Claims (10)

1. The water-based easy-to-polish coloring filling primer is characterized in that: the waterborne sanding-friendly colored filling primer comprises the following components by taking the total weight of the waterborne sanding-friendly colored filling primer as 100 percent:
4-10 wt% of metal self-crosslinking acrylic resin;
1-3 wt% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion;
40 to 70 wt% of a filler;
4-13 wt% of an auxiliary agent;
wherein the glass transition temperature of the metal self-crosslinking acrylic resin is more than 40 ℃, and the glass transition temperature of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion is less than 10 ℃.
2. The aqueous sanding-friendly colored filled primer according to claim 1 characterized by: the solid content of the metal self-crosslinking acrylic resin is 38-42%, and the film forming temperature of the metal self-crosslinking acrylic resin is higher than 30 ℃.
3. The aqueous sanding-friendly colored filled primer according to claim 1 characterized by: the solid content of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion is more than 50 percent.
4. The aqueous sanding-friendly colored filled primer according to claim 1 characterized by: the filler consists of talcum powder and heavy calcium according to a mass ratio of (1.5-2.5) to 1.

The aqueous sanding-friendly colored filled primer according to claim 1 characterized by: the auxiliary agent comprises a plurality of pH regulators, dispersing agents, defoaming agents, wetting agents, penetrating agents, film forming auxiliary agents, thickening agents, polishing auxiliary agents and bactericides.
6. The aqueous sanding-friendly colored filled primer according to claim 1 characterized by: the water-based sanding coloring filling primer further comprises a coloring agent, and the content of the coloring agent is 1-8 wt% based on 100% of the total weight of the water-based sanding coloring filling primer.
7. A process for preparing a waterborne sanding-ready pigmented filling primer according to any of claims 1 to 6 comprising the steps of: mixing the metal self-crosslinking acrylic resin, the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion and water to form a mixed solution; and dispersing the filler and the auxiliary agent in the mixed solution to obtain the water-based easy-to-polish coloring filling primer.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein: the dispersion time is 15-20 minutes.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein: the fineness of the water-based easy-to-polish coloring filling primer is less than or equal to 60 micrometers.
10. Use of a waterborne sanding-friendly pigmented filling primer as defined in any one of claims 1 to 6 in wood paints.
