The method selects and mixes the pearl essence and the waterborne imitation electroplating aluminum silver paste according to a certain weight ratio, solves the problem of blackish and darker hue of the waterborne imitation electroplating aluminum silver paste with small particle size by utilizing the hue effect of pearl silver white of the pearl essence, and further enhances the density of solid powder and resin on the surface of a paint film and improves the comprehensive performance of the paint film by utilizing the fine grading matching of the particle size (the average fineness is 35 mu m) of the pearl essence and the particle size (the average fineness is 8 mu m) of the waterborne imitation electroplating aluminum silver paste on the fineness and adjusting the adding proportion of the two components to be optimal.
Furthermore, when the waterborne imitation electroplating aluminum silver paste and the pearl powder are compounded according to the weight ratio of (1.1-2.3) to 1, the best silver powder arrangement effect, paint film metal texture, paint film glossiness and water boiling resistance can be obtained.
In the invention, the aqueous boiling-resistant assistant is an A-831 aqueous boiling-resistant assistant provided by New Material Ltd of the national Fushan city.
The A-831 boiling-resistant assistant is a catalytic acid modified primary hydroxyl polymer solution, is suitable for industrial paints of most metal substrates, can improve the boiling-resistant performance of the water-based amino baking paint, and can also obviously improve the salt spray resistance and the adhesive force to the substrate of a paint film by the A-831.
The anti-settling agent is prepared by compounding 7800 water-based polyamide anti-settling agent provided by the New Material science and technology Limited company of the Longhai of Dongguan city and M-5 fumed silica provided by Kabot, wherein the weight ratio of the two is (1.1-2.3): 1.
In the invention, the 7800 aqueous polyamide anti-settling agent has good anti-settling performance, is easy to disperse, does not deluster, and is beneficial to orientation and arrangement of silver powder; the M-5 fumed silica also has certain effects on the anti-settling, orientation and arrangement of the silver powder. When 7800 aqueous polyamide anti-settling agent and M-5 fumed silica are compounded in the aqueous silver powder baking varnish according to the weight percentage (0.4-1.2%) (0.2-0.8%), the anti-settling directional effect of the polyamide auxiliary agent and the anti-settling of a net-shaped structure (three-dimensional) generate obvious synergistic effect, the anti-settling problem and the anti-sagging problem in the aqueous silver powder baking varnish can be effectively solved, the orientation and arrangement of silver powder are promoted, and the influence on the gloss of a paint film is almost negligible.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-gloss boiling-resistant water-based silver powder baking varnish for the stainless steel tableware, which comprises the following specific steps:
a. preparation of aqueous aluminum paste intermediate
Adding waterborne imitation electroplating aluminum paste and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether into a dispersion cylinder, dispersing at a medium speed for 20-30 min, standing and soaking for 24-30 h to obtain a waterborne aluminum paste intermediate;
b. preparation of high-gloss boiling-resistant water-based silver powder baking paint
Adding water-dispersible acrylic resin, a water-based acrylic modified polyurethane dispersion, a neutralizing agent, a cosolvent, a part of methylated melamine formaldehyde resin, a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent, an oil-resistant wetting agent, a fluorocarbon surfactant, an epoxy phosphate adhesion promoter, a water-based aluminum paste intermediate prepared in the step a, pearl powder, a water-based boiling-resistant auxiliary agent, an anti-settling agent, water and other components into a dispersion cylinder in sequence according to weight percentage, and dispersing at medium speed until the fineness of a finished product reaches less than or equal to 20 mu m and the viscosity is 100-150 s;
the medium-speed dispersion speed is 800-1000 r/min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the freeze-thaw resistance stability and the storage stability are good, the anti-sagging performance is excellent, the anti-settling effect is good, the workability is easy, and the operation is convenient; the paint film of the product has strong adhesion to the substrate, good impact resistance and hardness up to 3H.
2) The product disclosed by the invention has excellent boiling resistance, a paint film is not foamed, not dropped and not lost, after being boiled for 1 hour at constant temperature in a boiling water state, the paint film is subjected to adhesion and scratch resistance tests when the temperature is reduced to a hand touchable temperature (40-60 ℃) after being boiled for 1 hour, the adhesion of the paint film is still grade 1, and the scratch resistance still meets the standard requirement of 'no scratch' (namely, the scratch resistance is subjected to a scratch test according to the GB/T9729 standard, and the detection result is 'no scratch').
3) The product paint film obtained by one-time spraying has the glossiness of more than 95 degrees (measured according to GB/T9754 regulations, 60 degrees), and can realize perfect covering of stainless steel base materials without bottom penetration.
4) The silver powder of the product is uniformly arranged, has no accumulation and does not generate flower; the paint film has strong metal texture, does not blacken and does not darken; the silver powder is covered uniformly and thickly and is not transparent. Can be widely applied to decoration and beautification and outer layer protection of high-gloss boiling-resistant water-based silver powder for stainless steel tableware.

The high-gloss boiling-resistant water-based silver powder baking paint for the stainless steel tableware comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
wherein the sum of the weight percentages of the components is one hundred percent.
Wherein the water dispersible acrylic resin is KN2648W acrylic copolymer provided by Karson resin Co., Ltd; the waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane dispersion is 3UA49W waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane resin provided by New Guangdong Tond material company Limited.
Wherein the partially methylated melamine formaldehyde resin is partially methylated melamine formaldehyde resin produced by Cyanote corporation; the neutralizer is dimethylethanolamine.
The cosolvent comprises dipropylene glycol methyl ether and dipropylene glycol butyl ether according to the weight ratio of (1.0-1.7) to 1.
Wherein the defoamer is TEGO FOAMEX 810 defoamer.
Wherein the dispersant is BYK-190 dispersant.
Wherein the oil-resistant wetting agent is SN-1070 oil-resistant wetting agent provided by environmental protection materials of Guangzhou Xeno Co.
Wherein the fluorocarbon surfactant is BNK-4021 fluorocarbon surfactant provided by America Meilixan chemical group Co.
Wherein the epoxy phosphate ester adhesion promoter is an EP 805 adhesion promoter provided by Guangdong Shunling curing engineering and technology Co.
In the embodiment, the aqueous aluminum paste intermediate is prepared by mixing aqueous imitation electroplating aluminum paste and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether in a weight ratio of 1: 1.
The waterborne imitation electroplating silver paste is JCS-8308 waterborne aluminum paste provided by Junchi practical limited company in Dongguan.
The pearl powder is SC6300 pearl powder provided by Kuncun color proficiency Co., Ltd.
Wherein the water-based boiling-resistant auxiliary agent is an A-831 water-based boiling-resistant auxiliary agent provided by New meaningful materials Co.
The anti-settling agent is prepared by compounding 7800 water-based polyamide anti-settling agent provided by New Material science and technology Limited in Longhai of Dongguan city and M-5 fumed silica provided by Kabot, wherein the weight ratio of the two is (1.1-2.3): 1.
The preparation method of the high-gloss boiling-resistant water-based silver powder baking paint for the stainless steel tableware comprises the following steps:

Sequentially adding water-dispersible acrylic resin, a water-based acrylic modified polyurethane dispersoid, a neutralizer, a cosolvent, part of methylated melamine formaldehyde resin, a defoaming agent, a dispersant, an oil-resistant wetting agent, a fluorocarbon surfactant, an epoxy phosphate adhesion promoter, the water-based aluminum paste intermediate prepared in the step a, pearl powder, a water-based boiling-resistant auxiliary agent, an anti-settling agent, water and other components into a dispersion cylinder according to the weight percentage, dispersing for 30-50 min at a medium speed, sampling and detecting, and obtaining the high-gloss boiling-resistant water-based silver powder baking paint for the stainless steel tableware if the fineness of a finished product is less than or equal to 20 mu m and the viscosity is 100-150 s; the medium-speed dispersion speed is 800-1000 r/min.
Examples
In the specific embodiment, embodiments 1 to 5 are provided to prepare the high-gloss boiling-resistant water-based silver powder baking paint for stainless steel tableware, the formula composition of which is shown in table 1 and is calculated by the following raw materials in percentage by mass (%):

According to the raw material formulas of the above-mentioned examples 1-5, the high-gloss boiling-resistant water-based silver powder baking paint for stainless steel tableware of the examples 1-5 is prepared according to the preparation method of the high-gloss boiling-resistant water-based silver powder baking paint for stainless steel tableware, and the performance test is performed.
Performance testing
The spraying construction and performance detection are carried out on the embodiments 1-5 prepared by the invention and similar products sold in the market. The coating substrate is stainless steel tableware; before spraying, oil removal, rust removal and polishing are needed, and dust-free cleaning and drying are ensured. Before spraying, the water-based baking paint is stirred uniformly, and the baking paint is diluted by deionized water until the viscosity is 45-50 s (2 # cup in a salt pan). The baking temperature is 150 ℃, the baking time is 25min, and the dry film thickness of the paint film is controlled to be 18-25 mu m.
The main performance index test results of examples 1 to 5 and similar products on the market are shown in table 2.

According to the test results in table 2, the high-gloss boiling-resistant waterborne silver powder baking paint for stainless steel tableware prepared in the embodiments 1 to 5 has good freeze-thaw resistance stability and storage stability, excellent anti-sagging performance, strong adhesion of a paint film to a substrate, good impact resistance, and hardness up to 3H compared with similar products on the market.
The product of the embodiment also has excellent boiling resistance, and a paint film does not foam, fall off or lose light yield when boiled for 1 hour at constant temperature in a boiling water state; after a paint film of the product is boiled in water for 1 hour, the adhesion and scratch resistance tests are carried out when the temperature is reduced to the temperature which can be touched by hands (40-60 ℃), the adhesion of the paint film is still grade 1, and the scratch resistance still meets the standard requirement of 'no scratch'; the paint film has extremely high gloss and excellent covering power; the glossiness of a product paint film obtained by one-time spraying is more than 95 degrees, and the stainless steel bottom material can be perfectly covered without penetration; the silver powder of the product is uniformly arranged, has no accumulation and does not generate flowers; the paint film has strong metal texture, does not blacken and does not darken; the silver powder is uniformly covered, thick and solid and does not penetrate the bottom. Can be widely applied to decoration and beautification and outer layer protection of high-gloss boiling-resistant water-based silver powder for stainless steel tableware.

The high gloss boiling-resistant waterborne silver powder baking paint for stainless steel tableware according to claim 1, characterized in that: the aqueous aluminum paste intermediate is prepared by mixing aqueous imitation electroplating aluminum paste and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether according to the weight ratio of (5-7) to (4-8).
