueous aluminum paste with a white phase, sinking silver is adopted, and the aqueous aluminum paste has good directional arrangement, sinking type aqueous aluminum paste gradually sinks from the surface of the coating to the substrate, and forms a stable particle distribution form by matching with white color paste, the form is favorable for increasing the refractive index among the aqueous aluminum paste, the white color paste and the medium, and increasing the covering power of the coating, and the sinking silver has small color, the rutile type titanium dioxide is selected in the above embodiment because of the large refractive index, which is favorable for improving the covering power of the coating, in addition, the titanium dioxide in the crystal form has good weather resistance, but when the addition amount is large, the sprayed coating effect has yellow phase property, but the yellow phase problem can be solved by the synergistic effect of the addition of the aqueous aluminum paste and the titanium dioxide, and can produce a white coating film having a light grey-grey phase.
In the above examples, the contents of the thickener, defoamer, film forming aid, and wetting and leveling agent only need to be within the allowable addition ranges of the above substances, and the mass ratio of the aqueous aluminum paste, white paste, and aqueous resin affects the color of the coating, the brittleness of the coating film, and the appearance.
The associative thickener in the above embodiments includes, but is not limited to PS166, and the associative polyurethane thickener has an effect of adjusting the viscosity of the system, has a good splash-proof function, and has a certain adjusting effect on the leveling property and the fluidity of the coating system.
In the embodiment, the dipropylene glycol ethyl ether and the dipropylene glycol propyl ether are used as the film-forming aids, and the two film-forming aids are mainly used for effectively reducing the film-forming temperature of the coating and ensuring that the film-forming property of a paint film is better; the use of defoamers to eliminate bubbles in the coating is not a limitation of the invention to a particular effect or class of defoamers, including but not limited to one or a combination of TEGO 902W, EPERPOL 3225W, KEPERPOL3202W and TEGO 825; the wetting and leveling agent is mainly used for reducing the surface tension of the water-based paint, so that the paint can be better spread on a substrate, and the effect of the wetting agent and the leveling agent is achieved, in the above embodiment, the wetting and leveling agent can be replaced by a wetting agent and a leveling agent, or only the wetting agent or only the leveling agent, because at present, many wetting agents have the property of the leveling agent, and the leveling agent also has the property of the wetting agent, and the wetting and leveling agent includes but is not limited to one or the combination of two of TEGO 4100 and TEGO 270; the neutralizing agent is mainly used for adjusting the pH value of a coating system, increasing the stability of the coating and preventing the damage and instability of the water-based aluminum silver paste; the waterborne resin, such as one or a combination of several of waterborne alkyd resin, waterborne polyester resin, waterborne acrylic resin, waterborne epoxy resin and waterborne amino resin, can also be added into the components of the invention, the waterborne resin in the above embodiments is composed of waterborne acrylic resin, waterborne polyurethane resin and waterborne acrylic alkyd modified resin, and the respective mixture ratio is limited, so that a coating with better performance can be obtained, and the coating has better boiling resistance, alcohol scouring resistance, adhesion and physical properties.
Only some of the above examples are listed, and in other examples, the aqueous aluminum paste has other particle sizes, for example,
1-2um,2-3um,3-4um,4-5um,5-6um,6-7um,8-9um,9-10um, etc., and the particle size of the white slurry may be other particle sizes, for example,
1-2um,2-3um,3-4um,4-5um,5-6um,6-7um,8-9um,9-10um, etc., and in other embodiments, the white paste includes other white pigments such as lithopone, titanous, anatase titanium dioxide, etc.

4. The paint for the water-based white shading plastic substrate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-based resin is composed of water-based acrylic resin, water-based polyurethane resin and water-based acrylic alkyd modified resin.

The paint for the water-based white shading plastic substrate as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mass fraction of the water-based acrylic resin is 25-37%, the mass fraction of the water-based polyurethane resin is 7-16%, and the mass fraction of the water-based acrylic alkyd modified resin is 2-9%.
6. The coating for an aqueous white light-screening plastic substrate according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is an associative polyurethane thickener.
7. The coating for the water-based white light-screening plastic substrate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pH of the coating is controlled to 8 to 9.
8. The coating for an aqueous white light-screening plastic substrate as claimed in claim 1, wherein said film-forming assistant is composed of dipropylene glycol ethyl ether and dipropylene glycol propyl ether.
9. A method for producing a water-based white light-screening plastic substrate coating material for producing the water-based white light-screening plastic substrate coating material according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the steps of:
adding water-based resin, deionized water and a film-forming aid, and dispersing for 2 minutes at 500-; adding a defoaming agent, a wetting and leveling agent, a neutralizing agent and a thickening agent, and increasing the rotating speed to 1000-; adding white color paste and aqueous aluminum paste, dispersing for 20-30 minutes, stirring uniformly to obtain a finished product, and discharging.
